7th night with yaw 2 last week 3 this week cant beat what you get for the price i actually will live there if i had too. No bugs so far or dirtiness very clean just wish the walls was alil thicker for sound proof 😆

Our stay was good, to bad other people think they have to scream all night but that is nothing the hotel have I their hands. People are just so self centered these theys what I think is a shame. The room was spacious and clean. We had a good experience with that!!

It didn't appear quite so family-friendly a place to stay with my child. Our first look out of our window revealed (sight and sound) people drinking (alcohol) in an outdoor area right outside of our window. There was an odor of cigarette smoke right in the hallway outside of our door. An inadequately secured vent cover fell off. Given these issues noticed early, we decided not to stay the full night as originally planned.

I left my lunchbox with a Stanley cup in it, called front desk 10 min after leaving, clerk advised she would get it from room, I arrived back at the hotel, desk clerk looked around then told me they didn’t know where it was.

Did not like not having an elevator to get to the second floor where my room was. Did not like the tub not having slip resistant appliques. Very dangerous. The room was adequate and large, and the kitchenette was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The worst beds I have ever had the displeasure to sleep on (or attempt to) and the AC was out. That was enough for me. Overall this place was an older rundown no-tell motel that simply got a coat of fresh paint, new carpet and new fixtures to look new. But they left the vibe of homeless flophouse and apparently the mattresses. Not what I expect from a Choice Hotel. Still waiting on my refund of the nights I didnt stay there as I left within a hour of getting there. The staff was apologetic but management apparently didnt care. It was clean thats was the only thing good about it.

Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the room didn’t have any plates, cups, utensils or pots but it did have a 2 eye burner stove. Also didnt have hot breakfast which would’ve came in clutch. Had it had those main items it would have been perfect. Never received my points for the stay but overall it was nice and comfy.

There were pest traps in the kitchen
The beds were extremely uncomfortable

In the details of the room was nothing to what it was. The pool was dirty. We could not use it the first day. I bought dresses with me. There was no closet or even a rack to hang them so the wrinkles would fall out. There was a kitchenette with no dishes or anything to cook with. Only 1 desk chair in the room. We had to sit on the bed to eat or watch TV. It said there was a tub shower combination, there was only a shower. This is not the room I thought I was paying for. Very disappointed. I will think twice before booking through Hotels.com or the Surburban.

Was planning to stay 5 nights. Has to have been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It is essentially attached to a Hooters. It was dirty, there were no amenities such as cups or coffee or even tissues in the rooms. The guest washer and dryers didn’t really work. Had to dry clothes twice spending $6 to do it and could only use cold water to wash my clothes. Pool area outside was disgusting with cigarette butts and just small bits of trash everywhere. No coffee or breakfast. What topped it off was when my husband saw a huge cockroach crawl from under my bed.

While checking in I assisted a Spanish cleaning crew lady communicate her boss that there was a mouse in one of the rooms. Next morning, my wife went down to the lobby for breakfast. No breakfast but she spotted a cockroach crawling on the counter.

Hotel was adequate for a one night stay. Basic amenities. Surprised there was absolutely zero artwork anywhere in the room. Also there was no place to put shower stuff in the (handicapped) shower stall. Bed was extremely hard and quite uncomfortable.

Im a pretty easy person to please without bells and whistles. I didnt find anything terrible about the place, just very very basic , however it appears they are in the process of remodeling some things. My grandson loved the pool, but there were no lounge chairs, just 5 metal chars and 2 tables. No vending, laundry room was closed, read carefully,no elevator (normally not a problem but had my special.needs grandson and it made the juggling all.our things and him tougher having to take stairs). Front desk did give me a late checkout so i could get a little more pool time with my little man, which i appreciated. Id probably stay again for the price and the purpose but now i know what i need to have with me to accommodate.

My stay was great, and I will stay there again when traveling for work. The front desk manager was very helpful and available when needed. The day of check-out, I got up early to leave and walked out of my room without the key, guess I was still asleep. I was able to get a new key quickly with no problems. Also the pet fee for my fur baby was super affordable. I wouldn’t know dogs were there until I heard them bark. Very clean space. No smoking odor.

The fact it was expected that all persons staying on premises were to be quiet after hours and respectful of others . I wake up at 3:30 in the morning for work and there were no lingering problems hanging around, everything was clean as a pin and I was well impressed
