It was a nice stopover point after we flew into Venice and had plans to go up to lake Como first. We went to a great pizza place just down the street. The breakfast for 5-euro was incredible! The best we had our entire trip. It's a good location in the city, though busy. There was parking available that was free, I could see how it would fill up quickly however but we did okay. The property is in very good condition and our room was nice.

The hotel itself was nice but the service was awful. The front desk staff were rude, not helpful and ignorant.
The listing says laundry facilities and air conditioning but both are certain times and this should be noted.

I was initially only going to stay at Best Western Biri for 3 nights & then switch hotels but decided to stay at the hotel for all 8 nights I was in Padova. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the a/c was strong (which was important since there was a major heatwave at the time). The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. If you need documents printed, they will print it for you. I wanted to print a photo of my dog who I recently lost to bring to the Basilica and Caty, the front desk agent, went out of her way to make sure it was printed nicely. That meant a lot to me. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. City center and Basilica are walkable or a 5-10 minute taxi ride. Although their restaurant menu only changes once a week, the food was delicious. Their rooftop gives you a gorgeous view of Padova that are definitely IG worthy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Padova next year.

It was fine for a brief stop. The check-in staff were courteous and helpful with a room change to avoid noise for the rooms at the front of the hotel. Nice 7th-floor terrace. Free Parking. Not recommended as a tourist visit hotel.

Clean facility, offers a private shuttle to Venice airport on request ( we needed the vehicle at 1am. Front desk available 24/7. The room was well kept and the ac was fantastic during the heat.

Extremely clean, professional at front desk. Healthy walking distance to explore main tourist attractions in Padova. Food services with high quality. Very charming bar and good selection of beverages.

We travelled with our large dog and were so impressed at the huge size of the room complete with dog bowls, a dog bed AND a bag of dog food. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Good, conveniently located hotel from city center and highway access.
Hotel room clean and comfy.
Bathroom rather dull, e. Flushing and sink not reliably working in our case.
Stayed only one night, so not bothered to complain.

Best Western Boris was a good base for us on our visit to Padova. Slightly out of town, but we were looking to get our step count up, and really enjoyed the 25 min walk into town. Hotel was great, staff very good. Didn’t make it to breakfast or the rooftop bar. Not sure what was available in the immediate area, we were interested in the old town.

Great gluten free options for breakfast, huge 2 bedroom suite for family.

The only negative about this stay is that our room was too warm and we have no way of adjusting the temperature since it’s centrally controlled and they have already turn off AC for the season.

Nice working hotel stayed there many years ago. Good resteraunt, great views over city, only problem is that it was closed the night we were there, and it's a 2 km walk into the city centre.

Nice Location,

The hotel staff was very informative and the room was clean and had enough space for two people. The front door area is on a very busy circle and at the time of our visit there was construction right outside the door. We were able to get a city bus back to the hotel after a concert, it would have been too far to walk at night.

The hotel was perfect.Good location 30 min walking to the center. If you want to use bus,bus station is only 2 minutes from the hotel.Definitly I recommended.

Good hotel. Clean. Nice staff.

The breakfast was delicious (bacon, eggs, fruit, bread etc). Air conditioning worked well. The mattress was firm but I liked that. The bathroom and the room were very clean. The location is great because the bus stop is right there to get to downtown Padova and to the train station. The rate was excellent too.

The bus to the airport leaves around the corner from the hotel, yet not a single employee knows from where, or when it leaves. On my last day, I did finally get some detailed information, except the information was wrong and I ended up having to take a $300 taxi to the airport. Upon arrival my room smelled like a locker room, and the small window faced the highway. When asking if I could change the room, their blunt answer was "no".

We arrived too early for check in. They took our suitcases, put them away in a locked closet, and told us how to get to Venice.

Overall a nice hotel in a good location. Short walk into city center and a short walk from the train station.

Booked hotel biri for work at university. Location was good for this but a 30 min walk from city centre or station. We had 2 rooms booked for us and children and asked for interconnecting or adjacent. Despite an apparently deserted hotel, we got 2 rooms some distance apart which meant that my husband & I had to split up. One room was light and spacious with a large bathroom, tea making andminibar. The other was small and darker with only a shower. Despite advertising free room wifi we could not get this anywhere in the hotel (which costed us in mb downloads on our phones!) and likewise neither the sky channels nor the room service worked. Whilst breakfast staff was really friendly and helpful (breakfast fayre average) the reception staff were at best indifferent. The rooms were generally clean with sheets and wool blankets, but we did kill a cockroach in one of our rooms. The top floor breakfast room and downstairs bar were lovely spaces and there is a handy Auchun supermarket 5 mins away to stock up on snacks / lunches.

It's a good hotel. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are unusually well-lit. If you want milk with your tea and coffee-making facilities, you need to ask for it. The hotel does not have dried milk. I was given half a jug of fresh milk from the bar. If you need to use the WI-Fi, you need to make sure it's available as soon as you get there. Ours didn't become live until the last full day, but I hadn't pursued it with reception who would have fixed it much earlier I think. Ask for freshly made coffee from the waiting staff in the breakfast room. There is a press-button machine for tea and coffee but I couldn't drink the coffee and they are used to that so they made me a good cup of coffee from the kitchen every day of my stay.

Nice, clean hotel a bit far from downtown. Friendly personnel.

We needed a room for 3 people. We were given one room which was outdated, not very clean, and a musty smell. We did get them to move us to another room, which had been renovated, and that was very nice: clean, spacious bathroom, and up to date. Hotel location does require a cab or bus to town center - otherwise a long walk.
