A bit old and worn but it was clean motel. My only major problem was the strong smell of marijuana outside and in the hallways. Minor problems were; the awful water (a problem for the whole area) - so I recommend that people bring their own water with them. The breakfast buffet was okay - it's quite limited selection of breakfast. Suggestion: You may want to leave to the local diner for breakfast.

The place was clean and staff is nice. I had to ask for hand soap. The side door was left ajar twice even after pulling it shut. Not sure if patrons paid too OR are residents /druggies. The breakfast is HoRrIble. Cereal thrown all over, no coffee and breakfast nook is needing an open window... it is hot even with a fab left on.

Upon check in, desk clerk was rude, and rather than answer questions, rolled her eyes, and handed us a list of breakfast and pool times. Location was run down and, although clean, in need of updating. Although our floor was "non smoking", the hallways reeked of marijuana smoke. In the morning, (fyi, 45 minutes before breakfast ended), the coffee had run out. There seemed to be no breakfast attendant present, so we asked at the front desk. The desk clerk --- who was quite harried --- told us that she'd try to get in there asap. Upon inquiring, she stated that she was "it" ... both desk clerk and breakfast room attendant. Later upon checkout, the clerk, barely took time from what was obviously a personal telephone call, took our key cards, but did not inquire about / offer a receipt.

The location of the motel was satisfactory. It was close to most of what I wanted to be near. However, it was the little things that made the stay less than satisfactory. When I made the reservation it asked me if there was anything special that I would require. I asked that a non slip tub mat be there for my use. It was not. I had to travel to the WalMart to purchase one for my safety. Yes there was a grab bar in the tub, but it was not sufficient. The toilet in the room was not properly installed and it rocked and made lout noises. To get ice you had to go in the bar far away from the room. Parking was difficult.

We didn't get to make the trip because my girlfriend/travel companion is 8 weeks pregnant and caught the flu. Even though I begged them to not charge us the fee for not being able to make the trip, they charged us $232 anyway. We will NEVER stay at this hotel, ever

We left after 1 night. The hallway smelled of crap and were not clean, bathroom toilet didnt flush, baby cried all night while they walked it in the hallway, AC smelled of urine when it was turned on and the bed was made with sand in it. I asked for a ground floor and was told they didnt have any other rooms available.

As we entered there was a large sign stating-This is a non-smoking facility(?) As soon as you enter the bldg it smelled like smoke. When we get to our room there is a small sign on the door stating "This is a non-smoking room". Upon entry it smelled like smoke. Not happy. We did bring our dog (beagle) so the room was pet friendly. I would rather the room smell like a dog than smell like smoke. We endured it since there are limited pet-friendly rooms. Other than the smell the room was clean and beds comfortable. My only other comment - The door to enter our section of the hotel had a magnetic swipe to use your hotel key. The door was ALWAYS open, not requiring your hotel key. I feel this is a safety hazard. ANYONE could enter the hotel.

Hallway’s and side entrances need new carpeting and care, in general. Breakfast is subpar, there is little selection and only one woman bears the responsibility of it.

The toilet did not flush and the shower pan was collapsing under my feet. My room was unrentable. The manager claimed he fixed the toilet. The water ran constantly but would not flush.

Beds were hard as concrete and the loud banging from the room next door kept me up all night not to mention my remote control didn’t have any batteries called the front desk and was told they were going to bring some and hour later never came I proceeded to go to the front desk and was told that they don’t have any and the person that told me they had them went home go fkn figure

This hotel was crummy. Homeless people with carts around the parking area. Doors to outside had broken locks and people were getting into the halls. Lots of “long term tenants”. Smoking in the halls, despite being non-smoking. Rooms were filthy, hair and residue in bathrooms, dirty sheets.

Sink broken in bathroom, someone broke something outside my room, sticky & broken glass .- not cleaned up for several hours. No ice bucket. Had to ask several times. Overall service poor. The girl handling the front desk did all she could do until “management “ came in. Not a place I would stay again. The room should not have been rented out in the condition it was in.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night. I did our pre check-in online, so the hotel knew we would be taking our reservation. The bed was comfortable. But, there was only 1 set of towels in thebathroom and no bath mat. There was a hole in the wall where 1 of 2 toilet paper rolls were supposed to be. Breakfast was offered in a room much too small for the patrons, so it was a constant "dance" to access the various breakfast items. There was no hot water, so anyone needing hot water had to go to the sink there, fill up a cup, or mix water with instant oatmeal and use the microwave that was provided.
