I had surgery, and needed to stay nearby for 24 hrs. My room was sparkling clean, fresh, and well stocked. We had a little trouble with the TV, but it was fixed within 5 minutes after asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good stay for just the night team had been pressure washing the parking lot at night? And got our cars filthy from the dirt and water so didn’t appreciate that but then when checking in the man checking us in was emotionless didn’t tell us why we needed to do certain things and just made it kinda an awkward check in

The rooms weren't bad at first glance. Looking around it wasn't the best cleaned, the floors were pretty dirty. There was razor wire on the top of the fence looki g out the window which was open when we arrived. There was alot of noise from other rooms. We were abruptly woken at 4am by the smoke alarms. We went outside, saw a firetruck but never saw anyone or were told anything. Finally tried to get back to sleep around 5am. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This property was terrible. It seemed to be a place where prostitutes worked out of. I believe it is franchised and owned by an Indian family. I reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms were disgusting. In one room, there was a chair that had what looked like urine stains, and the room had a very strong odor. The second room was just as bad, however there was no chair there. It was very late when we checked in, if not we surely would have stayed elsewhere. We slept in the clothes we traveled in on top of the beds for fear of catching something. The hallways smelled of Marijuana. The lobby is very small and when you come to have the horrible breakfast, the entire family is sitting there. There was no room for patrons to sit. Worst Days Inn experience I have ever had. DON'T RECOMMEND

Beware of this property. The staff was super nice but it was incredibly run down. The fire alarm was going off at 5:30 am. There was a woman coming out of the building with no pants on. Very expensive for the quality and cleanliness of the building and room. Wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but for that much money a night it should definitely feel more clean and updated.

I don't feel safe. Someone came and tried to my door. I went to the front desk and explained to him what was going on about me, he said to me “I don't trust you because I don't have any evidence “. I was like “Excuse me!!” Do you have to talk to your customer like this?

Had one towel for two people in a double queen room and when asked for more I was given one at a time. Coffee grinds in the coffee in the morning. Tv remote did not work. I was happy to have my own pillow and blanket. Place needs updating. Gross carpets. Smells musty and air conditioner needed cleaning. Worst Days Inn I have ever experienced.

Overall the hotel itself is fairly nice, upon arrival we had to ask to switch rooms because the first room we were in was very dingy, the second room was much better. The staff were helpful and friendly, the only reason I can’t give this location a better rating is because the area is very unsafe. It seems like there’s a lot of illegal activity happening in the area, specifically in the parking lot of the hotel? Both days we were staying here there were cops dealing with misconduct in the parking lot. Once in the hotel I felt safe, but I would not be staying here again unfortunately because of this.

The hotel is in shabby condition, both inside and out. The room didn't feel clean, just dark & depressing.
When I checked in I asked for a 5:00AM wake up call, which never happened. Had I not set an alarm on my phone I would have been late to my meeting.

The highlight was the bathroom. Quite large, spacious, and clean. Room felt dirty...sticky walls and floors. Bed was so so.

They took my money twice by mistake make reservation the same day I was was already paid for the room. They have a police that if you paid for a room and you decide to cancel, they don’t give a refunded back.

I'm very disappointed with my recent stay. The receptionist took my driver's license and forgot to return it. Despite my repeated calls and emails over the past two weeks, no action has been taken. This level of service is unacceptable.

The check in was slow and the halls were filled with pot smoke. The room had an odor of gas from time to time eminating from the bedding. Over all very displeased with this stay in a property we visited annually for 8years a decade ago.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR SOLO TRAVELER!!!! This property should be removed from this travel website as it is completely unsafe and does not follow its own policies. Upon checking in, I was asked to sign a “no smoking” waiver, yet when entering the hotel it reeked of both cigarettes and marijuana. This is not in the Seattle Aurora neighborhood but actually in Shoreline. There were loose empty- and full bottles of alcohol scattered around all areas of the parking lot. Upon walking to my room, extremely loud music was blaring out of an adjacent room. The room had no hand soap or bath items. I immediately didn’t feel safe upon entering the facility and asked the front desk staff if the hotel was safe. They said that it was a safe area- yet when asking an uber driver about the area they encouraged me to cancel my reservation as soon as possible and rebook somewhere elsewhere. They told me that this hotel is well known for drug use and trafficking, as well as for sex trafficking and prostitution. The uber driver encouraged me to either cancel, and explained that if they wouldn’t let me cancel, to not leave the hotel by myself at night. Upon explaining this to the front desk staff, I requested a cancellation and refund of my stay. They said that since I had already checked in I was unable to get a refund which is completely unacceptable for someone who did not even stay more than two hours at the location due. Expedia was also not able to help get me a refund.
