Had to deal with a barking dog in the room next to us that kept us awake all night.

Our view was over trash containers so a bit loud in morning earlier than I’d hope. Front desk was amazing!! Super nice and helpful even before we got there. I needed to drop a third night and they were extremely helpful and made it easy!!

Check in process was great, we were able to check in early, however when we arrived to our supposed suite we were shocked because it looked nothing like the pictures online. Everything is so dated, there was a gross smell, trash on the floor and on the furniture from I assume previous guests, dog hair everywhere, stains on the couch, a built in ice maker that didn’t work. We decided later to go to the hot tub and found a used band aid full of blood sitting right next to it, then proceeded to the other hot tub and couldn’t even put our feet in because the water temp had to be 108 if not more. Way too hot! Overall a very disappointing anniversary trip for my wife and I. We definitely won’t be back

Highly recomended. Clean rooms and facility, friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant.

Old and dirty. Cancelled reservation as soon as walked into room. Needs complete renovation.
Everything in area is nicer.
Do not waste your money !

The bed sheets were dirty, as if they had not even been laundered! We had them changed. Overall, this hotel is in terrible condition. The carpet is worn out everywhere, and in our room it was badly stained and dirty- looking. The upholstery on the one chair in the room was so worn the threads were actually coming loose. The screen on the window was broken. Pillows were old and bumpy.

The place to stay.

First time at Winter Park. Right by the lifts. Maids could be better and they could stock the room with normal stuff (not just one towel and no cups or coffe pot but had a coffee maker and two lids with two set ups). But overall not bad. Would stay again.

The AC was broken in the room. We reported it and was told somebody will come to repair it. We waited for hours and no one came so we decided to leave. We were told we’ll get refund but have not seen it yet

I liked everything about the view, the area, I felt very good.
2.0 / 5.0
Not the most comfortable. Building is very old and dated. AC in the room stopped working and room got very, very warm and only had a small window to open for any air. It’s like there was a heater going. Could not sleep because it was so warm.
Staff was friendly and beds were clean. Breakfast included so, that was a little bit of an offset.

The pictures make this hotel seem a lot higher in experience, comfort and amenities than it really is. It is badly in need of updating. The beds are old and worn. The sheets were stained, not because of anything questionable but because of the age on them. Also, opt for a forest view, a mountain view, is simply a view across the street of a much more sprawling lodge.

For the price we paid, this hotel could use some tlc. Rooms were old and run down, breakfast was not edible.

Across major road from main resort convenient but not walkable - shuttle seems to be the solution

The outside of the hotel looked great and the clerk at the front desk was very helpful, but that was where it stopped. When we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor we were met with a stench something near vomit, dirty clothes and fried okra. The paint on the walls were terribly scratched everywhere and the carpet was thred bare. Our room was slightly better, but the chairs were snagged up and had lose strings everywhere and the lamp shade was torn.
We also discovered that housekeeping failed to provide wash clothes, a bath mat and missed a pillow case. I wonder what else they forgot. In the morning we attempted the free breakfast of pre-cooked rewarmed scrambled eggs and over cooked sausage linkes, but we couldn't find a clean plate in the stack.
On the positive side the pool and hottubs were ok, but the hottubs were only slightly north of warm. $70 would have been a reasonable price, but not what we paid for it. Sorry, review won't allow me to attach photos.

Outdated property. When we entered our room there were chunks of crushed crackers in the carpet and a food wrapper on the floor. TV was very small. A few very long dark hairs on our beds when we walked in. Bathroom is small. Blankets consisted of 1 top sheet and 1 very thin top blanket. Shampoo bottle was half empty. There was 1 person checking everyone in and doing everything else on his own. Staff was nice but would not stay there again. Everything was outdated.

The room was falling apart. Closet door was falling off the railing. The bed was broken. Bedding felt like paper.

This hotel was really old. The beds was so loud and old. Not comfortable and the pillows were horrible. The area is a ski town so the prices are high because of that but we didn’t even go in winter. Staff was nice but the hotel needs a remodel

I enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the resort area. The room was comfortable and I had a good meal in the restaurant. No complaints!

The hotel is a little old and needs upgrades but over all we were please with the service, Venta on the front desk was amazing, Mr love and the girl in charge of weddings did a great job at breakfast, the were attentive and the food was great, they listen to sugestions and thanks to Travis for have the coffee teady at 5am for us to take on the road, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxin, we are definitely coming back.

Used & abused. Seen better days. No tissues or xtra TP. Coffee maker but no cups. Various lights weren’t functioning. No wash cloths Dirty top cover on bed.

We were not given essential items and had to wait until the next day to receive them and when we did receive them they were stained. I have stayed in this location before and I will never return. Dining was okay at least the staff was kind and helpful. Total disappointment overall.

room was musty and did not smell clean.
hair dryer was missing and my wife had to go to another room to dry her hair????????????????

Horrible. The hotel needs serious upgrades and housekeeping quality control. Our room had a small flat screen tv. The microwave when used I was afraid it was going to start on fire or explode. The bathroom had only conditioner that was used and lotion no hand soap, no shampoo and the toilet paper holder was broken that the half a roll was on the bathroom sink. They had an ironing board but no iron. Told the front deck to relay to housekeeping just wanted clean towels and trash to be dumped after jazz concert all day once back to room nothing was done so took to front desk told the lady on duty I told the morning personnel what I needed in room 119. Also as in decor very old that the curtains have holes in them. I paid 467 dollars for three nights when I had another reservation at Comfort Inn and was to pay over 1000 for three nights but was then told festival was only 3 miles premiered to find out it was 3 miles. Def will not stay there again unless they do a major over haul. Only good thing was the nice man that was taking care of the continental Breakfast on Sunday and Monday morning. He was very polite and accommodating to the hotel quests.

Convenient location. Needs updates. The window in our room was broken and wouldn’t close. The restaurant was so short staffed it took a hour for us to get food and then it was wrong. Breakfast was limited and they didn’t have everything. The pool and hot tub area was nice. I don’t know if I would stay again.

At one time this property may have been pristine and well-kept. The room was old, worn, and unclean. The furniture was worn and the beds soft. The upkeep is poor in general and he place is outdated. Overall, the place needs serious renovations. There is a terrible smell in the lobby and hallways and staff seemed disconnected-just not customer friendly. Lastly, good luck get anyone to answer the phone for the facility.

Checked in, room was unclean with no towels and worst of all a clogged toilet of human waste.
Went and got another room. It was somewhat clean.
3.0 / 5.0
The receptionist was kind and very helpful. It’s definitely a place for pets and animals (which is great) but it really shows in the condition of the furniture in the rooms, the carpet and the smell.
1.0 / 5.0
The hallway to room was very stinky. Then the room carpet was yuck and the bed sheets was blood stained🙄. Went to the continental breakfast and that was a joke all four days. No plates or forks out. The attendant just sat in the corner on his phone and had to be asked to get any of the above.

I would try and find a different hotel. It was the least expensive but you get what you pay for

Great area to walk around behind the hotel. Hotel definitely needs updating.

This property is in great need of a makeover! Dirty carpet, bedding needs to be replaced, furniture is old and beat up! I could not wait to get out of the place!

Hotel was dilapidated. Breakfast was terrible. Staff tried to be helpful but overall the hotel was a bit of a dump.
