Excelente Hotel

Excelente servicio, gran calidad humana del personal que allí labora. De seguro volvería allí en caso de nueva visita a la ciudad.

Que a pesar de que nuestro chek in era a las 3:00 nos dejaron entrar un poco antes, todo el personal muy amables y excelente ubicación ya que a un lado del hotel se encuentra el restaurant tierra amazónicas recomendado para ir a comer y todo queda cerca para recorrer los lugares turísticos de Leticia

The staff when we arrived didn't seem friendly and I felt like I was an inconvenience for them and there qas 3 girls there they also gave me the wrong key and someone was still in the room but when I checked out the main girl was friendly

The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was amazing. They allowed us to check in early.

Everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. We had a wonderful experience there.

Unwelcoming Staff.

The bed was great. The room ok.

Rude, unwelcoming, dismissive, unhelpful front staff. We felt like an unwelcome imposition on their socializing.

Hotel was okay for what we wanted.

Well located in central area of Leticia, walking distance to everything required for our visit. Breakfast was not included but optional on request. Swimming pool was nice and water temperature not cold.

First room were were given had a window looking out on to a unlit area in the middle of the hotel with other guests able to look into the room. We asked for a different room and got one on the first floor. Internet access very poor, but it is not good throughout Leticia.

Great location and pool but can be noisy

It has a surprisingly large pool for a hotel on the main strip. However it also has a palm tree in the middle so difficult to swim and there isn't much space around it for chilling out. Great Central location, feels safe Very big hotel with lots of chill out areas (except pool) Air con works! Convenient

It's on the main road so can be loud - our room overlooked it. Altho it wasn't loud too long. Walls thin had some loud guests next door. Reception staff not that friendly

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Overall the pictures were much more flattering than the reality of our room. We were up on the third floor. There was a lot of noise from the street and the room was in poor condition, with paint peeling from the walls. There is also no hot water in the bathroom. The wifi was very poor and pretty much unusable from our bedroom. For the price I expected better.

The 2. room we receieved it was great, spacious. For the value of the price it's nice,The swimming pool was very clean.

The first room we got was very basic, it only had the bed basically nothing else, it was also very small and the airconditioner was not working properly. After we paid a small difference we got an upgrade.

Overall comfortable stay in a great location.

Great location, friendly staff. It was overall a comfortable stay. Literally everything we needed was within a block. The pool felt amazing after sweating in the heat of Leticia.

WiFi was terrible, as in it didn't even work. They have multiple networks and I asked at the front desk for use of one that wasn't listed and the helpful staff logged me in, but it still didn't work.

Worst treatment by personal I have experienced in 10 years of travelling

During my stay staff was extremely unhelpfull and even rude. They did not seem to care about their business, lied about availability of rooms so you would book a more expensive room. No interest in communicating with guests. Leticia has very bad internet but the wifi in the hostel could not even load whatsapp messages. So if you have to book a flight or hotel, do it in advance before arriving in Leticia. The Amazone nature is amazing en indiginous people very friendly!
