Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport.
Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. I only stayed for one night but if I stayed for longer I think it would have been easy to adjust.
There is a cafe in the lobby that has really good coffee and food. Staff is also very kind.

There were no air condition in the apartment. Very bad air in the room. We included breakfast, but the breakfast was in acafe next door, so we had to choose from a menu and stay whitin the price og the breakfast. I had expected a buffet. And we waited one hour for the food. Old fashioned hotel that had its peak in the 80’s

There was no generator which was not advertised on the website so we were without electricity for several hours during loadshedding. The room was lovely and spacious but there was no lift an it was on the first floor which made it difficult for my elderly father to access the room and he actually fell down the stairs as they are quite steep

Great place however no parking was available which is a huge bummer

The booking was done and approval sent, but when I arrived at the hotel, they were fully booked and didn’t have space for. They helped and made an arrangement of a client who left without checking out. They then called me the next day to tell me to move again without any communication about this prior and then once again made arrangements, I wasn’t informed breakfast was included so didn’t go as I thought it was a self catering unit. The staff are very friendly that work night shift but are very understaffed. One person needs to do it all. They managed to accommodate me and I’m grateful for that, they need to fix their internal system so things run smoothly.

I love my view and the atmosphere. The only problem is the parking otherwise I will be back next year

The unit was good, but there were issues with the master bathroom (when showering water spewed into entire bathroom). In addition, the elevator was not working when we were there - walk up to fifth floor every time!

The staff were most helpful. We did not like the idea of the bathroom being open to the bedroom. I feel so strongly about it as to say that whoever has designed has no sense of shame or privacy. Othen than this, our stay was excellent. We hope to return to it.

I really enjoyed the public swimming pool across the street, it was great to start the day with a refreshing salt water swim.
Only downside was that the beaches further away from town were a lot nicer...

The hotel was nice. The views were amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. The only complaint is that airport pick up is not 280R as advertised but 450R and you don’t pay the hotel but the driver. Which was confusing and much more than I would have been willing to pay.

Location is great and the apartment is spacious with a good size kitchen. Bathroom is in desperate need of a refurb. Staff are friendly, pool and all other fitness facilities were not in use at the time of our stay.

Excellent hotel at the best location, right in front of sea point. The hop on hop off bus stops in front of the hotel on the other side of the road. I went on holidays with my mother and we loved the stay plus the staff is very friendly.

Poor choice of tv channels.
No international news channels.
No local news channels
No daily coffee and bathroom supplies
Insufficient parking on property

Great location and comfortable room. The only issue was, I made a booking for an excursion, this independent tour company said they left a message at the hotel but the receptionist said they didn’t get the message. Not sure whom to believe but this did cause a big inconvenience

This was a very good stay, and I was so impressed by one of the staff she went an extra mile to make sure I get the place to stay for up to the 25th. From the 12th meaning I will stay for 13days here

We booked a 1-night stay. Check-in was quick and efficient. I reserved an on-site parking bay, which is one of a limited few right in front of entrance. The room itself (on ground floor) was so much more than I expected. Bathroom facilities excellent. A small balcony/patio very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and hope to be back soon again.

Handy for shops. A great location for access to CapeTown ,Table Mountain and the wonderful Cape Coast

We reserved our accommodation for 17 days and were given a very nice apartment on the 4th floor, with bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony, from which we could see the sea and the swimming pools. We were very happy with this and, except for the lift (elevator) breaking down a few times, we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, three days before we were due to depart, we were told that we had to change rooms, which meant spending a half day packing our belongings. Next morning we had to take all our luggage to a first floor apartment with a much smaller kitchen and no balcony, in which the fan in the bedroom did not work. This ruined our stay and we are not sure that we will stay at this hotel on our next trip to Cape Town, in spite of it being so convenient and having nice accommodation. I noticed that someone else had the same complaint.
The staff, especially on the desk, were very helpful.

Nice hotel walking distance to all Sea Point attractions and restaurants. Hotel was under construction and noisy all day. Excellent cleaning staff.

Disappointing. Room had view of corridor, was rather small and there was no comfortable seating in room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area good.

You know, it was fine. And the staff was very good, and the rooms were well-equipped and clean. However, you should know this: This was reported before, but I took a chance, thinking that the situation had surely been corrected, but this hotel advertises a superior studio as having a balcony, 2 double beds, and a full kitchen. However, when we got there, we were given a studio with one king, no balcony, and a tiny kitchenette. When I objected, the front desk woman said that the better attributes were only for the penthouse or a 1-bedroom suite. I showed her a screenshot I had taken of the description of our superior studio, which clearly indicated a balcony, full kitchen, etc.. She was very patient and also somewhat distressed, as she admitted that they needed to fix their descriptions, because they were wrong (clearly, this had happened before). For the first night, there was nothing she could do; for the remaining nights, she upgraded us to a 1-bedroom apt., which was larger, had a full kitchen, but still only had one king bed and no balcony. Mind you, by and large, I was happy with our stay; it's a good hotel, which has upgraded most of their apts., so some of the former complaints have been addressed. But they are still clearly mis-advertising their studios, at the very least, and this should be corrected.

If you have a car this hotel only has a forecourt for 7 vehicles. If you’re lucky you maybe able to reserve a space on booking! Free parking is around if you can find a space.

They need to provide parking (only 12 bays and 43 rooms!). Our car window was broken on the street outside the hotel
