Maids coming to clean from night shift to day shift anywhere from 545-630 slamming things around. One more they were changing locks on doors with a drill at 615 AM

This hotel is extremely overrated and underwhelming at best. Let’s start with the room. Take two bales of hay and put a bed sheet over it with a comforter. Awful! Room service is invisible unless you request it and even then, they disrespect customers by lying to management that the room had a do not disturb sign on the door, or even better, that I somehow expressed that I did not want my room made up on a daily basis, (which is a staple service item at any normal hotel). Further, with the one room service that was done after I pushed management, they didn’t refresh the water bottle or the mouth wash that was used earlier in the week. Now onto the breakfast spread. The spread was crap and not worth the added-value service. If you don’t care about the quality of breakfast food that you serve your clients, don’t serve it! The pool area had absolutely no atmosphere unlike other pools that I have experienced. No plants or greenery, no towels on lounge chairs as indicated in profile pictures. In fact the towels provided were stained in most cases and not even big enough for use by a child. No frills to say the least. Very disappointed in the poor level of service and amenities at The Pomeroy. I would not recommend this place if it was the only option in GP. Staying in a yurt and going to Major’s for breakfast or experiencing Crooked Creek Donuts would far exceed what I experienced here. What is your hard earned dollars worth? Better than this place could ever hope to provide.

This property was exceptional. The front desk was fast, I checked in early with no problem. The Office restaurant had exceptionally good food at a great price. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, so many great choices and included in the price of the room! I travel a lot and have stayed in some great hotels. This one has just been added to my list as the perfect place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable there was a microwave and fridge, breakfast was excellent buffet style and we were able to bring food back to our rour room. The only down side was construction outside the hotel but that wasnt the hotels fault, it made the traffic bad and impossible to cross the road

The front desk and the cleaners don't communicate at all. I asked for a late check out and I left my room to get food with important papers left out on my bed. Came back to the papers completely gone and no explanation of where they could be. Other than this mishap which disappointed me a lot. The hotel is nice and the staff are very professional. The rooms are like 3 to 4 start. I decided to shovel out an extra $80 just cause I was curious about the executive suites. They are not worth it. My suite didn't even have a desk to put my laptop on and the shower was terrible compared to the other regular rooms I had before.

Booked the room mainly for the hot tub use and once there found the hot tub to be more of a warm bath, sat in tub for 30 mins and got out cause it was starting to get cool. Notified front desk once each day we stayed and both times staff said, we will make a note of complaint and yet nothing changed over our 3 day stay.
