Bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable

The hotel has a fantastic location and are always nice and accommodating. I've stayed both times I visited Toronto and will again

I was si lucky to have a nice room (corner) with perfect view!
The small flaw? The music coming from the bar downstairs, witch I could hear as if I were there.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; very responsive. Housekeeping staff were fantastic! The room was very modern and comfortable. Our view was nice - city view with perfect view of CN Tower, but prefer the view of the harbourfront we had on a previous stay. The only issue we had is that our family of 4 had difficulty plugging in all of our devices (2 needed to access to work emails and laptops during our stay). The staff did provide an extension cord. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very near CN Tower, Rogers center, Harbourfront, and downtown. They have a small giftshop onsite run a lovely gentleman. Easily walk to tons of dining and entertainment options. Paid parking is available onsite. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have a wonderful stay, the front staff who help us is very helpful and very friendly, Appreciate the housekeeping for a great job in cleanliness and service. We have fun staying at the hotel because the theme of the hotel suits the concert of Taylor swift❤️

We stayed here for the Eras Tour, and the location is excellent for walking to Rogers Stadium! We walked from Union Station and it was an easy walk. The staff were all lovely and attentive, and even decorated the whole hotel for us Swifties. Our king size room was decent, bed was comfortable, but the room did feel a little plain considering the insane price. The hardwood floors were nice for cleaning, but made the room feel cold and less cozy. Several outlets in our room were broken. The bathroom was a good size with lots of mirrors, but awful lighting for doing makeup (and no makeup mirror like most hotels). The café in the lobby had great coffee and delicious sandwiches, and the staff were wonderful. We would stay here again for a basic trip downtown Toronto, as the location was excellent. But I wouldn’t stay here if I wanted a more luxury experience.

Conveniently located near restaurants and a convenience store is across the street. Next to a bike and walking path that is heavily trafficked (Toronto people are active!). Hotel was clean and it was comfortable. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was closed for the season which was a bummer.

During our four-night stay, we had limited interaction with the staff, only engaging with them at check-in. When we requested a late check-out, the front desk forgot to follow up, prompting us to call twice for an answer. The cleaning staff was disruptive, frequently slamming doors while working. Given the price we paid, I expected better service and more engagement from the hotel employees, as they didn't even ask us any questions during check-in to learn about our visit. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Our first trip to Toronto did not disappoint, partly because of this hotel! We were treated very well by the staff, the waterfront views were beautiful, and parking was a breeze. Excellent location!

The hotel was great, our room had huge beautiful windows everywhere, everything was very clean and looked updated. There were a couple of little things that could use some improvement, the sink didn’t drain well, there were 2 burned out lights in the bathroom, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash holder was really loose, so you had to hold up the bottom when you tried to use the bottles, and the body wash was almost empty on day 1. But honestly, small things, and we will definitely stay again.

Very nice but room did not have the complimentary water or coffee and bathroom did not have the usual shower cap and lotion as in the past. They were very busy and still cleaning rooms on our floor when we arrived so I think it was over looked. Beds are super comfortable and pillows are amazing. Hotel was super clean and desk staff was very friendly. This will be our go to hotel when we visit Toronto.

Loved the location down by the harbour.

Property is brilliantly located in the heart of Toronto harbour, within walking to CN Tower. Close to boat tours, and only 20 mins walk from the city airport. Lots of breakfast options nearby but view from hotel restaurant is also great at breakfast. Filtered water machines were located close to ice machines, however there was coffee but no kettle for tea. We were warned that the pool would not be open in October. However, we weren’t warned that in September, the pool is open but the food options and bar around the pool was closed (even on weekends) - it was 28c/82F! Shoeless Joes is a great place to visit and bar but is noisy at night if your room faces the CN Tower.

Outside noise carry to the room so probably would have asked for an inside room or one higher than the 3rd floor.

The room itself was clean and well appointed. The only flaw was no fan in the bathroom and the hallway noise was audible with the maintenance crew outside our door in the early morning. The pool area is lovely but if you come at the end of the evening there are no towels left. The location is ideal for retreating from the city noise at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Ideal location, right by the waterfront with a stunning view from the pool. The staff were excellent and the bed was so comfortable. It was also really quiet. This was my second time staying here and I’ll definitely be back.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Radisson Blu downtown Toronto for our Blue Jays trip. Fantastic location to walk to games, great finding options close by and a beautiful view of the harbour. Will definitely book here again for any upcoming events

Great location. Clean, quiet and lovely view over the lake.

I checked in and when I got to the room it was dirty, broken shower door, thermostat was falling off the wall, sheets were dirty and overall could use work especially it being a more luxury property and high priced rooms.

The staff was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Our room was fantastic. Would highly recommend! This was ourfirst time staying but we would come back for sure. Check in and check out went very quick and easy.

Excellent place to stay! Shoutout to breakfast staff for being friendly and welcoming

While the hotel is very convenient and centrally located to tourist activities, the hotel cleanliness was not the best. Cobwebs behind lights outside of rooms and there was dust and mold in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

Fantastic location to stay if you want to explore Toronto!

Everything was great! Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the lake! We came for a Phillies Blue Jays game so the location was perfect. It was maybe a 5 minute walk to Roger’s center and CN tower. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame and entertainment district. There’s also more than options for a nice place to sit, eat and had a drink or two!!

We enjoyed how close it was to everything we wanted to do in such a short visit!!
The hotel was clean and nice.

I had a great stay at the Radisson. The rooftop pool is amazing with an incredible view of the CN Tower, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It can be a little loud outside on the street at night but it’s downtown Toronto so I’m sure that’s true of anywhere you might stay in this city. I will definitely stay here again.
