I would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

We loved the amenities the home offered such as the pool and pool table. The pool had multi colored lighting which was beautiful and relaxing during the evening.

There was not much to dislike about the place or the area it was located in. The owner could benefit from getting new tips for the pools sticks in the future.

Came to town for a graduation and was able to be comfortable and enjoy one another with out issues.

Quiet and spacious. The home was clean and made the stay feel more like visiting family than a transactional hotel stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was our home base for a week while we travelled and toured around Tampa and the area.

Close to the airport and several businesses close by to grab groceries etc. it was clean, great for families with kids as there were toys and games, pool table and the pool was well maintained but not heated. Bbq available and a good assortment of basic things like shampoo, soap, coffee, sugar.

No washcloths with the towels or for the kitchen for dishes. The bedsheets were low quality and kept sliding off the mattress in the master bedroom.

I would definitely rent again.

Family size home, with pool, full kitchen and all the dish and cookware you need. Beds were super soft.

The pillows need to be changed. One had a sour smell.

It was a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as the photos show.

Private swimming pool and a lot of outdoor toys for young children with a fenced yard.

Living room needed more seating other than the sofa bed.

The house was very clean the stay was good the pool was enjoyable and Melissa was there if we needed her. However buy sheets that fit the beds with deeper pockets and please please put some paddle fans up especially in the bedrooms. Born and raised in Florida and we need fans it's just too hot. Overall the stay was enjoyable thank you.

Cozy home

Nice family vacation home

Communication with the host was wonderful. It was convenient to get into the home with the keypad. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The bathrooms were very nice. The main bath had a tub shower and the master bath had a very nice walk in shower. The queen beds were comfortable and the three bedrooms were great for our group. The air conditioning was wonderful and easy to adjust. The washer and dryer were a plus. The pool table was a fun activity. The backyard was nice. The location worked very well for the airport as well as the activities we enjoyed. We rented a car and drove 30-90 minutes away to enjoy State Parks, beautiful beaches, the Tampa Aquarium and shopping. We didn’t travel with young children but there were toys and books for them in the home.

There was a noise in the wall possibly from the pool. It was alarming but stopped. There is only one couch and it is not comfortable to enjoy the space. The dishwasher and laundry tabs were both stored under the kitchen sink and are not labeled. This could be a disaster. I would have liked kitchen towels and hand soap in the kitchen.

Everything was AMAZING enough said

This house was amazing from the decor to the toys to the pool to the backyard very comfortable we loved everything about this house my kids loved it. The host was AMAZING with keeping in touch giving us information about everything the cleanliness of the place inside and out. I wish I would of know about this house before we booked another house I we sure would of stayed here a month that’s how great this house was we highly recommend this house to everyone even with kids they will love it. A BIG THANK YOU to the Host Melissa your are AMAZING and Thanks Again for letting Us Stay in your BEAUITFUL HOME ❤️❤️❤️😍😍
