Nice place for a short stay.

Most reasonably priced option. Comfortable King bed. Close access to highways. Hot tub was nice. Not very busy in the complex. New floors were nice but needed mopping.

The road noise was incredibly loud.Place was better after some windex and paper towels to clean the sticky floor. The bathroom fan did a terrible job of venting smells, the problem was not addressed. The shower was lukewarm at best,but was improved after a text thru the booking app.

Don't stay

The price was good, however I really thought it was a good price because I booked a couple months in advance. Not because of the false advertising.

The property was very dirty, felt extremely unsafe and nothing as described. The morning of my reservation they told me the room I booked was under maintenance and they could either refund me or move me to a studio type room. I agreed to move as I didn't have time to look for a new place and from what I read and reviews it wasn't a bad place. Upon arrival, our room was wide open and not locked at all. The property is an old hotel that is now a crack apartment that has a few rooms used as an "air BNB" I say crack apartments because if you watch and listen sure enough everyone is walking around is selling it. The screen on the window looked like someone tried to break in at one point which is very scary as the bed sits right under that window. There is no curtains on the windows just a blind that has a really bright light and huge gaps in the blinds. The cleaning lady used way too much fabulous where that's all you could smell for 2 days straight. I had to buy a room spray to help air out that smell as I felt unsafe leaving the door open. The shower had hair all over it when we got there, only 2 towels for a 3 night stay and their top "blanket" is a duvet insert not in a duvet cover which is extremely unsanitary and gross.Not a good place and most definitely not a country club. I do need to mention that I did reach out to the host for a wifi password at 430pm and it took her until just about 10 Pm to respond with that. I would never stay again and I would not recommend it. They charge a $75 cleaning fee for a fabulous "cleaned" room? Not proper chemicals, not proper linens. Please update the booking to a more accurate description then a country club and please refund me the difference in the rooms as what I got was not what I booked .... False advertising

The drug addicts walking around all night fighting ....no one over there is friendly....people get in your business..ask you how long you staying...and they don't like our kind...thats what they say...and so uncomfortable over there I couldn't wait to leave...beaware...people danger

Loved how it was like a mini 1 bdrm apt And I had not just a stovetop but an actual full sized oven.

False advertising!

Wasn’t what was in the ad! The t.v didn’t work, I called the property ppl numerous times & left messages with no response!🤦‍♀️🤬👋

Poor

The property would not return or answer phone calls and slow to respond to emails. Once we finally got our room number, we had to walk past windows of other residents and their cameras and peering glances through the blinds. Once we arrived at our room, we were greeted by a pile of dog doo stuck to the door mat and pee stains on the concrete. The door lock was digital but didn't work properly because the door was so loose in the jam. Once in the door we found a studio after renting a one bedroom. The mattress was strapped to the frame, causing a large dip near the headboard. The next morning, we were greater by the property manager and her little doggy too.... suspect this was the animal that had left us the welcome poo on the stoop. When she approached, she asked if our one bedroom was satisfactory. We informed her that our STUDIO had an Air Coonditioner that wasn't working properly. She quickly replied "it's working its just hot" amusing.... but incorrect! Ir frozen up after 3 minutes of being on. We were told to put in a work order. Later that day, when we returned, the gate was not working and again, the office didn't answer. We had ro goto the other gate, and that one was stuck open. Went up to the room, and while relaxing, we heard someone outside our door messing with the welcome mat. Opened the door some creeper was hanging out near our room by the Banister. Perhaps hoping to look inside the blinds that didn't provide privacy on the lower half of the window. The following morning, as we were trying to leave, a local stopped to ask us for a bandaid. She had someone cut her hand and pants. She was also looking for her boyfriend. They seemed to be a domestic dispute fueled by their vices, I'm guessing. We were so very happy to be leaving and would not recommend this fools paradise to any of our friends.

The manager is mean and rude and talks to everyone like there drug addicts and there is one girl stands outside her room and ask ever 5 seconds what am I doing why am I there am I sapost to be there she'll call the cops like this girl saw me once then the second time when I was leaving she's all cutting me off in my walk way

Excellent, cozy apartment, clean and restful.

Beautiful, secluded, restful, gorgeous pool area, everything very clean, everything that I needed.

They changed the gate code one evening and I had some challenge getting inside. but it all worked out.

host fired, happy to spend multiple thousands of $ neg advertising in lieu

Terrible host, charged more then agreed upon, 70, plus dollar cleaning fee, misleading description of room costs and advertising. no response from host, lack of care, no host or personel on site. Investors own and run like apartment block with few suites set aside as hotel rooms

if you are looking for extra space for guests, this maybe it. It’s pretty close to where we needed to go but it was not

property was ok! it worked for what we needed, sleeping. My husband is an early riser so it provided him with a separate room to watch TV before I got up.

There wasn’t anything that I hated, the water pressure from the shower was over powering and hurt. The facility was old and looked to be quickly remodeled. There was a lot of road noise where we stayed and there were not any room darkening blinds or curtains to keep the sun out of the room early on the morning.
