This Holiday inn is an old property but very well taking care of, is in. Rey good shape and very very clean, very convenient and easy to get around the city, the management at front desk (Roberto) is friendly and ready to help customers

The staff is professional Rooms are clean THE BUFFET AREA IS CLEAN, THE HOSTESSES ATTEND QUICKLY, FOOD IS FRESH WITH PLENTY OF VARIETY THE CHEFFS ARE PROMPT TO COOK OTHER DISHES, ETC Aracelli, Christian, [can not remember the other names] keep the area moving in a family oriented style Restaurant Manuel is one of the hostess professionals with whom I established excellent communication The hotel is very well placed with access to nearby stores, restaurants, etc within walking distance as well as to get transportation to other places, FAMILY ORIENTED PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE

The hotel is good for the price. It is in dire need for a renovation: the chair in my room was broken (it only needs a screw, and someone competent to fix it), and the Ethernet cable was not working. The room keys kept breaking and the staff was condescending when I complained; they try to explain me how I was using the keys wrong. The restaurant is not very good. Most of the staff was nice, but not very professional.

I liked that it was very close to shopping mall. Very easy local transportation. Great for business travel because you have access to computers, printing and they offer office supplies. Great place for business and pleasure!

Great location, right in front of Las America's Mall, shopping, bars and food. Also right on Camelinas street, so very convenient. Property was very clean, staff very friendly and courteous. Property is a bit dated, rooms are updated though, even with flat screen TV's. The only disappointing part of the stay were the tennis courts, sports fields and walking path. Very poorly kept, practically unusable. Shame since they're so large and take up tons of space on the property, what a shame.

Unfortunately with Covid I was not able to enjoy everything this hotel had to offer. Pool, temnis courts etc. This hotel is acroos from shopping mall, movie theater and plenty of eateries. So I liked and enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for just one night to rest after a long flight and late arrival. The staff was incredibly friendly even though we arrived at about 10 p.m. Despite the late hour, the restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and attended to us until close to 11 p.m. I will definitely be back when travelling to Morelia in the near future.
