I paid for a hot tub room. The hot tub was broken when I inquired about it they said yes we know it was broken, but we put you in that room anyway.

Jacuzzi tub in room had mold coming out of the few jets that did work. Also around the tub had black looking mold in the silicone. Led lights kept going on and off. Room had a very musty smell. Not a safe comfortable feeling. We loved the first visit here but everyone since keeps getting worse.

Room condition was bad. There was a leak somewhere in the bathroom, and there are no elevators to transfer my luggages, for a one night stay it was alright, but I would not stay here longer than that.

The breakfast was great and the pool was fun. But The pull out couches need new mattresses and they need to do some updates to the rooms. Its feasible for the price though.

The room was nice, shower was dirty, so I wasn’t able to shower. Had old bar soap on the floor. Pillow cases had stains on them. And the cheap non- Clorox bleach smell was excessive. Gave me a headache after a while of consumption.

It was not amazing but it wasn’t the worst either. Definitely a lot of room for improvement. The room we booked was the King Bed Soundproof room. It was not soundproof we can hear everything outside and even hear into our room. The mirrors in the room were dirty and had streaks of water or residue from previous bookings. Some of the hand towels were still dirty and had very visible spots on them as if they were never cleaned. One hand towel hanging over the shower curtain was so crusty and hard from being left there also had black spots on it. Some kids smeared ice cream down the railing of the stairs to our room and I informed the front desk, I was told they will have it cleaned up but it actually sat there until the next morning. I informed them about that around 5pm and nothing was cleaned up until the following day. Very unprofessional and unsafe. It was a pretty hotel but for the cleanliness and service it was not worth $106 of my money. I would not book again.

the service was bad they couldn’t control the loud noises people was making at 2 in the morning the room wasnt like in the pictures the sofa bed was broken the ac wasn’t working and the fire alarm device in the room was going off because they didnt change it over yall my family couldn’t sleep there we had to check early wouldn’t remember at all once we went to check out early the man in the front desk was starting to be rude before i got to say a word.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was not as great. We arrived around 4pm, were given keys to room, went to room and were met with do not disturb sign and cleaning crew near by. Went to front desk, where the gentleman seemed confused and then told me “it will be done in 15 minutes, you wait.” This put us pressed for time to get ready for event we were going to attend that night. No apology was given.

The bathroom was dated and dirty with visible water damage. But the room itself was updated and clean. For the price and location you get what you pay for. It worked fine for us as we spent most of the day away from the hotel enjoying various activities anyways.

The pictures on Expedia and what the property actually had was very misleading. The hotel was a nice place at one time but not anymore. The first room we were placed in had holes in the wall and broken glass, door diddnt lock. We were then offered another room and that room was also bad. The door didn't lock and the lights on the wall and sink were flickering. The 3rd room the door locked but the room had a wet smell. There was a water leak in there too. The toilet leaked and the wall had signs of water run off. Where the ac was at the wall was cracked all the way around it and the tv electrical outlet was hanging out the wall.There was a huge moth on the curtain me and my son got out of the room. We were there 3 days and our last day Sunday a man who worked there opened the front door at 915 am while my wife was getting dressed and said sorry. It does not seem like they have any interest in fixing or repairing anything in that hotel. I will definitely not recommend anyone to stay.

The room smelled like someone was smoking whole life. I had to ask the front desk for 2 bottles of air fresher. The whole place smelled like weed. Then on my second day the fire alarm went off which prompted the fire department to come at 7 am which We had to leave our rooms. The waffle maker does not work properly. The pool was nasty all weekend. My hubby was happy with getting in the pool on Thursday which was clean. But by Friday it was filty and stayed that way till we left on Sunday. We will never go back and they have 2 floors but no elevator so you know what that means. Yes you have to carry your stuff up 2 flights of stairs.

Very friendly and polite staff. Love the breakfast choices. And very clean. Pool area was very crowded and loud they need a pool monitor and limited time for swimming, my son wanted to swim but pool was packed from open time until an hour before closing. Otherwise very lovely hotel. Enjoyed the garden sitting area as well. Will stay there again.

The property had rats or mice running around on the outside at night. The first room i had the lights were flickering and the tv in the bedroom had no signal at all. What i do like about the property is that breakfast is hot and free and they have a pool which i think should open sooner than 12pm. They also have balconies which i like as well.

The property and services for the most part, was decent/adequate. However there was a huge inconvenience in the morning of check out. Someone either was smoking in their room or thought it was a great idea to pull the fire alarm at 7:30am. Had to rush out of the room and that was very inconvenient.
