Nice mom and pop type motor inn. Close to shopping and recreation.

On check in, front desk pointed out the room on a map; however, the buildings are a maze of walkways and it was difficult to find the room. Once in the room, the furnishings were scratched up and worn out. Bedside lamps had electrical issues. Coffee maker didn’t work. Tried to reset the outlet and the lights over the sink went out. Sinks did not have any kind of drain stopper. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable.

Very nice greeting from staff at front desk, quiet environment and near the PRUNE YARD for meals

After checking in went to the room #141 it wasn’t clean moved to another room #151it wasn’t cleaned moved again to another room #135 it was clean. Issue was with the cleaning department said these rooms were clean when they were not. Need to check on your cleaning crew for sure. Very inconvenient to have to move rooms so many times. It’s ridiculous!!

We stayed here for a night for business, the hotel is really old, our doors were impossible to open and close. The staff is really nice though.

Just a one-nighter because of better price than my favorite local spot. I left early so did not have breakfast. It has a true motel feel, guessing noise might be a problem on other than week night. An outside light pierced louvered, wooden blinds - a curtain would have been better.

Lobby offered Lap tops with WiFi….. breakfast offered as well…. Well groomed property

This hotel is so run down and smells of too much fake sent to try and cover up the moldy carpet and old air conditioners smell. Half the light bulbs were out in the room but doesn’t matter because the cheap Kmart lighting is also hideous. There are unsightly worn out issues everywhere. Inside and out. Needs a major renovation to put it mildly. Was going to take a bunch of pictures but just decided to never ever return. An absolute dump.

Nice rooms and great price but a hassle to get in and out of property.

The courtyard was beautiful but I noticed many many of your plants, flowers and trees requiring gardening care. To keep them beautiful they require daily gardening care. Thank you, we come from a state where there are no plants and flowers as beautiful as these. Rosa A. Mendez

It’s basic and clean and comfortable. I often stay here on work trips because of its convenient location to downtown Campbell.

We enjoyed the pool to ourselves on a hot afternoon. We walked to Pruneyard for a great evening of trivia, beer and food. So much to enjoy so close by. The staff was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The price was great. The breakfast was much bigger than expected. Overall very happy with our stay.

The hotel was conveniently close by as we need to be out of the house for redoing our wood floors. The room was clean and adequate but the outside stairs and walk ways needed extra cleaning from paper trash and cigarette butts. Close to downtown Campbell with tons of eateries and things to do.

The staff was welcoming upon our arrival. The room was clean, but the hotel is outdated. There were little inperfections due to the age of the hotel. That being said, the room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Overall, I would reccomend.

Furniture was old. No plugs by the bed for phones.

I had a four day business trip and I stayed at the Campbell Inn, for the first comment it's in prime location, 2 bocks to down town Campbell; light rail, resturants, bars, shopping, close to Hiwy 17. The inn is located on a nice running trail and lots of parking. But the main thing for me was clean room and a work space , and the most friendly staff imaginable. The only item that feel short was their breakfast and my room needed some updated carpet. For the price in Silicone Valley you can't beat it.

Absolutely great stay and clean feeling as well, Our only complaint is they have a huge breakfast included and we all feel 5 pounds heavier lol not a complaint just a huge bonus for a family or even a single person omg and the coffee was an extra bonus on top of an awesome breakfast you get decent coffee in the room with ceramic mugs not fake cups and they give you great coffee with breakfast.I can go on and on it seems oh and ice machine also have two glass cups for your room and such great little bonuses👊😁🙏🇺🇸😎

A blast from the past! No USB ports. No accessible electrical wall sockets near bed for charging electronics. (Sockets are behind unmovable furniture.) 1 socket in service area adjacent desk that works w/ a charger and 14"+ cable & it also electrifies coffee maker. Refrig had to be turned off due to fact that it would not turn off.
Breakfast: standard & basic (plastic forks, paper plates & cups) and open 7 to 9 AM.
Facility impeccably clean & well maintained. Entrance to venue immediate off ramp. Friendly staff personnel. Thank you.

I like it here. It's quiet. There is a walking trail outside my door that allows me to exercise each morning. Although the freeway is next door, there are no windows or doors facing it and that makes it for a nice, serene spot. I'll return next week because I liked it so much.

Full disclosure, my father was the General Contractor that built this place back in the mid-80's, so I had a deep connection with it.
From the outside it still looks ok (if you don't look too closely!), but the rooms themselves are really sad.
It was the first hotel in Campbell at the time and it used to be pretty swanky, top of the line EVERYTHING. Now? Its a shadow of it's former self.
My biggest concern was upon check in, I was given a key and went to the room - when I opened the door it was instantly obvious that I had been given a key to an occupied room! Thank goodness nobody was in there, but there was luggage and a cooler and clothes strewn all about. I backed out and immediately went back to the desk, told them what happened and the desk clerk was very nonchalant about it "oh, my system says it's unoccupied and clean"... I got a new room, then discovered how shabby everything was, the AC unit sounded like a jet taking off, and it was impossible to get "comfortable" after the whole "occupied room" incident... Frankly, it was a big let down. I left first thing the next morning, not even bothering to check out the breakfast offerings, I just wanted out of there. I will not be going back.

Campbell Inn looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are very outdated with uncomfortable furniture, a hard bed, and paper-thin walls. The room smelled very strongly of a Pine-Sol type of cleaner when we arrived. We could hardly sleep due to the noisy neighbors with the TV on loud until at least 2:00 AM. Breakfast was pretty good, and on par with most facilities at that price point.
The location is decent, with pretty easy access to 17/880, Old Town Campbell, and the Pruneyard. We should have opted for the Marriott Towne Suites across the street.

Dated rooms, but clean.

I like that the property is located right off the Los Gatos Creek Trail where I was able to go for a daily walk. It's also very close to downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard, both places for shopping and dining with multiple very good options. The only downside is that it is right next to the freeway. Fortunately, the rooms are faced in and away from the freeway, and there weren't any windows on the freeway side of the building. Overall, a very good place to stay. I'm going back next week!

I was very lucky to find this hidden gem next to Historic Campbell. The service is great, and they even provide breakfast.

A lovely inn with a friendly and helpful staff.

The whole reason for the booking of this room was for the hot tub bathtub instead I ended up in a room with an over size shower some of the lights didn't work the fridge didn't work and the heater in the bathroom also didn't work plus it was a $150.00 deposit not $100.00

The guy at the front desk was rude when complained he told me next time i should not book wit a 3rd party...evey thing advertised the room did not have ibpayed dor a DELUX KING room and got a standard king size room

The beds are very comfortable. The area is quiet. My only complaint is that the furniture and rooms themselves are quite dated.
