Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Gym could do with some weights and breakfast could have a few more healthy options.

Restaurant and bar closed during saturday-sunday. Besides that, perfect.
2.0
Nice and modern premisses, friendly reception, good breakfast, welcoming bar area to relax at the end of the day, rooms and bathroom comfortable and clean, even though the standard rooms are not very spacious (but not cramped either and one knows that in advance anyway).
5.0
Clean, comfortable, good restaurant, nice gym on-site, grocery store and bakery on same block.
2.5
Good location, clean and very kind personnel.

Bien Ras
5.0
It provides easy access to the central part of the city.
2.5
Lovely little hotel in the centre of Brest. Great links to bus, tram and train.
5.0
I liked that it was accessible to the downtown area by either walking or using the tram. And it was quiet. Also breakfast was great.

Has everything we were looking for in a hotel including helpful staff
2.0
Everything was good except the fact there was nobody AT ALL to help with the luggage. If you are an elderly couple, it makes the process VERY difficult and unpleasant.
2.5
It was nice to stayed at the hotel and the facilities as a whole
4.0
Well located and quite, despite being in the center of the city.
Short distance walk to get to the tram and big shoppings.
Nice hotel will stay there again!

Hotel was nice, Brest is a grey industrial city, and made it look miserable but the hotel itself was very fresh, colourful and welcoming.
No parking though, so you have to pay to park in the street

Property is okay. Looks much better in photo. Hotel lobbies are always made to look so attractive and inviting, just wish they did the same with the rooms.
Property is on a busy road. Parking is non existent, and therefore you are forced to use a pay parking lot a couple of blocks from hotel.
Restaurant was okay, food was not outstanding although the server was very nice.
The front desk staff, one female in particular was incredibly rude. I had requested prior to arrival a quiet room away from elevators and other noise distractions. I do this with every hotel stay before I arrive and usually never have an issue, but not this time. Our room was located right next to the elevator. I went to the front desk and spoke to this employee, (it was not the person who checked us in); I pointed out that the room was exactly located where I had specifically requested not to be. I asked if there was another room. Her response was no, that is where you are no changes. I asked again pointing out my pre-request, she looked at me and said what do you want me to do put her head down and walked away from the desk! I was very insulted by her disrespect and rudeness and could not believe that someone in the "customer service" industry would be so ignorant. I walked away absolutely in shock, my husband convinced me that as we were there only one night that we should just accept what we had. At that point it was no longer about the room but the treatment of us by this so called professional.

I love this hotel. Well located in the center of Brest (near to all the services). However, the breakfast, at 15 euros, is quite expensive even if it is a buffet. Simple hotel, but amazing service.

Very nice hotel and good situation.

The room was comfy and spacious. Very nice up to date bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

This is surely not a 4* hotel. Im so angry they only leave 2 tea bags everyday for a double room with literally 2 tiny sugar bags. I had to ask for sugar every night. Common how much a sugar bag costs you especially when Im paying this silly amount of money per night? Moreover, what upsets me the most is that I was charged 5 euros for a bottle of water without being told! The hotel furniture is from the 70s. There is no fridge or safe in the room. With laminate flooring slippers should be provided. I would never return; let the manager think how much money he saved from sugar bags compared to me staying there for a month this summer.

Fantastic, I recomend it confidently.

The restaurant in the hotel sadly was closed on the weekend. I was there only on the weekend. It would have been helpful for them to state that it is closed on the weekend. It was however, terribly expensive & there were very few choices. I am a single woman traveling alone & wanted to stay in a place that had a good restaurant on the premisses.

In Brest for combination business/vacation. Chose lAmiraute basis recommendation from local client and was not disappointed. Room was spacious for a European hotel; clean and quiet w/ an ice machine on every floor (again, not so common w Euro hotels). Restaurant in hotel was also first class and enjoyed several meals there. Location was downtown and easy access to shopping(wife enjoyed that) and parking was quite convenient for a downtown location. Would definitely stay there again, at least during cooler (non-a/c) months.

The staff were super-friendly and provided all our US Navy cadets with helpful hints and tips (even when not asked). They really left a very positive impact on the midshipmen.

Fantastic staff, whether at front desk or in restaurant!! Most helpful and welcoming. Room was very spacious with nice bathroom and really great bed. Wi-fi was also very good. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Brest. Whilst the area is not really exciting, I enjoyed it still. It felt "real" for lack of a better word. Definitely may compete with the really good Paris establishments, except that this staff has really that extra "je ne sais quoi" that keeps you coming back for more. Brest is out of the way. You don't go through. You would just go there. The welcoming nature of the folks and his hotel staff would make me want to go there to discover more of the region. That's how good that hotel was! Merci à tous!

Never seen a parking with 4 badge plus 1 code controls. Do driva a 500 Fait or you will not be able to manouvre in their carpark. You need the garage because the hotel is in a bad part ( if there is a good one ) of Brest.

Excellent hotel at an amazingly low price in quiet neighborhood in downtown Brest

Stayed at the hotel for one night while driving through Brest during a week long road trip.
Staff was very friendly and bilingual upon arrival. Parking is available for €10, breakfast is €15 per person. you can temporarily park your car outside the lobby whilst you check in, if you choose to park with the hotel they'll provide you instructions and a separate key card for the parking lot which is vehicle accessed from behind the hotel, around the block but exits for pedestrians in a public courtyard just 100m from the hotel lobby entrance. The hotel staff recommended we bring our luggage to the room first since there is a bit of a climb through stairs and then the walk from the courtyard to the lobby. From my observations, there is no elevator access from the parking for members of the hotel.
Once we checked in and parked, the hotel suite was great, bed was very comfortable, updated, and clean. Room was spacious for French standards. Bathroom very clean and modern with a nice enclosed shower area. Great water pressure.
All in all a wonderful place to stay whilst in Brest

this hotel is located in the center of Brest where you can easily visit the seaside and city center. The room was very clean, cozy and spacious compared to its price. It's equipped with almost everything you might want from the hotel room except the minibar.(Maybe i couldn't find it) Me and my colleagues truly enjoyed the breakfast offered. The service was also great. Staffs were very kind.

Good and clean hotel. I think it is in a good location in Brest. Good breakfast and nice staff. You should notice thet in Sunday the resturant and room service are not working, so take care.

Stayed here for three nights.
Good points - rooms are of a good size, clean and seem fairly modern. Air conditioning lovely and cold. TV has a few UK channels which is a bonus and they also supply milk with the tea tray! Quite rare in Europe. Good breakfast. Staff are all very nice.
Bad points - The restaurant is fully closed at this time of year so you have to venture out for dinner, not good if you arrive late and are not in the mood to go out. This isn't mentioned on the site when booking. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty bad, lots of people hanging around in shop doorways with dogs, cars screeching past with music blaring. Don't take your best shoes to walk around, there is an abundance of dog mess everywhere in the streets. Also most places seem to close by eight so some leg work is required to find a good restaurant.
Overall good, wouldn't recommend if travelling alone, especially for female travellers.

From the outside the neighbourhood and exterior of the hotel do not give you a lot of confidence about the quality of the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is also a bit drab but the rooms themselves are quite nice and comfortable. The location is great for the Quartz conference centre - just a few minutes down the street. There's also a big supermarket within 2 minutes walk which is very convenient.
2.5
Very good hotel. The facade of the building is a bit drab, like most buildings in the centre of Brest, but inside the room was sparklingly clean and very comfortable. We had an American style room with two double beds. Given the good price I would certainly recommend this hotel for Brest.
2.0
Well located. Restaurant closed on weekend, which is a problem, because there are essentially no restaurants open on Sunday in Brest. Staff was helpful and courteous, and room was adequate in all respects.
