I stay here twice a month when visiting my business in Red Deer. The staff is friendly and it is in a good location within walking distance to many places to eat. The gym is also really great for training when I'm on the road.

At first, we check in to our assigned room toilet was visibly used, we requested to change the room .. they did but later on in that room there were used socks near couch… disgusted have to think twice before coming to this hotel again.

The EV charger wasn't fonctionning and the attendant didn't know what to do. The attendant was clueless of any questions ask. The room was clean but they forgot to remove the ozone machine before attributing the room.

The room was good. The breakfast selection is great but it was not really hot- warm yes but not hot! The TV options were really lacking. If you don’t have the subscriptions to Netflix, crave etc you won’t have much for options to watch. Really like the hotel it just needs a few tweaks!

Very clean and comfortable room. My only complaints were that there was a lot of loud, late night noise in the hallway. The rooms are nicely sound proofed but the hallway door is definitely not. Also, it would be nice if the breakfast buffet was started earlier on the weekend. 7 a.m. is too late if you need to leave for an early event or be on the road.

In town for a Family gathering. Hotel was okay but kids allowed to run and be noisy in the halls until well after 11:00 PM. Wifi would not stay connected for more than a minute.

I stayed in a 2 queen bed room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I didn't have a chance to go into the pool, but I did go check it out. The hot tub had a waterfall flowing into it! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The fan in the bedroom was a little loud during the night. The hot tub was nice, but could've been hotter. The breakfast was great. Impressive that their hotel gym was a Planet Fitness! Really enjoyed the bar with the big screen to watch the hockey game.

Stayed for 2 days and they stole my beverages I had in the fridge and my breakfast vouchers off the counter. I just went to check out and everything was gone. This hotel is showing its age, there was rust in the bathroom and the sofa had stains. The pool needs work. Staff were nice and beds were comfortable. Was told only 2 breakfast vouchers per room so just bbe aware of that.

Probably will be a nice place when it's done. But the sauna is broken, the electric car charger isn't connected, half the channels don't load and buffet doesn't have syrup. The pool liner hasn't settled yet, the casting shows is still under the old hotels name. There's only one person working the front desk at any time. We only for breakfast coupons for our first day so I tried to calm down and see about more but our room didn't have a phone. So they took my full price money but the hotel isn't really done yet
