The room was not very lean we. We didn’t us the ac/heat system because it was caked up with dust and dirt. Employees were very nice. They had no wash clothes for the room or hand towels all they could offer were regular towels.

Well managed ageing hotel. Very clean with helpful, friendly staff. Location is excellent. You do have to pay extra for parking, but that seems to be the case with most places in Southern California. Worth getting a harbour view room.

Great location, older hotel, but clean.

It was good. The price is ok

We really only stay for convenience to our harbor. Not very many amenities.

Dirty, i felt unsafe. I ended up staying one night out of the three i booked. Checked out at 11pm on the second night due people banging on walls and i could hear everything and they were being rude and just felt unsafe. This was a solo trip with my dog. Being a female i let the front desk know that i was leaving and they didnt seem to care. Being 11pm. I booked anothe hotel near by. They were wonderful. Im trying to get my pet and parking fees back and at least a partial for the 2 nights booked.

Rooms not very well kept. Stains on carpet and Shower was old and low water pressure. Just had a dirty feel to it.

The front desk associate was very nice and even let us check in early. The room was clean but the sheer curtains were torn. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. You can tell this is an old property that needs to be updated. The location is awesome though. Our only big complaint is that we left for the entire day and had the please make up room tag on the door and they never did make up the room. We stayed for two nights.

We had an issue with our magnetic key. After 2 days, the staff finally changed our room. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel is dated and will be torn down next year.

We are frequent visitor from Las Vegas and love the area!!! We made a reservation 1 month in advance with possible request for a 3 rd floor harbor view king room. They were already taken by the time we checked in so they accommodated us with a 2 nd floor room. Which was fine for just an overnight stay but we really wanted 3rd floor. It was fine in the long run at first disappointing. We say hi to Sami an amazing GM!!!! This is Mike and Kathy!!
Thank you all

Stay was fine but the hotel is very old and dated. Basically like an old motel in a great location. I’m sure it is slated for demo or renovation soon with the upcoming development in the area. But it was clean.

This place is a dump! Run down and has not been updated in decades. Some of the people we saw staying there were unsavory, not sure if they rent rooms to homeless but did not feel safe.

Run-down, tired hotel in need of a major upgrade. Key cards stop working every day and need to be reset at front desk. Mattresses are extremely old and uncomfortable. Much nicer hotels at similar prices in the area

It was a great stay, service was outstanding and the room was clean and comfortable

Walls are paper thin…..had to be moved to a quieter room. Otherwise I was satisfied

Unfortunately with it being an event weekend rates were inflated by over double normal cost. We missed an hour of the festival but the staff did their best to expedite. They gave us a pool and bathroom key for the wait. Was such a busy 3 days that we didnt notice until check out that under the 1st queen bed wasnt cleaned at all. A pair of flip flops , potato chip and other junk was left from the previous people. Have stayed at this location prior so was a bit disappointed in the lack of attention to properly clean it

The location of this hotel was great, very walkable to everything in the harbor. The hotel and room itself was very outdated and dirty. Our bathroom had an ant problem and overall felt dirty.

Great proximity to parks, beach and marina! Nice restaurants nearby! Clean and comfortable.

Spouse and I woke up with terrible back pain which we do not suffer from. Mattress very uncomfortable. Phones do not work in our room. Curtains were torn. Sliding door difficult to open.

Great location, reasonable price.

The bad was very, very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in it and the dip on both sides of my bed. It was awful. They did count me for $15 on my card, but really they should’ve just given it to me free it was not comfortable at all, had to get my neck massaged to get the kinks out

Frustrating. The room looked like everything was from a garage sale or Goodwill. The floor lamp was unplugged, so went to plug it in and found the cord was burned. The lamp was broken/bent. Lamp shade dirty. Maintenance came to deliver my ironing board. Which the front desk, instead of apologizing and just giving me an ironing board. Accused me of being wrong and that this item "should be in the room" "go up and look again". Rude for sure. When he arrived I showed him the lamp. He took it and brought back the same lamp. Broken and dirty and he had "spliced" the end of the cord. I never felt safe using it. The coffee maker was disgusting, rusted and smelled. I noticed on the way to the elevator the other rooms, doors open for the maid. They had nice rolling high back computer chairs. I had an old chair used in like a big conference room. Very uncomfortable. The desk lamp had blood on the lampshade and barely turned on. The place is older, obviously. I was very tired and gave up asking for another room. Staff is rude. I asked for the owner or manager. I got the whole run around about the manager is not there...."dude it's Sunday". He write down a bull crap website for a 3rd/4th party management company says I have to go through them but no discount or refund will ever be issued. Would not give me the manager on duty's name or the general manager. I said "really? You are going to make me google all this and go to the better business bureau. He said yes.

Great location, Older but ok, wall AC units a bit noisy but worked.
open parking lot no clearance issues.

The desk person was very helpful and efficient.
The room is old and in poor shape. you know torn curtains ect, refrigerator is awkward. cabinets are
Old. Room was somewhat clean, crummy towels.
So staff 3-4 stars, room 2 stars, cleanliness 2stars.
By the way the hotel charges you for parking.
That’s it.

Nice location. Room a bit tired. Comfortable bed and nice view of the harbor. Staff was very accommodating.

Run down hotel! No room cleaning, have to ask for towels, dirty hotel, mold on shower walls. No wonder theyre going to tear it down.
3.0
Extremely overpriced for what it is. It’s definitely far from luxury and is so old it feels like a motel.

All about the location here. The rooms were not the cleanest and it's very outdated. That said, the bed was comfortable, and had working AC. Would I stay here again? Yes, but convenience/proximity to the Marina is the reason, as I didn't spend a lot of time in the actual room (thankfully). I will also say that the staff was super friendly and very responsive so 5 stars for the people that work there.

The room was cleaned, but the furniture and carpet are definitely dated. A heads up if you are bringing a pet, there an additional $70 pet charge NOT noted on the expedia website.

A decent hotel but a little tired. Nice pool. The front desk staff were somewhat disinterested. We stayed four nights and it was a great location for exploring the area and as a hub so it did what we needed but it’s pretty average.
5.0
Nice property. Liked pool. Helpful staff. Close to shopping and dining options.

Love the proximity to the Marina and its attractions.
3.0
Needed to relocate the refrig. Away from head of the bed.

Once I resigned to having to clean my own room I was able to better appreciate my surroundings. I think the hotel is way overpriced for 2.5 star rating. However the Marina area is delightful for walking and dining choices.

A perfect location, large rooms and pretty quiet. I was very happy.

Great customer service, older outdated rooms. Felt like an old apartment from the 90's.

Location was great. AC was loud and there was a hole in the wall.
