We were traveling for a school event and needed to chaperone a dozen teenagers. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure each kids room had an adult chaperone next-door and that we were all on the same side of the hotel. It made it more fun and a lot less stressful. Beautiful clean rooms. We stay here every year.

We have always liked 3 Palms. But since the updates to the rooms, 3Palms has become our preferred hotel when we come to Tucson.

Very nice hotel! Quiet, very comfortable bed, nice living area and kitchen. Nice property.

Nicely appointed room although missing towel hooks/bars for storage..just one..and sadly strong…STRONG smell of animal urine made it difficult to enjoy the room…

Front desk very friendly. Very accommodating with extended stays and changes and schedules. Rooms are always very clean and sheets are amazingly soft.

We paid extra for a room with a pool view. We were in room 213, which was a suite on a far corner of the pool. From the bedroom we could see the putting green, a roof and a large column. From the living room we could see a small corner of the pool. Not a huge issue, except we paid more for this room with the main reason being I didn't want to hear road noise. Instead, I was awake at 6am each morning, because that's when the traffic really started, including garbage trucks. I just wanted a refund on the extra we paid for the "view", the front desk staff, while polite, was unable to help me because the manager wasn't in. Offered to move us initially, but then said they couldn't because they were full unless we wanted to switch rooms mid-stay. I checked in two additional times, no manager and finally at check out was told to email the general manager. Room was ok, beds were ok, no daily housekeeping, because no one told us at check in that we had to put the hanger on the door. All in all, just an ok stay.

Our room was recently remodeled. Everything new. Great shower. Very small room (king). Not quiet, easy to hear other guests clomping along walkways. In room A/C very loud. Front desk okay but only one employee. Were warned that room card/key "might erase", so keep away from our phones, car fob, etc...we did, yet it didn't work after one use. I'd say get a different system if you have to warn guests about inevitable failure.

The Three Palms exceeded my expectations, given its low price and its location in a relatively safe and prosperous neighborhood. My room was clean, safe, and quiet, perfect for a good night's rest after a long day of work. Safeway, Fry's, and Whole Foods were close by, as are several good restaurants. I will likely stay there again as I travel occasionally to the area.

Our stay was very nice. I was a little worried when I saw remodeling going on in the rooms next door. To my surprise, we didn’t hear them at all. I was impressed at the price and the comfort we received.

Hotel is filthy and clearly poorly run. There are multiple employees hanging out in the lobby and vaping, and when someone finally did give us our key, there was someone already in our room. Ridiculous! The next room we got was filthy. We ended up not staying and booking a Holliday Inn instead. Cannot recommend staying far enough away from here.

Irene, who works the evening shift at the reception desk, has the biggest smile and knows her "stuff"! Elijah, too. They are the perfect pair for a very busy time with check-ins. Thanks, you two!!

The 3 Palms Tucson, is incredible! They have the best staff. Everyone in the front office, the maintenance crew, and of course housekeeping! Thanks, Rosa and your team with a special thank you to Cynthia who was always attentive to my needs!

I thought the Mattress was a bit stiff and the bed Scooped every time I turned around. The floors I think needed to be mopped because when I got into the shower and that night my feet were just filthy so maybe they could do that a little bit better

We stayed just one night. All was good, the room could use an upgrade

This is a solid 2-3 star option. It's reasonably clean & updated for a $50-$70/night property, and it's very close to Oro Valley. The pool is heated, the workout room is good, the coffee is really good in the lobby. You have to ask if you want a reasonable amount of linens & towels, but the front desk is very nice & accomodating. Ask for a room without carpet & facing the pool.

Decent place at a decent price.

The experience started with an extremely nice man at check in, I think his name was Joe? We felt so welcomed and our pleasure continued in our extremely clean suite, which had comfy beds, fresh decor and all the amenities you need. The bathroom was a little bit cozy for two sisters traveling together and getting ready, but doable and the fact that everything was so clean more than made up for it. We will definitely stay again!

Great room. The lack of breakfast was greatly overshadowed by the amazing room and having a pet friendly place for our two animals.

We were there for A of U parents weekend. It was about 20 mins away from the campus. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable for two. Bathroom is a little tight even for 1. Grounds were clean and staff very friendly.
