Was just in Montpellier for a night , the hotel was just okay , but the price was kind of high.

Lobby is nice - newly renovated. Good size pool for kids and clean. However, rooms are awful. Not renovated. Paint peeling off the walls, smelly hallways, old stained carpets, uncomfortable beds and bathroom inside the room was filthy at check in. Not a great location if you’re looking to be close to city centre. A bit of a dodgy area, wouldn’t want to walk anywhere. Overall - would not recommend.

Second time here after late flight in from London. Comfy beds and blackout curtains so great sleep followed by delicious plentiful breakfast. Also used the pool this time which was an added bonus. All the staff we encountered were super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

La propreté n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous. Le lit ainsi que les oreillers sont dur comme du béton. Sans parler de la porte d’entrée qui se ferme pas. Et de la sonorisation nous avons entendu tout pendant toute la nuit. Sans parler des choses intimes du voisinage. Super pour des vacances en famille d’avoir à supporter tout ça

Hotellet uppfyllde inte våra förväntningar utifrån bilderna på hotellet och de ”fyra stjärnor” det har. Slitet hotell, en unken doft i hotellkorridorerna och ingen bra frukost. Bra läge dock för att sova en natt innan vi åkte vidare på vår resa söderut i Europa.

Chambre correcte, grande et bien pour la famille. Des choses à améliorer sur équipement. Accueil très sympathique, équipe restauration sympathique également. Petit déjeuner bien fourni, il y a du choix.

Terrible stay. Room was dated and bathroom was not clean. We prepaid for the room and just dropped the keycard on the way out and got yelled at by the receptionist for that crime ! An absolute disgrace.

The room needed more maintenance. The milk was not provided to make tea/coffee. The bin liners for the bins were not there. The mattress was firm and comfortable to sleep on. The shower was really clean and modern. It had a nice feel to it.

The staff at the evening of arriving was not in the lobby; only after long waiting they showed up. Also not helpfull to solve problems. In the restaurant everyone was waiting for food, also hopeless understaffed and very unfriendly employees. Breakfast in the morning was compared to other novotel hotels below standard.

However, four days later and I'm still waiting for the return of the £250 security payment to my account. This affected my holiday as my spending money was then limited. I phoned the hotel and they claimed it had been cancelled, but I'm still waiting for it back. Shame as no one wants this on a holiday.

Location of this hotel was great but without GPS, we would never have found it. It's tucked away from a main street at a weird angle, which was confusing at first. Access to the auto route, however, was simple, easy and quick. That meant our time was spent at sights rather than on getting to the main routes. We were able to see places in Provence and still get to the north-south roads we used to return to Paris at the end. Restaurant is tired, but breakfast was great.

was there for a short transit in Montpellier. Hotel is ok, especially with kids (they have a small sofa bed in some of the rooms). Room comfortable but not very big. Choices at hotel restaurant limited and there isn't much in neighbourhood

We had a pleasant stay here with family. Room was clean. Nice pool. We chose because of easy access to Camargue and nearby beaches and it was spot on. Palavas Des Flots is 10-15 mins by car. Thought the room could have been a bit more spacious for a family room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good base for exploring local area , close to the ring road, 15 mins to the beach or the city centre, mainly business users, clean and tidy well equipped rooms, excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our time there
