Very old motel complex, 3 two story buildings that is under construction. Lobby/checkin area was very dingy. Checkin person was nice but had our reservation mixed up with the wrong name and credit card. My husband is 85 and I am 75. They failed to tell us that there were no elevators to the second story only stairs and gave us a second story room. Not acceptable.
Outside door to B building was wide open to all of the rooms. No security.
Breakfast area was 4 tables, limited chairs and very little food choices.
Our key card wouldn’t work the second day there because the desk had signed us out after one night. We had a 2 night stay.
Very disappointing stay and Quality Inn is off our list of places to stay! Suzanne Broska

Property is under renovation. It would be nice to let guests know that no elevators are available and that some buildings do not even have them. Many breakfast items not available or were broken.

Old hotel dirty

Staff were very nice & professional. Room was as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. Basic & met our needs. Breakfast was good and included fresh- made pancakes (instead of usual waffles) & staff made sure everything was filled and clean. Main complaint was there was no fitness room which was pictured. Treadmill missing & all equipment broken... disappointed!!

Staff GK was very accommodating when I encountered a TV that didn’t work. He offered another room, which was great(across the hall). Since I’m disabled transmitting the ‘beat up pavement’ was a challange

Needs a huge face-lift and renovation.

This hotel should be demolished. It’s at a state of disrepair. Dirty rooms, carpeting, broken lamp shades and much more.
I wish I could give it zero stars!!

The property is in dire need of an update. The pull out couch was useless, the mattress inside was ratted and terrifying. I’m not a complainer and I’m only writing this review because I was asked to. The breakfast was a pancake machine, stale muffins, and cereal. There are no vending machines. I think a lot of laborers stay here as there were single men wandering the property at all hours and that made me slightly uncomfortable. Think of it as a motel but with indoor rooms versus outdoor entrances.

If you are looking for a quiet property, skip this one. They have “long term” guests who who party all night and let there small children run and yell until the wee hours of the morning. Parties go on until 1-3 AM. Spend an extra $50 and stay elsewhere.

People loitering in the parking lot drinking beer, smoking, swearing. Talking loud at 6:30 AM waking me up.

I could not stay at this hotel !
I was given a room on the second floor, no elevator, very unclean stairs, the room looked okay at first glance… then I noticed the furniture was chipped in many places, the wipes I used sanitize a bit were filthy from all the places I wiped off, the sheets had specks on them, the floor felt damp… and the latch to entrance was rigged to stay unlocked…
I called the desk to say I had to leave… so I lugged all the things I lugged up the stairs down again… the gutter directly under the exit door created an unavoidable waterfall… needless to say, I got soaked.
The guy at the desk would not give me a refund; he said I had to go through Expedia… I asked for some proof that I didn’t stay there, and he said that Expedia would know… he also told me the room was “newly remodeled” and said the furniture was all new. I told him to go take a look…see for himself.
This all happened after a day of driving…
Then I had to find another hotel…
I would expect a full refund. Thank you.

Their recently adopted policy of not allowing bikes in your room is very unhelpful to bikers

The building is unfortunately in a state of terrible disrepair. There are signs up that renovations are underway, but no sign of any. Torn carpets in the hallways, sticky spills in the elevator, stained furniture and linens in the guest rooms, very elderly looking, scant breakfast buffet. Definitely seen better days.

The hotel was not that clean, one of our beds had dirty and I mean soil dirt on the sheet, the AC had dirt on it as well. The interior was old and outdated.

Upon arrival the hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smoke and the key that we were just given did not work. We were moved to a newly renovated room but again the key did not work. This was a reoccurring theme… every day we had to go to the front desk to have our keys reactivated. One of the workers saw us struggling to get in to our room and he attempted to let us in and his key did not work at first. It was very frustrating to have to go the front desk to get in your room at the end of a long day when you just want to go in and relax.
I also requested some more towels one morning and they wouldn’t give me more towels until we gave them the used towels. I do not recommend!

If I could give zero rating I would. This is a terrible property to stay with family, we couldn’t even use the restroom in room they were horrible. I want my money back and delist this property from your website.

This property is in need of serious renovation. Everything is very threadbare and barely functioning. It was a low cost room and it showed. The pullout couch was in terrible condition with springs showing through the entire mattress. The main beds were passable, but the room overall was not in good condition. A smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling barely attached. It is technically an Inn but Quality has left the building.
Entries to the building had card access but they were unlocked. We slept through the night and nothing bad happened but I will not visit again.
It was just not at all what I expected.

This property was horrendous. Broken windows , screens hanging out, Our building was separate from the lobby. We checked in late there was no secure door to the rooms , the deadbolt was missing, the safety lock on inside didnt work and the door was visibly damaged from being pried open. We left immediately. No one in lobby to check us out or to complain to. So we left .

I was very discouraged to know that the door leading to the B building had the latch taped over so that the door would not secure. When I asked about it I was told that this is so guests could get in. The problem is that ANYONE could get in. Our room door itself had no strike plate- the frame had no hardware in it at all. The security deadbolt did not work. The bedspreads had snags in them, the floor had two different types of boards with a metal lip separating them- we were surprised no one stubbed their toe on it. Despite the very helpful and friendly front desk person, I would tell others that this hotel looked like a rushed construction that did not meet quality control inspections.

Upon first walking in there was 2 ladies complaining that they found a dead mouse on their bed, to which the 2 gentleman at the front desk told them to keep it down. Part of the entranceway ceiling is falling apart. One of our headboards was broken as well as what looks like, cigarette burns in our bed sheets. Upon entering the room there was a smell of like body odor or something that we couldnt get rid of. The curtain only half covered the window so we also had rhe light shining in our room all night. We were only staying to get a few hours of sleep before we got back on the road. We needed to get some quick sleep so we stayed but wouldnt recommend.

This property is VERY run down, lots of damage, disrepair and filthy. Hard to believe we’d even find this on the hotels.com site. The sheets and towels were clean, room and bathroom somewhat clean, but had bad odor and beat up old and broken furniture. All common areas of the hotel were in bad need of cleaning.
The front desk staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was typical for the franchise.
We stay at about 10-20 hotels a year and will say we are done with Quality Inn, Choice Hotels and also hotel.com.

Such poor, falling apart facilities in the primary building. We had to move from newer building which had no heat. Then had to move twice for cleanliness (rooms hadn’t been vacuumed; shabby, old bedding and furniture in awful sgape.) Absolutely worst facility… NOT fitting for a QI property.
ONLY positive is the staff who was extremely pleasant and trying to find us a clean room.

We had no hot water. Told staff and refused to correct. I had to beg for another room so they took Me to room next store and that had no hot water. Finally staff gave us a room that had hot water but it was a basic room when we paid for a suit. We didn't get into a room with hot water until 4 in the morning and tried to explain to staff that we were downgraded because of their lack of hot water.
I'd like a refund or a free night in a room equivalent to the suit I paid for.

So first room they gave me a mice ran across the floor. The second room they gave me had roaches in it. I had took a picture of the roaches i saw.

i read a lot of reviews saying it was filthy, but i don't always believe those and i needed a cheap overnight hotel after a flight that got in close to midnight. you could tell it was pretty old. i don't think it was particulary dirty per se, i think it was more that everything was so old it looked a little dirty. however, my room was very nice - a king bed in a roomwith a sitting room and it was clean. the entryway looked a bit updayted and was clean, the breakfast was only cereal, toast, yogurt or a tangerine - not exactly what they listed. the people were all very nice though
