Awesome location and top notch service and staff in a well appointed facility. Definitely will return.

Awesome location & cute lobby/rooms
2.5
Absolutely great location. Friendly staff. Great bar/restaurant area.
Food was very pricey.
1.0
Unfortunate as the hotel hot tub was down for maintenance. Moreover, snow makers at the next door ski resort were on all hours of the night and very loud. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but maybe we could’ve been provided a room on the other side since it wasn’t busy at that time.

Friendly Staff! Loved being greeted by a furry friend! Comfortable bed and pillows! Enjoyed hot tub and visiting with other guests. Quite as well!

This was a last minute booking and one of the only places available. I have stayed here in the past. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The water pressure isn’t too strong but fine. Common areas are a nice with sitting areas and work spaces but the hallways are a little dated and confusing. The proximity to the mountain is awesome if you’re there to recreate. We were working down the road. Parking is limited and an extra charge. There is a restaurant/bar. The menu is limited and expensive but you are on the mountain so to be expected. The coffee in the morning was really not good. I would stay here again

It was a great stay. Everyone was so nice.

The staff was very accommodating and the property is lovely. Most of the people working and staying there are young and trendy. I am an old lady, but they never made me feel out of place.
4.0
The location and staff were fantastic, right at the bottom of the ski area. The included breakfast

Crazy they make you pay for parking and the resort fee. Made it expensive

We stayed there in the off season so it was very quiet and not crowded. Wish the downtown were closer as that is where we wanted to shop and dine.
4.0
Overall, it was a good place to stay. I would stay there again.

Aspen and Blake at Front Desk were absolutely wonderful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Ill definitely be back.

Chill base camp around steamboat.

People came back at one in the morning, screaming and yelling and smashed the front door

The property is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. However, little things like not having a regular coffee pot in the room or an AC unit that shuts down when a temperature is reached made it a bit annoying. Older features are showing like old toilets that aren't water efficient. It is a "resort" property, but they try a little too hard to be fancy.

We have stayed at this property a few times and have had good experiences. When I checked into my room, there was black hair in my bathtub as well as my toilet seat so that did not make me very happy. Couple of the pillowcases were torn. Nothing awful happened. However, combine that with the property looking more and more rundown, chipping paint everywhere they need new pool towels, The towels were the size of a hand towel. It makes you feel like it’s not very clean. This hotel needs a facelift externally for sure. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful as well as the cleaning lady she was awesome. Had coffee in the morning upstairs of the new restaurant. They were an organized, there wasn’t sugar either day. She had to find sugar somewhere else so that was weird the coffee tasted a little burnt and bitter. They did not have half-and-half. They only had some heavy whipping cream. with not having a very busy hotel, It shouldn’t be too hard to take care of these things I would think. I’m a stickler for customer service!

Everything was amazing!

This hotel is a hotel for dogs not people. The dogs living in the lobby caused me to have an allergic reaction as I tried to work. There were so many dogs coming and going and in all parts of the hotel - except the pool. I have flea bites on both legs. Fleas were either from my bed linens or the carpets in the lobby. Folks working there were nice however, when informed of the fleas no accommodation was given.

The hotel was pretty average. The shower/water pressure was terrible and the tub didn't drain well.

No coffee in room, said they were out of it, TV would go blue screen every 15 minutes, minimal channels. Old hotel looks its age. Extra fee for parking $15 surprise.

Loved our stay here!

Friendly staff. Nice vibe

It is expensive to not having breakfast included. Also there is no options to eat something or drinks from the hotel restaurant if you arrive after 9. Al the rest was great: the pool, the room, the service.

This hotel was an old property that has been renovated. It’s a nice update but nothing fancy. Very clean and convenient to the gondola. Great bar and restaurant and a very active lobby. Bathrooms are very small and you can hear the people next door. Overall it’s a great bang for your buck.

Good location. Expected more for the price. Needs remodeling.

Room was fine. The location great. The dismissive attitude of the staff was horrendous. I would have rather stayed at another hotel based on the attitude alone.

I was not aware of the parking fee ($15), or the resort fee ($39). If I knew this in advance I would have stayed somewhere else!

Perfect location for the 4th of July drone show. Worth mentioning that parking is tight. the hotel could use more dedicated parking spaces.

Great location but parking is difficult.

Parking was horrible. Breakfast options, pricing and service was horrible. Had to stand in line 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee because only one person was working. Bathroom was very small and poor lighting in tiny mirror to get ready. Need to put another mirror in the main room.
Great location though!

Very quite clean and up to date this is off season for the area. Lack of places to eat in the area but with planning can be accommodated
