Nice hotel , clean and most of the staff is very nice. Breakfast guy was a little grumpy, but everyone else was friendly and helpful.

The best part of this hotel was the beautiful, large outdoor pool! Other than that, nice rooms. A little musty smelling, but good overall.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel!

Shower had hair in it that didn’t belong to either of us and the bathroom smelled like mildew. We had to keep the door closed all the time. Carpet seemed dirty and it was outdated.

Nice, clean outdoor pool. Quite a few people were taking advantage of the pool on a hot evening. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean, except for a couple small, tight (floor, shower) corners. I'm guessing they get missed by cleaning staff trying to turn rooms over in a hurry? Corners like that take time to clean well. The bed was in great condition, clean, and comfortable. Nice linens. Heat & AC controlled by a thermostat and very effective. Not loud. We had dinner (pizza) and drinks at the 2nd floor bar. Both were very good. There's a nice selection of food, including salads. Drinks are reasonably priced. Cozy, with fun decor.

Loved that the doors to the rooms were in an alcove which I believe led to a quieter night, not hearing people in the hallway..

Great place! Clean and quiet and convenient

Service was great but my room smelled bad like sewer. I think sewer gas was coming from the toilet. The lid had to remain shut and the air conditioner set very low to alleviate the smell

Y favorite place in Columbus!

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Except when peopke were in the pool.

Becky, our craft cocktail specialist, and also waitress was amazing and a real assest to this hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by the full bar and restaurant on property! And the food and drinks were super! Beds are excellent and the rooms had so many great features and charging ports everywhere and moveable furniture was supwr convenient. Easily the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed, what a pleasure.

There were so many kids just running the halls unsupervised. Knocking on doors and running away. Screaming. It was super chaotic and no one seemed to care.

Our go to when staying in Columbus. We love this Holiday Inn.

Not good

Way overpriced! We had to stay since we were playing baseball tournaments at Cera land park. All the hotels in the area get full. I paid $400 for a double room for one night. Our oceanfront beach walkout condo in Florida is $2000 a week! The hotel is wonderful but the price a night is insane!

Nice hotel but breakfast isn’t free. With it being a holiday inn I expected it to be. Overall good hotel but for the price I will stay in other hotels with free breakfast.

the hotel was friendly, clean and modern. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all within minutes.

I always stay at holiday because of the gym and free breakfast. No one mentioned that breakfast was not included. Imagine my surprise when we received a bill for $28 for 2 of us. We would have preferred McDonalds. This is only holiday inn I ever saw where breakfast was not included. This should be pointed out to guests at check in!!

The only complaint is there was no indoor pool. Everything else wss great. Lived the little gift bag for the eclipse.

Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and very clean room

At first, I was excited to see the very modern architecture in the lobby. However, an unfortunate incident took away most of my excitement soon after we arrived. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. We took the elevator up, turned right as we exited the elevator, and started in the direction indicated by a sign with room numbers. Suddenly, I found myself stepping into air. There were two stairs leading down to the corridor level, but I had missed them, and had fallen down them to the corridor level, landing hard on my left elbow and hip. As a 75 year old woman, this was all a shock. My husband, who was walking close behind me, hadn’t see the stairs either, until I fell. After he got me to my feet, we made it to our room, 213. I washed off and bandaged my bleeding elbow and then walked back out to see what I had missed: no ‘watch your step’ signs, no colored striping on edge of stairs, nothing. No warning by desk staff to us older folks about the uniquely designed drop to corridor level from elevator level. I did go down to the desk and filed an incident report, in case I had gotten an injury that didn’t show itself for a day or two, but beyond the elbow scrape and bruising on my hip and shoulder, I’m okay, fortunately.

Very clean, quiet place to stay. Definitely would come again!
