everyone was so friendly and accommodating. you have no choice but to Valet park so it gets a little tipping heavy if you call for a cart a lot. But the valet staff makes it easy, they are fast and so nice! Ryan helped us arrange our large group into the same building which was amazing and really helped with carpooling our events. Front desk was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend for a STRESS-FREE event or gathering! also--the guys all went golfing and had an AMAZING time!

Great installations. Some noise at night, not too bad. Carpet needs serious cleaning. Everything else was great. We stayed in the three bedroom suite and it was completely worth the price. Actually it was very reasonable priced.

Nice hotel very clean

We booked here to escape Hurricane Milton. For that it worked. We were safe and comfortable. We did not use any amenities, so the resort fees were tough to swallow. The transportation staff was fantastic; however we spent a lot of cash on tips. The room was a bit dated but there was a lot of space. Our two bedroom suite was supposed to have a King and Queen bed but ended up being two Queens. The "suite" was a actually a condo with a nice patio.

I did get a free upgrade to a much bigger room so I am grateful for that. However the room was dated and had a stink to it. Went to the restaurant to get a late dinner and the air conditioning wasn’t working so it was hotter inside than outside. The poor bartender wasn’t having a good day and it showed in her lack of service. But I get it, it was hot in there. The front desk staff were amazing very helpful and kind.

I'm sure this place was really nice back in the day. But its not great anymore. The grounds were all flooded from the rain. No ceiling fan, mini fridge or microwave in rooms. The hair dryer didnt work. And we only got 10 TV channels on the TV..

Madison went above and beyond. Always smiling and happy. She really made sure we were comfortable at the resort.

Did not refund my deposit from cancelation.
My room had roaches and ants. Wasp mest with nest in sliding glass door. Won't stay there again.

There was a hole in my ceiling dripping water and bedroom 1 tv did not work. Furniture was old and dirty, hair on shower walls, room had a smell, appliances old and fridge had awful smell. Only a few workers to drive golf carts so wait was over an hour with handicap guest that was unable to walk.

The pool is amazing and they offer fun movies for kids on Saturday nights. The facility is beautiful. They are valet parking only so you need to call ahead for your car if you plan on going out frequently.
3.0 / 5.0
Stuff is friendly but the facility has a smell. Carpets need to be updated.
5.0 / 5.0
Great place for a Florida stay.
Rooms need to be updated.
Lobby and pool area does too.
Food and drink staff are great.
Seems most money goes into the sports facilities.
Park options are terrible. Valet only and staff is overwhelmed.
4.0 / 5.0
The resort was nice; however, being informed after the fact that valet parking is required at an additional $30 a day is a bit shady. Also, why must hotels add a destination fee? It would be a lot more honest to charge a flat rate. Staff was excellent.

You can’t park your own car, the valet does it and you have to make sure if you have a timed event that you go to get your car early because there is a very long wait to get your car from valet and it costs each day.
The room was extremely old and furniture was from the early 80’s. The bathrooms were dated as well.
The room was horrible.
Shani was a wonderful person and provided great customer service.
The grounds of the property were beautifully but I did not like that a golf cart have to take you to your room because there is no parking near by and of course the valet waiting as I said was a huge inconvenience
2.0 / 5.0
The room was very dated. It appears no upgrades have happened since the 80s. Only 2 lights worked out of 4. Only half of the plugs worked.
I asked for a room clean and they said it was only every 3 days, so I requested towel change and trash removal. They removed the trash but didn’t replace the bag and just left a large bag of towels on the floor.
The resort is also very dated and dirty.
Only parking option is valet and that is 30/day plus 28/day resort fee. The Valets were very nice and helpful but other than that it was poor customer service.
Would never return and would encourage others to not book.

The place was secluded and in a good area. The kids had a great time. My only thing was the cleanliness of the place was not good. The furniture was dirty and old. They had an old tv stand in the hall instead of putting things in storage they don’t use anymore. The place needs to be updated and we found a roach in the drawer in the kitchen. The staff were great but the place needs to be updated badly

Everything was awesome. The only enhancement I would suggest is adding a microwave and refrigerator to the rooms. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

beware of the daily valet charges(30$.daily) if you have a car. Also, if you book through a third party like expedia, you will pay a daily resort fee of $28. The golf service rides were great and the drivers were very nice and helpful. Can say that for the valet drivers though. overall, It was ok.

The location is beautiful but the rooms need some upgrades. The cleanliness was a 3. The staff was friendly.

22 of my family and friends just stayed here for my 30th bday weekend and we has a blast. I would like to acknowledge Madison, Shani, Armando and Alberto for their amazing customer service

I did Not like that I had to valet my car
1.0 / 5.0
Long walks through construction areas to rooms. Long distance for luggage. No sidewalks to parking area. No consistency amongst staff with questions. Room was not clean and remodeling 16 hours a day above the room.
1.5 / 5.0
The grounds are beautiful and the service is very attentive but the rooms, sturctures are old, run-down and walls are paper thin, making it a sub-par experience IMHO.

The property itself seems very nice though we did not have the time to take a look. The room however needs major upgrades. We got a two bedroom/ two bathroom with kitchenette.
The first room was a mess, the door was painted in place and would not slide as it was a pocket door. The bathroom sink had no filter so it splashed water everywhere. And the shower head barely worked. As well as the dead bugs found in almost every corner of the room. The second room however was much better. Not perfect but definitely better! Overall the rooms need major improvements to be livable in my opinion, I’ve stayed at motels that were nicer.
The front desk staff were very kind however the mandatory valet service was not so nice. Kept forgetting our car which seemed intentionally? They definitely seemed as though they were only interested in getting the cars for the people who looked like they had money. My husband and I are younger but we didn’t expect to be looked down upon for our age as we paid and tipped to stay at this resort just like everyone else.
Overall I probably wouldn’t stay here again, unfortunately it just wasn’t worth the money nor hassle.

Front desk host was very accommodating when I asked her to place me near pool with grandkids and asked for a late checkout. Nailed customer service skills.
3.0 / 5.0
Layout of complex was difficult. Entrance was about 2 miles from resort area and could only do valet parking which made it inconvenient to go in and out. Limited restaurants(1) and no convenience stores on site. Valet service slow for multiple departure of cars. Fair at best.

My door was rusted shut, it was outdated, mandatory valet but I was told to retrieve my own car and park it myself as well. My car is standard and the only driver stalled trying to drive it it felt unsafe. Pool games were closed early. No refrigerator in my so called suite. I asked them to change a lightbulb and my remote batteries when we first arrived and they gave me attitude about it. The broken lightbulb they needs help removing (yes 2 men to remove a light bulb) and yet they left broken pieces on the counter below. Non diligent. I did not want to be there after 5 minutes of checking in. Not what I expected. Stained rug mildew looking areas.

Yes the hotel is a bit dated but I'd say that can be overlooked unless spending a lot of the time inside, the phones in the hotel did not work which was a pain. My main issue was the customer service.
simple request forgot a hairbrush, the front counter said they didn't have any there but would have housekeeping bring one to the room. Asked on Sunday no brush or housekeeping by Tuesday lol.
On check out day the bell was rung at 9am to ask when I would be leaving, I told them 11am. At 10am Bell is rung a few times then housekeeping comes in, I dress and come out they ask again when am I checking out.
Unloading ( two bags not much to carry for a short walk)I was told by the Valet that they could get me a golf cart as it would be a 10min walk. So I took the cart, after getting to the room I realized I'm in the first building from the reception not even 5min waking. So really felt like they were just fishing for tips.
Pool 7pm (close at 10) I asked at pool shop for a ball for the kid, visually annoyed we interrupted watching videos on their phone.
Valet request # wasn't working called and was told just come to the front and wait that they couldn't connect me to valet.
mandatory valet $34 a night. Later I noticed signs for self parking. I asked at checkout they said they opened it because of high capacity I told them i wasn't told i could self park and had a car that didn't move for the whole stay. Their response "so do you want to add this to the card on file"

It is not in the hotels details but you cannot use your car on site (they do provide a golf cart sevice to take you to your room). What isnt mentioned is the $20 dollars per day charge for the valet service (for them to park and get your car when you want it)

We found a huge cockroach on the kitchen floor and spiders on the bed. Toilet lid with blood drops

Difficult and uncomfortable to transport in the resort. Plus they charge a thirty dollar fee daily to keep your car there but you can’t use it to get around.

Stayed at a golf course resort. Course was in horrible condition, they made us valet park then charged us $30/day. Car was far away and had no means of transportation other they having their bell hop transfer us by golf cart and a tip was expected every trip. Check in people were not friendly at all. Our room smelled very musty. Will never stay here again.

When Booked had a king bed when arrived they said they had none but we would have a queen ok whatever get into the room and its a two full beds unacceptable went up no manager at the time ask them to call that was Friday night still waiting. I want some money back the place was awful stay. Room was dirty and had no remote or phone crazy never will stay there again.

Very old and dated. This place has so much potential but the room we stayed in was straight out of the 50’s. The furniture was ripped, dirty and so old. Carpet was gross and the ceiling had water damage and was crumbling on the floor. The beds were clean and bathrooms were nice. No ice anywhere, and staff was hit or miss.

Great place loved the golf and staff very awesome!
