The staff is absolutely wonderful here! The front desk woman was so friendly and pleasant which was a great welcome. The high light of the stay was definitely the food and the staff in the sky lounge restaurant. The restaurant staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was so delicious, it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay this location again in the future.

A decent hotel for the price. Staff all VERY friendly, professional & accommodating. Room had some updates like new tile. Beds/ Linens were nice. Some obvious wear - wallpaper peeling, some rug stains. Lobby is charming. Dining room on top floor has some nice views of NYC (and the highway). Food isnt great nor are the drinks, but very kind service and view after the sunset were pleasant. Outdoor pool was chilly but clean. (went in August). Decent bagel shop across the parking lot we walked too. Food was fresh. Limited menu though as soups & burgers unavailable.

This property was one of the nicest that we have ever stayed in. The check-in process was flawless. The room was neat and clean. The restaurant service was top-notch.

Breakfast should include for value of money spent. Thank you!

I didn't like that many things of this hotel. All the sheets look like they were not being cleaned up. I found a long hair between the sheets, some looks like had yellow stains. Another things the hotel has a restaurant on the roof top but when you check in they dont tell you that breakfast is included or not. All customers should be award that if you try to eat in the restaurant you has to kniw you will pay or not for your meal. I shoud be something to let the customers know about. The location is so strange because it looks like is in the middle of no where and as me that i got at midnight there should be more signs to let drivers know where its the hotel at. The only thing that i would say that i like was the view from the rooms . Thats all. As a customers i would rate my experience 4 out of 10.

Filthy room, there was a lot hair in my bed and on the floor. No fridge or microwave, had to pay $20/day for a fridge and wait for it to cool to use. Website advertises 2 pools, there is no indoor pool. Website says there is a shuttle but there is not. Restaurant turns into a club at night, no one mentioned this and I had 2 little kids with me and we planned on eating there- walked into LOUD rap music and were offered glow sticks upon entry. There is a Marriot close by that is much nicer! Don’t stay here, esp with kids

Very friendly staff very clean property

The room was smelly and the carpet near the AC unit was wet.

I would like to start by saying the staff was amazing!!! However the place itself was not clean at all. One of the rooms had a used sanitary towel (pad) stuck between the shower gels. There was a smell in some of the rooms too.

This was the perfect location for staying the weekend. My family had a function in the area and this location was extremely ideal. The pool was wonderful, and the staff were very kind.

Everything was great the room was stocked with amenities and clean. I would definitely recommend this location and they have a fitness center that’s fully air conditioned.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza as part of my 60th birthday weekend. The room was clean, everything was in order, it was comfortable; it was everything that I was looking for. The most amazing part of the weekend though was the amazing staff. On the Tuesday after my stay I realized that I had inadvertently left a jacket and a coat in my room! The coat was brand new and the jacket was very sentimental to me. When I left the room on Sunday I had so many things in my hands from the weekend I simply forgot that they were hanging on the chair. I didn’t think that there was a chance that they were still be there but I called anyway and to my wonderful surprise, they were there and my nephew was able to pick them up for me as I was out of town. As I mentioned, both of the items were very meaningful to me and I was overjoyed that I was able to get them back. So as far as I am concerned, besides the fact that the room was great, the staff was even better and I am forever grateful.

Great location. Pleasant staff. However, only one elevator works, so you have to be patient and or plan ahead.

Amazing as always I am a solo traveler and Crowne SB is my go to. Best staff who listens and deliver results.
