Ocean Palms was a good place to stay.

The view was amazing and the restaurant too, the food was great although limited items from the menu available, more variety is needed for breakfast (hope you like Frosties) Staff were attentive and always helpful

Parking could be awkward when busy, if you want something different for breakfast you’ll have to ask. Difficult to get lunch some days as no chef on duty. No cable TV channels available. Facilities like darts and pool were quite outdated too and couldn’t really be used.

We loved this hotel and wished we had been able to stay longer!

Clean, comfortable room, private pool, beautiful docks and restaurant area. The free drink and breakfast were a nice surprise!

Alando and Family.

It was family oriented. Karaoke was fantastic. We love the pool and beach front with access to the beach. I love how the staff were extremely loving and caring. They make us feel like we are all family. Also, great chef and bar mixer. Jon and Anna(property managers) were amazing!

There's nothing you wouldn't like.

DON’T EVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Absolutely nothing! We came all the way to Jamaica for this hotel to have accepted new bookings instead of honoring our reservation that we made over a month prior… for a funeral. They told us they emailed us the night before to let us know it was canceled!!!

Terrible customer service! The absolute worst service we have ever experienced! Booking. com and ocean palms you should stay FAR AWAY FROM!!! They do not honor their reservations and they took no responsibility for overbooking and giving our room away while we were foreigners in Jamaica vacationing with no where else to go!

ok ,för att bo + endast någon kilometer till en trevlig strand Mahogeny beach

Frukosten som ingick i priset var den samma i 10 dagar , äggröra , en halv korv och två plättar, avsaknaden av någon frukt var stor. Området i sig var bra, närhet till supermarket, ATM och restauranger.

Hotellets egna strand var alldeles för liten och massor av alger i vattnet, att de dessutom håller på att restaurera byggnaden framgick inte vid bokningen inte heller att hela middagsmenyn inte gick att beställa ifrån då de bygger om köket, så få rätter kunde tillagas.

We requested a ground floor sea view and was not disappointed. Our view was the pool and the sea. It was stunning. Every morning we took a swim in the sea and a dip in the pool. The hotel was small and personal which was lovely. Staff went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend

I booked the room for my daughter and dad to stay 2 nights, they checked out but i wanted to extend the stay when i tried they tried to charge me a extra fee for my daughter when they originally didn’t. i didn’t appreciate that

Ocean view. Walking distance to restaurants and shops Receptionist was nice.

No blankets/comforter. No plug socket in bathroom There was a bird in a tree next to the pool that squeaks from 6pm to 3am daily, very very loud and annoying! Restaurant does not have ready food, neither breakfast lunch nor dinner, everything is cooked to order even if you order oxtail or goat lol. Makes no sense, just something to consider. We had to eat out, not good for the business. WiFi not stable, works best in the mornings.

It was decent.

Jamaican breakfast was good, staff was nice. I was expecting more from the facilities and beach. The room didn’t have proper blinds so it was very uncomfortable in the morning. Overall I think it should be cheaper quality/price.

The place needs to be cleaned better, and overall it needs refurbishment.

The facility is not bad but the way it is advertised online is very misleading.

The staff was OK cafeteria area was clean and ok pool area was well maintained

I was really disappointed that is was advertised that parking was available when this was not so as the parking was not sufficient for all guest onsite. We went to an event and came back at dawn and there was no parking. The serving size of the food purchased was very small not to mention the one slice of toast and half of saugage. Coffee was watered down and the orange juice was fake. There odor in the room was not fresh.

Nice and very basic. Very nice staff. Over priced.

The staff try to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. the view from the breakfast deck is nice.

The location is not ideal. The stairs to the rooms on top floor are steep. Parking is not ideal. view from the room are not very good and lots of junk from the hotel next door hurts the view from some rooms.

It had a very nice Ocean view.

The rooms were in poor condition, we changed room three times before getting one that was bearable. There was Roaches in my room. The Wifi was VERY, VERY POOR, so we couldn’t watch TV or surf the internet/social media for entertainment. The “included Breakfast” was of poor quality. Some of the staff provided excellent service in trying to make our stay comfortable while some acted like we should just be satisfied with what we got.

Worse place to take vacation

I like that's it in the heart of ochi, the way the rooms was set up was not welcoming.

The towels were looking unclear, the room did not have a iron, a small cooler or a microwave. There was alot of mosquitoes biting us in the room. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They said the breakfast starts at 7 we got there at 8 an never get the food until 9:30. The lady who cooks the food is disrespectful as well. There was this lady who waited on her food for 1 1/2 hours an tell her it was cold, an she said to the lady and what she should do about it. The washroom looks outdated as well. So as I said I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
