Every unit has spacious balconies with fabulous views.

Don't hesitate. Gorgeous property, large units, well stocked, location location location. Perfect for multiple ages. Less than ten minutes to Flagler by beach and even faster to walk by road. Low density building means no pool overcrowding. We are already planning to book here again for next summer. Held six adults and two children very well. Everyone has their own space. Large well appointed balcony.

Overall good...some of the patio furniture not useable as the seat straps are broken...sent this info to the management without any action. This could be dangerous to anyone sitting on the thick cushion covering the seat and falling through. Cushion on the same bench was heavily stained.

The property is great and the location for a beach can’t be any better. The beach and property were probably better than the photos. The only downside we experienced at all was that the locker with beach equipment cannot be unlocked and the property manager was unresponsive to our phone call.

We were locked out in the pool area for 40 minutes, the code for the door didn’t work, as well as the beach access code. I sent emails and made phone calls, finally a woman arrived to let us back in and the codes provided in my email didn’t work for her either. She was a pleasant and helpful woman. The property was gorgeous. But our whole stay, we had to drive to get beach access! Very disappointing and frustrating.

Overall we were very impressed with the property. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and in a great location. The management company was very attentive and helped answer any questions we had during our stay. We would definitively stay in this property again.

Very spacious and well-appointed condo in a building for our family of six. What more can you ask for? On the beach, with a pool, and walking distance to Flagler Avenue. Ocean Properties associates were great to work with, even making the effort to retrieve and forward a personal item we accidentally left behind.

We have stayed in the building before. while generally a pleasant stay, there were problems when we lost many Spectrum Channels and could not locate the TV Remote. Most important (and disappointing), one bedroom was uninhabitable! An A/C unit ground noisily constantly. We were able to deaden with a white noise machine in the Master bedroom but not in the seond bedroom !!!!

The property was clean and well maintained. Our unit was huge and had everything we could possibly need. The only problem was the jacuzzi by the pool wasn’t working during our stay. We loved the location and will definitely stay again.

Really couldn’t have asked for more. Slept 4 adults and 3 kids very comfortably. The kitchen had everything needed and plenty of seating to accommodate. Being on the third floor gave a perfect view over the top of the palm trees. The location made it easy to walk down the Flagler street area for bars and restaurants as well as shopping. The beach was clean and large. The only minor surprise was it is a public beach with vehicle traffic and parking, but did not take away from the experience. Opportunity for improvement would be communication of pool and beach door codes. The were not provided but found out from others there. We would definitely go back!

The cond was beautiful and well equipped. We did have three problems— the shower in the room with the bunk bed was broken and there was a lamp in that room that did not work. We had a problem getting on the Internet because the user name we were given was incorrect, but we figured it out. We had a great family birthday celebration.

Our week stay at Atlantic Villas Unit 301 in New Smyrna Beach, FL was great. Our unit was perfect for our needs. The beach was easily accessible and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The unit also provided covered parking and a cage of beach supplies for us to use such as umbrellas, beach chairs, wave boards and other things that make time on the beach enjoyable. The pool was excellent and clean. The hot tub was great as well. The unit had all amenities you would expect and more including WIFI, cable TV, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, Keurig coffee maker, inside the unit laundry room, 3 bed rooms and 3 full bath rooms. The furniture was very comfortable and the balcony was excellent with very nice furniture. I would highly recommend this facility for your beach vacation.
