I arrived at 1am Wednesday morning, night attendant was slow to unlock the door but otherwise ok.

I don't know. I went on a trip with my mistress across the country from my family before seeing my pregnant daughter

Horrible customer service. In an emergency event, the hotel turned a single mother with an infant away, although the room was fully paid for and non-refundable. It was a late last minute reservation made and paid for in a pinch. The Hotel refused to be accommodating.

Stayed here on a family trip. The hotel was decent, my only complaint was about the clerk who gave a nasty attitude when i asked for 2 towels since the room only provided 2. We are a family of 4 and when i asked for 2 extra towels since there were not enough he said " come on man youre effing killing me". Sir i hope you are reading this, because what is wrong with you. That is literally your job and i asked for them in the lobby on our way back from being out- its not even like i called from the room to have them brought up.
Aside from that, everything was fine.

Your listing on Hotels.com was 100% misleading. The lobby was dreary and not inviting, the room was dirty, no iron, no fridge, old, rusty lamps, dirty toilet. The advertisement on Hotels.com. made it look modern, clean, even a 7 rating. Sketchy people looming around. It was a hole compared to what i thought i was getting. Never again!!

Old , room has mold and curtains stained , smelled so bad , linens were gross - would not stay there again

The staff was all very friendly and personable and helpful.
The building was older, but clean and well cared for.
The bet itself was hard and not the most comfortable.
The location of the hotel was perfect for the weekend concert at Bridgeport.
Overall, the staff is commendable❤️

Definitely one of the best motels I've stayed in! Clean and had really nice water pressure. Was in a great location to New Haven as well. There was some wear and tear like most motels so that's what won't let it be about 4 stars for me. Otherwise, great!

Large room with just a desk chair. Not good for bad backs. Absolute worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. The shower was nice, cuz it was handicap accessible.
All in all, it wasn’t comfortable at all.

One night stay was fine.

Clean hotel room in a convenient part of town for a great price. No iron, but I didn't need one and I guess that's maybe not an offering at a Red Roof anyway?
The drain in the tub shower was a bit slow to drain, but I made the staff aware and they seemed like they would fix it before the next guest.

I scheduled to stay for 7 nights, which was a huge mistake. On the second day of my stay I noticed there were moths flying around the room and in the bathroom, these were not little months either, I had to kill 3 moths and a couple of mosquitoes. I notced these was a large gap under the door these critters were using to get in the room, so I called the front desk to come work on the door, someone came but they didn't do anything and left me high and dry, I called the front desk back to come and corrwcr this issue. The guy at the front desk disnt do anything, not until I got help from Rich Ross the next day who help me change rooms. This place in milford is has bad vibes. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. FACTS!!!

Outside area looked nice. Man was tidying up parking lot area and flowers were nice. Past the front door it went down hill from there. Keys didn’t work and clerk was reluctant to assist. Poorly lit elevator area felt unsafe after dark. I was on the third floor level on the end and had to walk through lots of people congregated on the balcony. Once inside the room, there was a huge gap between the door and door frame. You could see light from outside all around three sides. Everything in the room felt sticky. Bed looked slept in, sheets were crumpled, bed was not made very neatly. I was on the 3rd floor back side and I had to walk through everyone congregated on the balcony every time I left my room. No breakfast or anything. Very very basic amenities. Probably will not stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Clean comfortable room….but the gentleman checking us in seemed inconvenienced by our existence! Couldn’t have been less friendly.

It was a typical 2 star hotel. The sheets were clean but there was dust and debris under the bed. I was just loosening the blanket and saw that. The front desk was friendly a d courteous.

The staff was super rude and I had to pay extra fees when I got there after everything was already paid online. Then when I got in the room my sheets were stained and it had a really bad smell. Next time I’d rather sleep in my car then to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that does the bare minimum.

Good, reasonably priced place to stay in Milford, CT (where hotel prices have risen far above inflation). A three-decker motel, in essence (but WITH an elevator). Good value for the area.
