Jay was very nice, i didnt like we couldnt bring breakfast back to the room. However i understand some may bot be as clean. Its just easier with three kids.
It wasnt loud at all which I loved. I felt safe there wasnt too many weird people. Or folks hanging out on the property.

Our stay started with us getting lost trying to find our room. The directions given were not clear. Upon entering our room it didnt seem bad, however that was incorrect. There was a towel under the ac since it leaked. In less than 24 hours we had gone through 3 towels, and there was a massive puddle in half the room. There we stains on the walls that resembled blood. The one outlet we could use for charging our phones by the bed had no cover on it and you had to reach blindly down to plug your phone in, so thats a big safety hazard. The desk was put together so poorly i was worried it would fall apart while barely touching it. The curtain was half off the rod. The shower curtain was ripped. There was medical tape covering the overflow drain in the shower. The door didnt close all the way and there was metal sticking out on the doorframe. While the people at the front desk were friendly, i would never stay here again.

The literal worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot for work all over the US. Room appeared clean at first glance then my son stepped on a bee 5 min in. I pulled back the comforter to help him and there was a roach in the bedding. Pulled back the other beds comforter and dried contacts and hair were in the sheets. They offered to move us to the “only other room” but did not have a working TV. Since we were out in the morning we moved bit that room was not cleaner. Every towel was stained and multiple towels had hair on them and the shower knob fell off. Just awful.

This hotel was nasty!! The rooms were not clean, the floors had not been mopped or swept in who knows how long. There was spider webs and bugs in the corners of the room, there was a dirty sock under the bed that had clearly been there for a while because it had dust collected very thick on it. The toilet seat was loose. Our socks were BLACK on the bottom from walking on the floors. YUCK! The smell outside the rooms smelled like something had died and was left to decompose at nature’s rate. I booked on hotels.com for one price and then the owner of the hotel charged me $28 extra dollars. When I confronted him, he immediately said “oh yeah, I noticed that but I’ll fix it later”. I told him “no I wanted it fixed before I left”. The hotel was definitely NOT worth the price. We definitely felt like we needed to decontaminate ourselves after our stay there. YUCK!!!! We will NOT EVER be staying there again!!!

I had to change my first room due to a pile of wet rags underneath the room's air conditioner along with a puddle of water. My second room had a clogged sink, the wrong size toiler seat, and an unsanitary shower drain. Some of the walkways and the driving areas had surfaces that needed to be repaired.

It was just a one night stop and it did the trick but was definitely nothing more than a room. There were unfortunately a couple of wasps in the room when I checked in and many dead bugs and spider webs. Bed was fine, shower was fine, had just what was needed to get through the night.

The ONLY thing I can say GOOD about this place is the MANAGER. He’s very pleasant and accommodating. BUT, the property is totally run down. There were bugs in my room. The rug was all torn up. The toilet and shower are pretty rusty. The dresser was old and cracked. I had to go out and buy Lysol, and Bug spray. I sprayed every single surface down, including bed, sheets, pillows. Lamp switches, wall switches. Sink and faucet, Toilet, the handle, tub, shower curtain, fridge, microwave, and the tv clicker. It was definitely a creepy, crawley experience. There was no internet from 11pm until 3 am in the morning and I’m a night owl, so it was very frustrating to stare at a dirty wall for 4 hours. The internet images and description of the property are totally false. If you must stay here, DO NOT COME WITHOUT DISINFECTING SPRAY…. AND BUG SPRAY….

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which we hope will address some of the issues. However, during our stay, we encountered challenges primarily related to the substantial number of permanent residents occupying the premises. Their presence was pervasive throughout the property. Despite our request for a room with a view of the river, we were allocated one overlooking a dumpster. Furthermore, there were families permitting their children to roam freely in the parking lot, posing potential hazards to vehicles. Regrettably, the condition of our side of the hotel appeared unkempt and inadequately maintained.

Good location on Lake Eufala. Desk staff friendly. Rooms clean but a bit dated. Hoeever, they are about to be renovated as I write this, so that will change.
Not the hotel's fault, but there was some kind of loud party across the street that went until after 3AM making it difficult to sleep well

Really happy to stay there, and would go back again. It had a bunch of things out of order or waiting remodeling, so that was unfortunate. I couldn't access gym, swimming pool. But I'm excited to see all the new furniture and renovations already on site. Bravo. Breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. That was a plus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, lots of good channels on the tv.
Love the location. Could use a new coat of paint, and some touchups, but it wouldn't keep me away. I hope the city makes the decisions to grow the area, because this hotel could rock.

Loud music in parking lot. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere.

The room smelled musty. Carpet was dirty and stained. Bottom of the tub was mushy. Felt like you could fall through. Bathroom door had dirt on every edge. Chair was stained. Wished our money could be refunded so we could have gone somewhere else.

Awful bathroom not cleaned furniture falling apart beds had stains on comforter and sheets. Nasty place door in bathroom just had primer on it messed up door knob. Toilet had hairs and fecal matter on it. I’ll sleep in my car before going there again.

The room was small but big enough for me. I only needed the bed and shower seeing as how I spent most of my time out of the room. The shower was super hot which was wonderful. The upper latch on the door for added security was broken. The door had an opening toward the bottom where the door didn’t align correctly. The mattress was not soft like you expect at a hotel. I woke up with back pain. The breakfast was okay. The waffles you made yourself which was not unusual. The syrup however ruined the waffle. I think they need to find a different brand. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed to.

Beautiful view of the lake and causeway, but the bridge was having construction done and the property was in severe need of some renovations.

I felt sympathy for the folks running this hotel. Pretty sure it's a family operation and they are trying to operate as inexpensively as possible. But the hotel is terribly rundown. The first room they put me in hadn't been cleaned. The second room was okay but there issues like the refrigerator temperature settings knob missing and the toilet running non-stop. It was really cheap, so I guess that should be taken into account.
