Easy checks in. More like a motel than hotel.

Noisy, people hanging out right outside room. Could hear their phone conversation though the door. Could hear the neighbors bathroom door squeak every time it was closed, and their water when they took a shower.

Our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, I felt I was in an episode of catfished. I'm sure she was a real looker in her prime, but today she was aged and lowly maintained.
Everything seemed to be fine beyond cosmetics, so we gave her a chance.
Until my family, including my infant son developed small red, itchy bumps all over our bodies. This hotel room and maybe even the entire hotel are infested with bed bugs.
Now, we have to endure physical pain, pay to stop a further infestation, and suffer the emotional distress. I recommend finding elsewhere.

I didn’t stay, got electricity back after Milton. I knew it was not refundable but wanted it available for someone else if they needed it even if days inn could sell it again. I tried several time to call local number but could only get automated service.

Stayed 2 nights after a long flight into fort Myers. In general the room was good for the price, comfortable beds. Not enough towels and the room wasn't cleaned after the first night.
The worst part was the morning we were leaving there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom the biggest one I have ever seen. Was glad we were checking out

Tables outside of rooms were supplied with ashtrays filled with butts and people were smoking outside of their doors. Cigarette smoke irritates my lung condition and makes me nauseous as well. Was a big disappointment to have to hold my breath walking around. Signs saying no smoking with in 25' of the building are ignored. Adequate continental breakfast and nice small clean pool and rooms we're comfortable although the a/c made a lot of noise when going on and off but did keep the room nice and cool; other then the smoking I would stay there again.

My husband stayed for two nights and he loved it.

The duvet was very dirty and covered in stains. I had to request a new one because of how bad it was. Service was otherwise fine. They leave the curtains open when the rooms have been cleaned so when I entered my room multiple men outside walked past and looked into my room seeing that I was alone which made me feel very uncomfortable.

I was trying to check in. My credit card was declined. I new my card was working. I had to be there system. After declined the second time, I left. Went to the Hilton and had no problem with my card and enjoyed my stay. Now i have been charged a fee by Days Inn. Not happy at all. With Days Inn or Hotel's.com for not protecting me in this matter.

It is a okay hotel but there were a few things. I was sent to a kiosk to get checked in and i couldnt get a good connection. I finally was able to get an actual person who kept saying she was too busy to take the time with me. She did it but complained the whole time. Also, i reserved a king size bed and got two queen. Not a big deal but still it wasnt what i requested. The key FOB worked but the door handle would keep getting stuck. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, tv worked good and so did the air conditioner.

Selected a non-smoking area and there were people smoking cigarettes and weed next to the roomed. There also lots of roaches crawling everywhere.

This isn't a good thing but I tried calling the office to ask a question. I was put on hold and the time just kept passing and we are driving while on hold, and it said the agent was helping someone! We kept driving to the location and we got to the hotel and I hung up, well we went inside and the Lady working if you could consider t that, was with the same women as when we were on hold. It took almost another half hour for her to finish up, so between being on hold and standing in the Lobby over an( hour really more) It was definitely a sign that they hired the WRONG women who could not handle more then one thing, also as we were standing waiting she put other calls on hold

When I arrived I had to check in with a virtual assistant. But as we were finishing up a live person came back to the desk. She upgraded our room to an Executive Suite. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only thing I wasn’t happy about is that the pool was closed. We had some time to kill so wanted to go to the pool but was not able to.

Everything about our stay was really good. There was just a bit of a musty smell, but otherwise clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable.

Check in at a kiosk not an in person. Did not like that at all. Person or AI could not understand us. Also the facility had the pool shut down as it was unfit to be in.

I was greeted by Jon on my arrival at the hotel. He was excellent, very friendly and helpful. He continued to be accommodating thru my whole stay.

Our stay was fine even though the room was dated. It was clean with fresh linens and towels but the door was very difficult to open. I couldn’t do it so my husband had to each time we left and returned. Checking in was done at a kiosk with a person on a tv screen. That I didn’t like. Other than those few issues, we would stay again as the price was right, the bed comfortable, and the shower was great.

Your three tiers are very misleading in your sales pitch
Sent us to a moldy on points, when we couldn’t stay because of mold they wouldn’t transfer our points for a better room at a better location, so we’re done with Wyndham properties. They only care about you if you buy into their properties after that you’re just a number.

The first room we checked into smell very mildewing and damp. The lady at the front desk however was ver very nice and professional. She walked up to the room with me and confirmed my concerns. She immediately switched our room.

The woman who checked us in was great. Our first room had no air conditioning. She was wonderful in getting us a diff room and walked around with us to make sure everything was working.
