Check in was quick and easy. Loved how nice the worker was. The room I got this time was perfect because it was downstairs.

The attendant was very friendly and nice, however it was just one of the rooms we had, the cooler/ac did not work so the room was warm

Needed someplace to shower and rest before getting back on the road stayed less than 24 hours. While on the road I didn’t want any room $70 or more for less than 24 hour stays. Had a double bed room, decent space, tv, microwave, refrigerator, sitting area with table and 2 chairs, & dressing area. I would recommend bringing your own blanket and towels if you’re particular though the hotel provided. The check in manager was very kind and friendly. Once checked in he helped take our luggage to our room. The other customers where nice however I didn’t see any coffee or breakfast provided I thought I saw that on the advertisement. I slept good and enjoyed several hot showers.

The price was right for our stay. The location was perfect. The motel was clean and very quiet. It is an older motel and could use some tlc but it definitely fit the bill for us.

Property is run down. Staff are not dress to impress. Iron damaged my shirt and needs to be replaced. No breakfast/coffee at 7 am. Property lights is dim and needs bulb replacements. Train goes by every hour and is loud. You get what you pay. Overall, needs a major TLC.

We were driving from Michigan to Arizona, long drive! After 20hrs of driving we booked this room, went to check in and there was nobody working there! A phone was left on the counter, dialed 0 it just rang the attendant never answered! Called the other number for customer service it happened to be a co-worker at the super 8 down the street, they sent us there to get a room…. The lady was rude, and looked like I just woke her up! The hotel itself was a old, dirty, and definitely not worth what they are charging per room! I will never stay or even think about booking with this company again! I should have just slept in my truck!

The room was OK. The facility itself needs a lot of updating. The clerk was good, attentive, and responsive. Everything in the room worked. If you want an inexpensive room for the night it was OK!

There was no one at the reception desk when we arrived. He had gone out to run errands. The room was very dark. Only 2 bulbs burning over the bathroom sink. Old carpeting. Price was cheap though.

Doorlock was busted. Could see through the crack in the door. Drywall patches unpainted, red stuff (blood from people shooting up) on the ceiling above the bed. Ac unit one temp and loud. Owner was rude to everyone he dealt with while i was there. Then when Expedia called him about my over charge, he said he had to ask his manager! They are liars and know how to play expedia to their advantage. I got charged $20 extra for using Expedia with no refund. Butt they told expedia that it was for towel deposit. Not cool.

Staff at reception was nice but the room had clear signs of water damage. Also the hotel in general was not in great condition. It was a cheap stay but won’t be going back.

Overall this was a really nice stay considering the price point. The only thing that could have been better is the carpet needed a good cleaning and there was no breakfast or coffee. This definitely wasn’t a deal breaker as everything else was good! I would definitely stay here again!

The property badly needs a facelift. The shower area was moldy. Barking dog at 6:30am.
The indoor pool was not opened as advertised because it looked like a swamp pond that appeared not be open in the future.The staff lady was polite and helpful

Absolutely no amenities in the bathroom. No shampoo, no conditional, and not even any soap. Absolutely a garbage hotel.

They advertised a pool. It was green. The front desk had to be called by a phone and acted like we were interrupting him. When the key wouldn't work, he just told us on the phone it was our fault because it "can't be too fast or too slow" and let us figure out that on our own. I am not sure how he has a job. Even if the room would have been perfect, I would never stay there again because of his attitude.
However, the rooms were far from perfect. The room had mop boards broken & bent back. No caulk around tub and shower. The chair and carpet were stained, and I wasn't sure of the cleaning. The grill on the heater looked like it had grit all over it. The refrigerator had a leg missing. The one light was unplugged. If it hadn't been so late and I was so exhausted, I would have checked out as soon as I checked in. We left at 4:30 a.m. because I couldn't rest.
We chose this through your website because it had such a high rating of satisfaction. Wow, was that a lie!!! I hope Hotels.com does some investigating into their ratings. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It shouldn't even be a choice for your guests!

The owner was so kind & helpful to me. I was traveling cross country & so exhausted from driving all night. He allowed me to check in when they opened in the morning @ 7am instead of waiting until 3pm for reg check in time (Note: The lobby is closed for check-in between 11pm & 7am) & then let me pay the extra $10/hr after 11am checkout time to sleep longer till 3:00 but when I decided I needed more rest before hitting the road again he only charged me for the difference between the $10/hr of $40 @ 3pm to the full nightly rate instead of charging the whole amt of both. It's not your fancy or regular chain hotel but if you want someone who treats you kindly & works w/ your needs I definitely recommend Thank you so much Lori

When i got there at 6 pm,no one was there to check us in. I had to leave to another hotel cross the street to keep myself warm.

I wanted a good place to sleep after a long day of driving. I was able to get it. No problems, just basic service which is all I needed.
