Check In experience was great. Location very convenient for a day trip into New Haven. Full facilities including microwave, freezer, fridge and dishwasher. Excellent condition and very spacious room.

Our stay was very nice . We have watched it being built from day one since we live in East Haven also, We promised our grandchildren we would stay there when it was finished . They weren't disappointed. Very beautiful hotel .

Brand new hotel, great location with a lot of shops and dining options around, very close to New Haven. Have a free breakfast is good, but food below the average. Hotel is nicely designed, modern, large rooms, full kitchenet with large fridge is a very nice touch. But, they should do SOMETHING for sound proofing! We stay there during Yale freshmen move-in days, so hotel was packed! Terrible, you can hear every single move from the rooms above you, next to you and downstairs. People who walk in the hallway are like walking next your bed. Funny is this hotel is right on I-95, but traffic from interstate does not bother us as much as sounds from all directions inside the hotel, that usually lasts until 2-3 AM! Otherwise nice stay.

No soundproofing of door to hallway. Up all night due to rowdy guests and early morning children racing down hallway! Breakfast was out of most food 30 minutes before end time.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was perfect! The staff was so friendly and helpful, everything was brand new and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and linens were wonderful. Couldn’t ask for more, definitely recommend.

Property is close to 95 so good for an overnight stay. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool was cold indoor. Breakfast was good for all of us. Would stay here again.

We stayed one night and overall it was great. We however was expecting a heated pool, but the water was very cold. The breakfast was good and not far from 95, would stay again. Staff was courteous and overall great.

There were walkable areas like Chili's, hobby lobby and a dollar tree that was good, only thing was it was a major highway you can hear at night, and for being dog friendly not alot of area to walk your dog, and I thought there was an off leash area to play with your dog but there wasn't.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars. Only 2 problems that caused me to gove it 4 stars. The laundry room is located in the workout area it wasnt too bad but both washing machines were eventually out of order due to the machines being full of coins. There is no maintenance during the weekend so noone qas able to empty it out. The breakfast said turkey bacon and turkey sausage but the breakfast staff kept placing the wrong items behind the turkey sausage and turkey bacon signs. It was unfortunate for my family and I because we couldnt rtake that risk. Everything pertaining to cleanliness, room amenities, and staff was excellent. The beds are comfortable and the mini kitchen helps out a lot with families. Would recommend and stay again just bring your own breakfast if you dont eat pork.

Advertised as pet friendly, but there is a $75 per night charge for a pet. Big , little, hypoallergenic… doesn’t matter. That’s not pet friendly, especially when it is not stated up front. Polyester sheets and noisy air conditioning- but maybe that’s a good thing to muffle the notice on I-95.

New property. Rooms are well-equipped, stylish and comfortable. Nice shower - although it's a little an annoying having the shower handle on the opposite wall as the showerhead. Also, Indon't like the barn door on the bathroom. Not very private. Hotel could've done a better job with breakfast. Only had skim milk. Who does that? The young woman workimg the breakfast bar was overwhelmed and behind. Food items went unreplenished as she tried to catch up. When she finally refilled the oatmeal,.it was watery and undercooked. The multigrain egg & sausage bagel sandwiches were good, however.

I feel hotel.com and the hotels that are being booked should be in the same page . I was told incidentals would be a 100 dollar hold by hotels .com get to the hotel to be told there’s a 300 incidental charge . This is something as a consumer I feel shouldn’t happen. It can potentially put someone in a bad financial situation or even hinder them from going thru with their reservations. This needs to be fixed . I had to come up with money I didn’t have to feed and entertain my kid’s throughout out stay.

Brand new hotel! Indoor pool, breakfast included and beautiful spacious rooms! Front desk staff was so nice and helpful during my stay! The property turned out so convenient and close to my friends in Fair Haven! Will definitely be back! I did recommend hopefully a shuttle bus to Tweed Airport! Had a great 3 nights stay! Thank you!!

Omg it was horrible! The room stank so bad. We slept on top of the bedding with our own blanket because it was so gross. The man on the front desk was rude He took my credit card and swipe it and said it was for incidentals we were there for less then 5 hours and he charged my card $50 !!! We didn’t even take a shower because the bathroom was so nasty !!! Do not stay here !!!!!!

My first night had a pleasant start. The woman at check in, Lucille, was super nice and helped me figure out the dilemma I had with 2 separate bookings. She explained everything and explained all I would have to do is check out and then check back in (staying in the same room). This is where it quickly went downhill. The room was very comfortable BUT there were other people just going in and out of their rooms very noisily all night with letting their doors slam and such. The next morning, I got up early so I could check out and check back in like Lucille said. That morning though, I had a young man who was obviously very flustered because the breakfast nook was crowded and kept bugging him for every little thing and he appeared to be the only person working so he was doing the work of 2 or 3 people. He finally managed to get me checked out and checked back into the same room. I spent the morning listening, again, to everyone letting their doors slam every 5 minutes. When I got back to my room that night, it was more of the same. Luckily I DID manage to get some rest before heading home the next day. The woman at final checkout was VERY nice and told me how to get out from where I was parked. All in all a decent stay but the door slamming was disruptive and they need more help.

Room smelled of cigarettes. NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING FOR A SHOWER. "Our boiler is broken."We requested, and staff said a taxi would be there to get us to the airport. It wasn't. "You need to use Lyft." At least they know Uber isn't allowed at HVN for some reason. We were lucky and got a Lyft ride from a driver that happened to get up early that day. The only reason that this place was chosen was proximity to HVN "Tweed" airport for an early flight. Next time we'll stay farther away.

We stayed in the older section and the room was very dated looking. The beds were clean and comfortable but the bathroom had a toilet where the water kept running. Overall it was an ok stay for the price. The hotel was close to the airport which is what I was looking for when I booked.
