The room was not clean. There were several stains on the carpet, stains on the walls and ceiling, the furniture was scratched and chipped and it did not have a fresh clean smell. Had to call down to security at 1:30am because of the noise coming from next door.

This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Penn's Landing. Having to pay to park was a bummer and the hotel itself is a bit outdated for the price ($289). It was "fine" for the night, however pricey for a week night, with not a ton of luxury...

We came into town for a concert and was looking for close proximity to the venue and this was it. It's just about a 20 minute walk to anything so its a great location. The view of the river was incredible from our room. The staff at the desk were great and very helpful! They gave us some hot spot ideas for dining and places to visit. The room was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The bed and pillows were comfortable too, which is always a huge plus!

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nothing fancy. Overnight security was on their game. Room next door ended up getting into a fight at 1am and within a minute of the call they were able to quietly and efficiently settle the guest with no other problems. We enjoyed our stay will return again.

The hotel was fine. Just fine. Nothing spectacular. Mostly clean, but could use some updating. What is frustrating is that I’m fairly certain I left my wallet in the room/at the hotel and can’t seem to get anyone to check lost and found or have anyone return my phone calls regarding my lost wallet. Terrible customer service.

The property was just like it was depicted on the website. The front desk personnel were fantastic, especially Lisa. She went above and beyond to "snag" two connecting rooms for my daughter and her two children. All in all, it was a very convenient and hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and were pleased. This trip however was a different story. Front end staff was pleasant but entire hotel smelled dank and musty. Yes, it was a warm day but it was pretty gross. Being that we are not the type to complain, and we were only spending a few hours there to sleep, we did not complain…honestly not sure what could have even been done as it wasn’t just our room but the hotel itself.

Just ok. Breakfast offering better than another hotel of same chain in a different state. Come early when breakfast starts for less people. Coffee maker in room not working. Bathtub in room miniscule, bathroom not clean and needed updating. Had view of bridge, but very noisy and heard gunshots in middle of night. Just ok for a sleepover when continuing trip elsewhere but would not stay here for the price again.

The location was great. We were able to park and leave our car. Parking price was not started on website. $35/night. Would have appreciated knowing prior to booking. Clean amenities and good breakfast. We needed a repair. Staff were quick to respond and fix. Was a temporary fix though and was needed again by the time we left. Moisture the property was updated, but some older infrastructure will need attention.

The location was great. It was within walking distance to many nice restaurants. They take security seriously. I had a room on an upper floor and the river side. It was a beautiful night view of the bridge and river. I'm not sure how rooms on the other side would be regarding noise as there is heavy traffic.

It was okay. The location is okay, but it's loud with I95 South right outside. There was a mouse in our room that ran across our floor! The staff however, did supply us with an apology and another room. So overall, it was okay.
