Great place to stay! We had concert tickets at Mountain Winery, easy location and parking and felt very safe. Like having to use your keys to ride the elevator.

Many thanks to the accommodating front desk staff, Arya, Eugene, and the other lovely woman whose name I did not get, for making our short stay very comfortable and enjoyable :)

We booked this place for a recent concert at the nearby Mountain Winery. Glad we did because this property is very nice! Check in was quick and easy and the room was nice and clean with a patio overlooking a nice creek area. There was also a nice bar area where you can have a drink and just relax. This will be our place from now on when we come to the Mountain Winery.

Beautiful little town, friendly town owners and people, went to the Saratoga Mountain Winery to see UB40.
Had a great time for happy hour at the hotel

We stayed in the 4th floor. We had a private balcony and our view overlooked a stream and beautiful wilderness. The 4th floor has a direct exit to the main st of Saratoga. Super friendly staff.

Love everything about this hotel. Immaculately clean, friendly staff, beautiful property and walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, bars and cute shops. 15 min drive from The Mountain Winery. Will continue to come back to this property.

This is such a charming property. We always stay here when we go to a concert at The Mountain Winery. It is right next to a creek and we leave the door open to hear it at night. The rooms are very spacious.

1- Unfriendly staff, while checking out, I asked for printout of my bill, and all of the sudden, it seems a manager, with glasses on, and indian accent, approached and whisperd to the lady sitting at the front desk, “ no , they should ask Expedia for printout”.
2- We reserved two rooms, the first had a smell, and the AC doesn’t work, the hallway has a smell, and they keep the bathroom doors in the hallway opened all the time, not sure why if the locks are broken, but this practice is unhealthy.
The 2nd room has a couple of steps of a stairs, old, smelly, hot water takes forever to warm, mattress are old and worn out. We asked to be moved, unfriendly staff denied us, until we insisted, and until the next day about 5:00 pm!
3- Cleaning crew and staff take the regular elevator with their tools and carts, causing delays, as it seems it’s the only elevator, so many guests have to take the stairs due to the long delay.
4- My son was lured into thinking that the breakfast is free!
4- You are not allowed to stay on the patio after 9:00 pm, and in the lounge area after 10:00 pm.
5- Lounge area is too small! It can’t accommodate more than 4 people!
6- no info or printouts about attractions in the area.

The Inn was a great place, close to restaurants and the Wildwood park. The best part is sitting on the balcony listening to the creek. Close to Mountain Winery for concerts, great venue!

Get the rooms with the balconies. On the other side of the hotel, you will be awoken between 4:30 and 5:00 every morning by a street sweeper or garbage truck.

Paid for a room with a balcony but did not get a room with a balcony. Tub had some gunk oozing from it. Body wash in shower was pumping out soap with rusted bits in it bc the dispenser was rusted.

Easy to find. Very nice rooms. Our room had a balcony and we could hear the creek outside. Staff was excellent

The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was lovely. I paid extra for a balcony and it was misleading because it had only one chair so my husband and I couldn’t enjoy it together. Definitely not worth what i paid for that upgrade.

Perfect location. Walkable. This is the first time I’ve stayed here that the housekeeping services were completely missed 2 days, the days the service was provided, it was only partially done. For 10 day stay, the room was only vacuumed on the last day. It was done on the last day because I called the front desk around 5pm to ask if someone was coming to clean and they sent up an evening housekeeper named Melle. She was the best. She did excellent service. She should be training the others because they were horrible. No cups. Hardly any towels. Ran out of toilet paper. Tissues. Soap dispenser empty for 3 days. 2 days didn’t show up.
Thank you Melle.
