My mum stayed for one night. The team at the hotel were absolutely amazing!
I was quite worried as my mum is an elderly person so they kept me updated about when she arrived, picked her up at the airport, organised her taxi for the next day, and always answered my questions timely.
What a great place and staff! I'm beyond thankful!

Breakfast was adequate.

The room was clean, the shower was hot and had good water pressure. There was some lights coming from the street outside, but nothing that I would say is unexpected for a hotel downtown.
A couple cabs had trouble finding the address and stopped around the block from the front door. Perhaps there is a map issue with the hotel address? It was not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

staff was great
there was banging either upstairs or next door at 4am and at 7am there was jackhammering outside my window.

Very good location, walking distance to all main atractions, staff was friendly, the breakfast could have more options but it was anyway delicious, eggs , bread or local bread, huice, coffee, fruits available , so it was ok, the room was very clean looks actually better than pictures, the building is old however the rooms look lime recently renovated, nicr shower , rain shower with hot water, towels clean and nice, the cleaning lady ask evwryday to make up the room even though i said its not necessary fo 2 days stay , she changed my towels when j asked, they brought me iron to my room when i asked, there is mini fridge in the room, phone, tv, the queen bed is nice and comfortable,
Doesnt have safe in the room
It is very noisy, as the street in feont of the hotel is busy, and cars tend to horn a lot in ecuador 🤣🤣 but i dont think there is much the staff can do about that...

All the people in the hotel are nice and they always want to help us. They are also respectful and polite. Their recommendations are always good about restaurants and touristic places. Breakfast is included and it is delicious.

Located centrally in the downtown area. Very clean. Great breakfast which is included. Lunch is also amazing but remand almuerzo is first come first serve so make sure to get their around 2 to try all the great food. Close to attractions including the malecón 2000. Great shower hot and cold water with great water pressure. Overall great stay for a great value. Great friendly staff will to help.

Location is excellent, right at the iguana park. Good security, very friendly and helpful staff. The first floor has been renovated and our family room was immaculately well decorated in modern style with comfortable beds with good quality pillows and linens. The only thing lacking in the room was chairs to put your clothes on when sleeping at night. The breakfast was a standard Ecuadorian breakfast, but good and the restaurant is bright, clean, and hygienic. On the last night I was alone and stayed in a single room on the second floor. These rooms are older with a rather plain white-tiled ambience, but clean and with good hot water, plus the window looked over the iguana park, so gave a good angle for some photos. Staff printed out my kids' Covid test results from e-mail, which was helpful.
Step down as you entered the bedroom jarred my back a couple of times. (Difficult to see your feet with mask on face.)

The staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful with getting us into two separate very clean and cozy rooms. We had originally booked something else but they upgraded us and we appreciated that. Great location and wonderful friendly staff! We will definitely stay here again.

There was no bar soap or dispenser at the bathroom sink and so one had to step into the shower to use the soap dispenser attached to the wall. Not a big issue but a little odd.
Breakfast was prepared as you ordered, it was included in our rate, and was very good. What seemed to be 2 eggs, we had them scrambled so hard to tell exactly, a plate of fresh fruit, big glass of fresh juice and plenty of good fresh coffee. There was a big delicious croissant-like roll on the American style breakfast and 2 fried plantains stuffed with cheese fritter-like patties on the Traditional style breakfast. Hot, delicious and filling.
The entire staff went out of their way to assist with bags, information, and gave us each a free bottle of water at check-in too. You need to remember the water in Guayaquil is not safe for anyone to drink.
The location is about 1 block maximum from the Iguana Park and a bit farther to the Malacon Park along the river. Great location
They arranged for a taxi to pick us up for $15 and then when we realized we had too much luggage for 1 taxi, they arranged for a van to pick us up for $25.
Excellent choice of hotel, good breakfast and location.
Nothing really. There was a little bit of street noise but not frequent and didn't really bother us.
