The accommodations and surroundings were fantastic. One of our favorite hotel stays.

Clean and modern

The property was great. I will say for whatever reason the rooms can be a bit damp, like humid. The amenities were great though, so were the restaurants and area. The only other problem than the humidity, was the inconsistent guest service experience. Some of the front desk staff are amazing, and some couldn’t care less about keeping a positive demeanor for guests, in fact, could be outright hostile. Other than that it was a good stay, it was my 2nd time saying here so nothing deterred me so much that I didn’t come back,

The rooms

The beds are super comfortable. The rooms were so clean and they have a rain shower. It was glorious

My husband and I stay at this property at least once a year. It's always clean and the rooms are in very good condition.

Very modern decorations/ paintings. Room layout is very different than most hotels. Breakfast was not included, however, expect $30 for two if you eat in the onsite restaurant. Lots of shopping nearby.

Room was clean and then environment was great. Only problem was the plumbing in the shower. There was a weird smell coming from the shower. After speaking to the front desk. They were able to send someone to take a look. We did get our room change so the could fix the problem.

Great place! Close to restaurants and freeway. Hotel is nice with nicely appointed rooms, lots of room! Outdoor mall is very close! Would stay again !!!

Quick arrived at 3 am and out by 9am wish I could have stayed and enjoyed it. You nailed almost every detail

Everything was good except the Saturday morning we were going to have breakfast and was told that the staff had not come to work today, so there was no breakfast. Saturday afternoon we came back to the hotel and found that there were no parking spots for the guests. There were people who were taking up 2 spaces for their truck and 2 other spaces to play cornhole. We mentioned this to the front desk and they said that someone had previously complained about the parking spots. I was told that they would be leaving around 9pm so that there would be spaces then. That to me was unacceptable as we were in for the evening.

Beautiful property, well maintained rooms, friendly staff with an easy check in.

Overall, this was not worth all the money I paid. The hotel looked nice and the room was nice, but the stay was less than ideal. I tried calling for early check in and got rushed off the phone saying they couldn't check if my room was available. When I arrived, they said my room wasn't ready. The room was nice, but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The TVs were regular cable, no streaming capabilities. Our second night's stay was a NIGHTMARE. They were having an event at the hotel and there was nowhere to park, leaving our car vulnerable to getting hit in the front of the building. There was a group of rowdy frat boys congregating in the parking lot, shouting vulgar things, and blocking the parking lot, not allowing cars through to the other side of the parking lot. Nothing was done about it. The event that was going on created a lot of noise. We heard fighting going on from another room, which was loud and disruptive. There was no breakfast available. With the price we paid, I feel like breakfast should be included or we would have a place to park. Definitely would stay somewhere else next time.

The room was beautifully decorated and clean.

Newer hotel walking distance to lots of shopping and dining options. We were just there for a quick overnight before heading home but I would definitely stay here again. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Absolutely perfect!

Amazing stay. Furst time staying with Choive Hotels and this location was very nice. Nice room, very clean abd staff was friendly. Close to shopping amd restaurants. I would recommend.

Bare minimum. Clean enough. Provided coffee maker in the room but not water to make coffee. Would not stay again.

Great location, great hotel!

Everything was very nice and clean. One thing I have notice about the hotel was there are cameras in the hall ways. I did like that. The lay out of the room was different in a good way. I like there is microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is nice size. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in a great spot right near the mall along with several restaurants and shopping center that are all in walking distance. The only con that I would say was on their website it states they serve breakfast however it doesn’t include that it’s for purchase. Which made me under the impression that it was complementary. When we were told it wasn’t we still went to eat at the hotel however the food to us was a bit on the expensive side for simple breakfast.

Nice hotel. Very quiet and covenient to restaurants. Close to the interstate. Definitely would stay again.

I loved how peaceful the property was, room was clean, very nice staff. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any arcade/game room. Otherwise it was very nice and modern. I recommend it!
