The do not allow ESA dogs he tried saying that Colorado doesnt require my sons ESA to stay at the hotel. Very wrong and rude of the the property manager shame on you

Clean good size room, hot water for the shower. I liked having IHOP in the parking lot for one of my very late night dinners easy parking.

Our only complaint is that the pillows were so thick that we had trouble falling asleep. We enjoyed our breakfast with waffles, hard boiled eggs and cereal. We generally stay here when we go to Pueblo for the Round Dance Gala and the State Square Dance Festival. It is quiet and convenient and very close to Cracker Barrel.

Quick checkin, friendly staff. There was a large crack in the bathroom mirror and the door to the shower area was stuck. Reported to the front desk upon checkout. Those things did not affect our stay.

Checkin was easy. Staff very nice. Shower was excellent. Location is great. Bed was hard. Desk chair in room was dirty. Nail polish on the wall where the sink is located. It’s an older hotel.

We had stains on our bed and a long black hair was in one of the beds. The breakfast was ok the lady running it was super good.

Smelled horrible. Looked like someone has been killed on the couch. We didn’t even sit on it. Towel racks falling off the wall. Horrible WiFi. They did supply shampoo and body cleanser but both bottles were empty. Charge $100 deposit. Never again!!!

Check in was great and the employee was very nice. When we got into the room, it smelled really horrible. We turned on the a/c and went to eat hoping it would take aome of the musty smell out of the room but it didn't. They gave us another room that was better but definitely still had a stench to it. Being as tired as we were after riding 700 miles on our motorcycle, we decided to just stay. The front desk guy in the morning should not be working around customers as rude as he is. We showed up a few minutes before 6am and he made it very clear that breakfast was not ready and to wait until 6. We waited the 2 minutes thinking that there was more being brought out but what was there was it. Hard boiled eggs, mini waffles, bread and some cereal. If it wasnt for the night clerk, this place would have gotten 1 star. She was very pleasant and should be an example for the rude guy.

My first morning, no running water in the sink the handle broke, had to use water from the shower. the AC was not working properly, would turn on 15 minutes and then shut off, no AC over night. The carpet needed cleaning. After speaking to the desk clerk, the problems were corrected within 4 hours, while my wife and I attended a funeral service.

Clean, conscientious and helpful staff. Security personnel working throughout the night on the grounds not just in the office. Was very full when we stayed and still stayed quiet :) thanks!

Staff was nice, the location is convenient, but the rooms definitely need some renovations. The mattress looked like someone brought it in folded in half with a ratchet strap, the pillows were small enough for a child’s bed and was only provided 3 for a king size bed. The bathroom along the walls where it connects to the floor you could tell that there was water damage, probably due to the shower leaking everywhere on the floor since it was cloth, and not enough towels to lay down a “mat.”

This property is ok if you want to pay a big deposit and price to get harassed. They continental breakfast is cerial and make your own waffles while a old lady stares at you like your steeling, then tries to tell you where you can eat it. The maid opens your door or tries to at 10:30 when checkout isnt till 11. The one goofy ass security pounds on your door making false accusations and claims of camera footage they dont show you. And everytime you go outside to smoke a cig 10 people start begging for one. Then when you say no they call the office with impoossible claims and the office acts like you didnt pay to be there.

Everything was great with one exception. Someone in the parking lot was blaring music from their vehicle for several hours. Luckily it stopped at dark. Otherwise a great place for an overnight stay!
