Check in was easy, room was clean other than a couple stains in the carpet. Room was outdated but had all the essentials. Plenty of hot water for long showers. Would stay here again in the future.

For the price it was great. The outside is old and it looks like maybe there are people living there.

Everything good but no wifi at my room

Do not book this. It’s long term residential motel at the worst part of town, bugs in bed, stuff left by previous occupant around the room, etc.

Worst place ever! Bathroom tub dark dirt around grouting as well as grouting outside of tub! Green corrosion on toilet pipes! Toilet paper holder to the far left side on the wall; need to be long armed to even reach! TV did not work! Continental breakfast was one pot of coffee and small cinnamon rolls or Ho Hos! You should take this place off your list!! I feel a refund is totally necessary after this dive!!

The AC unit was not working and making noise. There were bugs inside and outside the property. The bed was dirty and had bed bugs.
There were smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. We ended up leaving the hotel and staying at a different hotel. The hotel was willing to give refund but then refused to refund us later when we tried to get refund through Expedia.

Staff were polite but breakfast was disappointing as not as advertised. Bins overflowing and pool dirty. With a little attention this could be a lovely hotel.

This hotel is nasty. Every inch is filthy. Blankets had visible dirt. Breakfast consists of pre packaged little debbie donut sticks and pecan twirls.
10.0 / 10.0
Terrible, nosy and dirty.
4.0 / 10.0
Very old and run down. The room was supposed to have a queen bed on first floor and we got the upper floor with a double bed. Holes in the wall where they must have moved the toilet paper holder from one spot to the next and never patched. Very run down.

The hotel was wonderful but when I booked it Hotels.com had me pay a resort fee then when I checked in the hotel had me pay the resort fee again so I’m not happy. Also when we were all settled we wanted to go for a swim and the pool was closed for a private party. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and the staff was excellent. I would stay there again if there isn’t a snafu.

Wish we could give it negative stars. The place should be condemned and torn down. Our travel companions ended up with bedbug bites on her face. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. Guest smoking in the hallways. This place is unsafe, no smoke detectors and we had to ask for pillow cases since the ones on our bed had not been changed and had dirt on them.

Its out dated, dingy. Lightning is awful, but was clean. The bed was comfortable and the wall unit was cold. The shower had great pressure, lots of hot water. In the morning, the front desk woman wasn't friendly. There was no ICE! It's a 100 degrees out... and low on TP. I did find another hotel that would have met are needs better, but Hotel.com wouldn't refund my money, so we were stuck.

Its closevto the grand canyon west rim, and theres lots to do inand around the area

This is an old place and a bit dated. But the front desk manager was very nice and accomodating and upgraded my room because I was made to wait because their “system” was down. There is a small Indian resto attached and that was covenient. No other walkable restaurants. Accommodation reasonable at the price point.

No breakfast really just some cookies and Cheerios and coffee The hotel manager was awesome! The room was clean and quiet. Parking was ample. Walgreens 15 minutes walking closest grocery/food source. No coffee maker in room. Gym was a universal with two working exercise options and one old dumbbell. It really doesn’t take much to provide a few working dumbbells.
I won’t return because I don’t give business to hotels that advertise breakfast when there really isn’t much of anything.

I guess for the price point it was OK but they could at least clean the place better it’s just worn out and should probably be burned to the ground or gutted by Indian people. I guess they’re trying to make it like India.

Staff was rude, gave us a room someone was in for the past 5 days. When i ask him to him to not put us back where people were living in, he said he had it with people like me and told me to leave. Place was run down, no hot breakfast as advertised and manager was very rude and unprofessional

Bathroom floor sticky with some food residue/crumbs.
Mattress very comfortable.
Check in very friendly!

This place should not be available on the motel market. My room was advertised as non smoking but reeked of smoke. The shower tub is unclean. There were crumbs in the refrigerator door. The property itself has a lot of litter.
When i asked for a refund, the clerk became belligerent and hung up on me. Overall, the room is dingy, filthy, and in poor maintenance.
I found somewhere else to stay that is clean and nonsmoking. Please refund my money.

Room was a bit dingy and dark (low watt light bulbs). Did not seem as clean and kept up as when we stayed here before. The water in the shower and sink were hot, which was appreciated. It was okay for a one night stay and the price was affordable (cheaper than most).

The room was clean, but needed updated soon

It was near the museums.

This Rodeway inn needs renovation and better cleaning staffs. When we 1st arrived in the room, there were still used bar soap left on the bathtub. Stains were noticeable everywhere, on their curtains, bed sheets and walls. We did report this to front desk and was offered to move to new room, however, the new room was not any better. Again stains were everywhere and there was a bug on the bed. The tissue holder on the wall was falling apart when I tried taking a tissue out. Floor was visibly dirty with dust and parts of carpet was coming off of the floor. There was no coffee maker in the room either. There was an ironing board but the legs were broken.
4.0 / 10.0
A basic property. The two areas that were not good were 1) poor lighting at night for reading in bed and 2) one of the dresser draws had empty beer cans in it,

Initial room had a dirty toilet. Changed room, sink not too clean. Pool had dirt and litter in it. Very run down hotel for a National chain.

The staff at the counter were really nice and very helpful. It was a busy weekend and they were working hard. They worked with our complaints as best they could. We missed the fridge that had conked out previously and was removed. Basically, though, it really didn't feel very clean. The carpet and flooring was pretty dirty, main complaint.

On the first night of my stay I was bitten by a spider. I trapped it and brought it to the front desk. They just shrugged. Went to Urgent Care, was prescribed an antibiotic. Eight days later the bite is still infected and painful. The hotel refused any refund. I left a day early & lost a day's rent.

property was set up right, it does need some upgrade of the exterior like painting, replacement of old wood etc.. Staff was very help full, courtious and kind. One thing that needs attention is the step into the lobby, from the pool area. the first one is a normal height but the second one is more deeper. it caught me by surprise and at some point it could make some one do a face plant into the floor. Very dangerous!

It was ok no coffee in room but was ready in lobby. Older place but mostly clean.

The was dirt around the tub and a straw under the sink.

Good location and price. Rooms need a revamp though. Curtains look like they’re 100 years old.
