We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the linen hood quality.

Veldig god service!

Great location very close to major sights in Ravenna.

A quite plain hotel however with perfect, central location. Still quiet on a small street. Very nice and friendly staff. Dog-friendly, we could bring our dog - who is very calm and well-behaved - to the breakfast room. Breakfast OK. The hotel has spaces in a garage 100 meters away, for twenty euro per day, very convenient.

Great location in Ravenna! It seemed like a long walk on the map with luggage but it really wasn’t bad. The room was spacious enough and clean. Minus the shower being small and it having some issues closing, the room worked for me. Nice, kind service at the front desk.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Great location. Bathroom and shower were very small.

Cold AC, king size bed, great area. Good breakfast. Frendly.
Bad sound isolation.

Stayed for one night prior to boarding a cruise ship. Comfortable hotel, well positioned near the centre of town with easily walkable access to numerous bars and restaurants. Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Would stay here again if we were to book another cruise departing from Ravenna.

A nice hotel that is due for renos but perfectly serviceable for a solo or couple travel stay for a few nights. Rooms were comfortable but noise insulation could be much better - could hear neighbors through the walls, though this ended up being not a problem for me as there weren't many guests after the weekend. Breakfast is simple. Location is really convenient with major attractions, good restaurants, the mercato, and train station all within ~10 min walk. Staff was really attentive and helpful, especially reception staff who were all very friendly.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bizansio and was blown away by the outstanding service from the front desk team! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome. The staff were efficient, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
Special shoutout to Miguel Angel - the best !!! Thank you

Good location - we could walk almost everywhere. Check in was great. People very polite and helpful. My mom had trouble walking right before we left for Italy and needed a wheelchair. There was only one place that had one locally but the place only spoke Italian and we didn’t. So Miguel called for us - arranged transportation for us to pick it up and he was personally going to try to return it for us if needed because we were on a cruise! He went above and beyond with his hospitality! It was a great stay!

A wonderful hotel to stay at especially before a cruise from Ravenna. This hotel is very well located, close to the main square and many eating places. All staff are very friendly, breakfast a bonus. This is our second stay. Very sorry we missed Migel this time.

Good hotel to spend the night before a cruise. Older property with loud A/C and old wooden cabinets. Breakfast was good.

Very good mid-range hotel 2 minutes’ walk from San Vitale in one direction and 2 minutes from restaurants in the other. Clean, friendly, good value. Decent breakfast.

We had 3 rooms and all beds were very hard! Jet lagged saved us as exhausted so didn’t matter. You have to climb into huge tub/shower so if your older and a new hip a bit of a struggle. Elevator great! Breakfast room very outdated but ladies are nice.

Hotel is old and facilities and decoration are outdated, so a refurbishment would be nice.
Room is spacious, beds are ok but not great and the shower has very low pressure. Wifi worked well and the location is fantastic.

The good, bad and the beautiful:
Good - very close to the market and excellent dining. The neighborhood is lovely and the ancient church grounds nearby are stunning.
Bad - walls very thin. Neighbors came in around 3:30am and it sounded like they were in the room. Neighbors across the hall left at 7am and same experience.
Beautiful - the staff, specifically Miguel, were attentive, helpful and generally outstanding! They allowed us to store our bags, helped us make ground transportation and gave us ideas and tourist info. Wonderful stay!

Excellent check in by Migel. He was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large with a very large bathroom. We were very happy with our room. One minor issue was the bath was very narrow which some people would find very hard to get in and out if they had mobility issues. Breakfast was a bonus a good overall selection. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again.

We thought this was the perfect stop over before boarding the cruise ship to Greece. The bonus is that Ravenna is a lovely town with a square filled with people of all ages. Another lovely spot in Italy! The staff were very helpful!

Very hard bed really made sleeping difficult. Fabrizio at the front desk was no helpful at all with port transportation. I think too lazy to stay on hold and try. The person the day before was more helpful. If you are going on a cruise book your transfer in advance with visitravenna.it. Cost is 20 euro per person with one large luggage. Taxis are 30 euro per taxi but almost impossible to book. Ships have a bus from the train station but it is a TOUGH walk from the hotel.

The hotel was great but the bed was like cement and very thin pillows…
