The check in was rough. The employee seemed annoyed we were checking in and was a little rude. Mini fridge in room was dirty and the bathroom was small and needed some cosmetic repairs

Everyone was super kind and very helpful. Our room was outdated and in need of some repairs, but was clean.

The facility is super! Skip the breakfast buffet it was the worse ever

No fault of the facility staff - the building is older and the walls are thin. My neighbor had an oxygen concentrator and I could hear it all night. I didn’t complain - that would be a dick move. Just know that you can be heard through the walls

The size of the property is what stood out. It's a resort. I especially enjoyed the indoor 30-foot fireplace and the 2 outdoor firepits. We didn't use the indoor pool, but enjoyed the hot tub. Oh, and did I mention the free massage chair? They also spared no expense with the comfy couches and chairs in common areas, perfect for reading, relaxing, or just staring at your phone like a model 21st-century citizen. We had wine around the firepit and with dinner, of course, which was also very good. The ambience in the restaurant was quite lovely with the warm white string lights. For the price, it was easily the best hotel experience we've had (not counting a resort in Hawaii, but that's just not a fair comparison... )

Beautiful lobby- clean pool, beds are firmer, but still comfortable!

This is a great hotel option for visiting Stowe and Woodstock. Easy access to highway for drive to these towns. And much cheaper. The hotel is cute lobby and pool area.. the rooms are spacious .. dated but do the job nicely.

Checking in seemed to be bothersome for the woman who was working the desk. She asked for my ID and credit card in a way that made me feel inferior. She warmed up slightly as our interaction was ending.
The room key wouldn't not work so I had to go back to the desk and luckily, the other woman helped me. She was very accomodating. She walked down to the room and opened the door for me.
The room was next to the laundry facility on one side and the swimming pool on the other. It was very noisy from both.
The bathroom was surface clean but the aging hotel has years of accumulated dirt in cracks. It was creepy. The room was dark and depressing. The curtains to block out the pool view were too long so any air from the heat/ ac unit blew into the curtains and not the room.
Breakfast was decent but the fruit was gone by the time we arrived at 8:15. The juices had run out too. Juices were replenished but not the fruit. The scrambled eggs were good and even warm! The coffee was good.
This hotel was worth aboit $150/ night. Unfortunately, I had to pay $335 for one night. It was definitely not worth that much.

Was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair in the room.

Beautiful hotel and the room was much more than expected with a fireplace and massage chair. Excellent dinner food. The only suggestion would be to have more help. Only one waitress and one person at the lobby is not adequate for the traffic of the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Extremely disappointing. Photos on website present very different vibe - cost was $347 for one night at a roadside dump motel That should’ve been no more than $99 for the night, but was gouging because of a busy parents weekend at Dartmouth and motorcycle rally in the area. They should be ashamed to charge that much for the quality facility that it was. Breakfast supposed to be served at 10 I arrived at 9:45 and almost everything was gone and was not replenished at 10:05. They said you better finish we’re closed. The list goes on. It’s not a place to stay. They need to clean up their act, you cannot charge the price they charge and give the level of service and quality facility that they gave.

The interior of the place looked and seemed resort like but the facilities were very lacking, the pool and Hot tub was out of commission upon our arrival, the so called restaurant wasn't available and when it was the food was extremely lacking. the breakfasts were your standard fare and was either under cooked or overcooked and actually tasteless. The beds were hard and haven't been updated for many many years, mine had a slope to it and was difficult to sleep on. The last morning of our stay they had a water break somewhere and we had no water for our shower until it was almost check out time, the water break was not the hotels fault but still it was the straw that broke the camels back.

Sure wish we’d had an extra night to stay!
This was a quick trip to see a few sights but we’ll be back in the fall and plan on staying at this hotel again as it’s a great deal. Breakfast is included and there are grest restaurants in the area ti choose from.
There’s a well lighted indoor pool and jacuzzi.

My family (2 adults, 2 children age 13 and 10) stayed one night on a road trip to Ruggles Mine, Christa McAuliffe Discovery Museum, and Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum. The indoor pool was nice, heated. Hit rib was relaxing and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The kids loved the turtles and fish pond and all the inside trees. Very pretty. The rooms were standard but clean. Didn't love the showerhead. Many channels to watch on TV. Got a great night sleep on the comfortable beds. So nice to have a nice big buffet breakfast right in the hotel. Also the bar is open at night where people were eating dinner. It's right near shopping and restaurants and major routes but a bit secluded. We will stay there again when we go skiing.

Check in staff as well as night staff was terrible. No bar service. Rooms are better at Holiday Inn

Hotel was hosting a large conference. The included breakfast buffet was confusing and not made to accommodate so many people. Both I and the person I was traveling with got sick with a flu like disease. No one we visited who didnt stay here contracted the illness.

Excellent large clean and quiet room Yes, it had a gas fireplace which we did use. Beautiful indoor pool area and large dining and breakfast area.

I wanted to use the hot tub but it was very dirty and wouldn’t use it or the pool.

The public areas were inviting....great areas to sit, relax, talk. The restaurant staff, namely Andre, were wonderful.....but the meal took forever to get to us (and we were the only party there) and the quality when it arrived was disappointing.

For the price, it was a lovely hotel--The staff was amazing, and the facility was very clean. After reading the comments, I chose this hotel over the more expensive ones with terrible reviews. Good job!

Beautiful interior spaces. Relatively good value.

It was good for the most part but housekeeping shouldn't knock on your door when you have a do not disturb sign up.

While the property previously has been good, this time the experience was not. We asked multiple times to have our room cleaned only to have that not happen. Upon asking the cleaning lady to clean our room, she instructed us to bag all of our trash and dirty towels and bring them to her. The rooms on the second floor do not have carpet and the floor felt very sticky and nasty. The hotel was very noisy with kids running up and down the hall and knocking on doors for fun.

We enjoyed the dinning area for breakfast, spacious well lit room with open windows, with little pond turtles and fish. Pool was also nice. The main issue was noise between rooms

Property is good not excellent. Had to go to the front desk and let them know our room was never cleaned. I was told you have to request to have it cleaned. Never heard of such a thing. Thankfully, I was only there two nights.

A very nice accommodation. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and personable. Definitely will stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful, which was probably the second best part of the stay, with the first being the pool and hot tub. With that said, the rooms look dated and old, and had decorations in them that looked stolen from my grandmothers house is 1955. The bed burt my back. And I could barely close the bathroom door because the bathroom was the size of a shoe closet. We didnt try the breakfast the next day because they give out some voucher instead of it just being included.

The bar tender closed 5-10 minutes early. Wouldn’t take cash because he had already cashed out the register. Just wanted a cocktail after a long drive.
Seemed odd.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. That goes a long way in making your customers happy and I was pleasantly surprised. We travel all over the US and try our best to engage the staff in conversation, not always with great results. Your staff were a pleasure to talk with and so very nice.
The only things that were not great: wine in the restaurant, shower adjustment mechanism, and the toilet not flushing my poop.

Beautiful Inn! Staff was extremely accommodating on letting us sign in early, as we gotten there 2 hrs earlier & we had to be somewhere that was 1 1/2 away.
Staff was very friendly,& informational when needed info.
The Inn atmosphere is Beautiful with kio pond of beautiful fish & turtles.
Very nice big seating area for breakfast.
Sm.shop: snacks ice cream drinks and clothing .
Beautiful sitting area .
My room was very nice w/ window overlooking indoor pool, gym.
Cleaning crew does Great job!
Only thing I feel that was a downfall is the breakfast hrs on Friday could be change to end at 10:am. rather than 9am.
