Check out was 11, at 10:15 we were told to leave so they could get the room cleaned, staff was impolite at minimum

The photos on line look great, don't be fooled.

Overall, I got what I expected from a budget hotel. A few things in disrepair, but nothing of a functional nature. The water in the shower would go from really hot to really cold and back again. That's about the only big issue I had. If you're there just to have a comfy bed to sleep in with a continental breakfast to start your day, then it's good for that.

Hospitality was good, operators were pleasant, but cleanliness was an issue throughout. No grab bars around tub so my 80+yo mom couldn't use the tub.

I would say i got what i paid for but it was made worse for a couple different reasons. Nothing seemed to be thoroughly cleaned at all. The toilet has debris on the back and sides, the floors were fine until you looked in the corners or edges. The couch had some weird white particulate on it. The pillows had obvious sweat and blood stains. The bathroom didn't have a sink in it, it was out in the main room, and the door knobs were certainly not clean given that only dirty hands would be touching it from the inside. And at about 2am for a half an hour there were inexplicable loud bangs coming from below that sounded like how police knock loudly on a door, but it just kept happening, keeping us awake. We barely slept. I went every be staying here again.

Check in for 1 night stay. Given a room at the very end of the place. Room had a musty damp feel and smell, like it had not been opened for a long time. The room and bath were clean. I turned the heat on in the room to try to get the dampness out and vent the air, it worked. Fridge was good sized. TV worked. Bed was fairly comfortable. Plenty of pillows (4). Ok for one or 2 nights but I would not spend a week here.

Was quit and comfy-stain on chair-but looked like a coke drink. I can see how that happened cause there isn’t a side table on that side-the front desk guy was AWESOME to us matching pricing and being accommodating. Room-everything seemed clean and things. There is a air freshener up front that was a bit earthy and incensed for ma but other than that

Dirty! That’s all I can say. When I first checked in, the room they gave me had a leak. When I told the front desk about it, they mentioned something about a shower and asked my if it was that bad? Then I. The second room they gave me as I’m about to go in and all I see is a roach above the door not only that but there was brown stains in the shower and a burnt spot on the toilet. Thank God I only booked for a night! And then during breakfast the lady that worked breakfast when asked for help with waffle maker, only told me “dint burn my fork!” And then walked away…. I will never again stay at this la casa inn which by the way is a quality inn just dressed up with a different name! And the whole place reeked of cigarettes and various other smells. SMH NEVER AGAIN!!!

Rooms had a funny smell, first room i got was overwhelming, so i asked to switch. Second room had a smell but not nearly as bad. Noticed a couple cockroaches on my last night of 4 nights ON MY PILLOWS coming from the back of the bed. switched to the other bed and barely slept, checked out as early as possible.

Property is under renovation. The lobby was nice and lots of light. Check in desk was staffed 24/7 and friendly. We felt safe and it was very easy to ask questions. Our room did have an old cigarette smell to it and the lighting in the room wasn't very adequate. I would give it time for the renovations to be finished and then look at staying again.
3.4
Kind staff and easy access. Rooms were clean and big! Highly recommend!

The room smelled like 1,000 pounds of Fabreeze trying to cover up cigarette smoke. I suppose I could have asked for another room, but I assumed the whole place smelled like that. The staff was all pleasant and efficient. Just beware if you are sensitive to smells. Your clothes will smell like hotel afterwards.

The stay was cheap but hotel is run down We came because of the pool and the proximity to Massasoit state park The pool was cold and the room was also run down. Good value. Staff were really friendly at reception and the cleaners were very friendly

Hotel feels like it was abandoned by a chain hotel and someone has tried to make it work as their own but don’t have the money to renovate. Holes in walls, loose fixtures (doorknobs, towel bars), sheets smelled like smoke.

Not clean

The 1st night I stayed upon entering the room I noticed that the rack in the bathroom was broken and on the floor I called the front desk and they were kind enough to ask if I wanted to change room which I politely declined. The second night I had to booked another visit and the new room I was given the lights didn’t work I had to use my flashlight as the only light that worked was the bathroom light. Overall it needs some work done but I’m ok with the stay. Breakfast was good

I hate to leave bad reviews and I don't remember the last time I even wrote one. This place smelled horrible and was dirty. Not even a little, but like there was nothing that could've done to make it better. Let me say that it cost too much for what this place is and it would have been better to sleep in a car. The breakfast was good though and the staff were all super friendly. I should mention we did not check out the pool, but it looked nice.

Overall the stay was adequate for qhat i needed 1 night business trip. The young girl at the desk had no personality. Did not even great you she waited for you to speak. Breakfast ws very minimal but i guess you get what youbpay for.

First floor. Very large room w/ king bed. Breakfast at 8:15am was average. Pancakes, toast, cereal but no eggs (hard boiled). Ideal location near highway. Price also very good.

Our first room was outright nasty: moldy smell, stains on the upholstered chair, hooks on the bathroom door ripped off, dirty carpet. After we complained they moved us to a different room that was less run down. If you stay, ask for a renovated room!
3.4
They say the hotel is under renovation, which I hope is true. It was surprising how many broken, dirty, rusted, and missing items we found in our room.
3.4
Overall disappointed but I guess you get what you pat for. I wont be staying here again.
3.4
The staff is very nice and it’s very cleanly
3.4
We actually could not stay and asked for a refund. The room was dank and damp, the furniture was stained and moldy. The owners need to totally renovate this hotel from top to bottom.
3.4
Dirty furniture, couch had huge dirty stains
3.4
Out dated old damaged furniture and beds and rooms had old in used musty smell I won’t use it again
3.4
The facility is renovating but still they booked us to a room beside a construction or remodeling room where trash and paint all over the hallway. The linen/sheets are not even new or cleaned, hair and stain still visible under when you check. Good thing I brought our own fitted sheet and top cover to use and throw theirs on the smelly carpet. They need to upgrade their facility or at least make sure it’s clean or fully renovated before they open it up for booking.
3.4
Room was old and worn. Broken pulls on the drawers and rusty fixtures in bathroom. No coffee in lobby or water. Your listing said full buffet breakfast. They no longer provide that service and it was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. It was disappointing.
3.4
A section of the hotel was being used to house migrants.
Breakfast service was greatly reduced.
3.4
Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean and safe. The work out room is filled with storage (so there currently wasn't a work out room).

I booked this hotel thru Expedia but after trying to check in to the hotel I was told they were full and didn’t have my reservation even though I had a confirmation from Expedia. The lady at the desk apologized and contacted the owner where they quickly booked us at there other hotel just minutes away. They really took care of us. They went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care. Wonderful customer service from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was great except not having the Continental breakfast anymore because of the refugees. We should have been given a better option than just an apple.

The smell of the place and rooms wasn't pleasent.. the review is being done at 4:50am because My wife and I had a horrible night. At 2:00 am we had drunks laughing and talking loudly in the hallway, and to make matters worse, one of them nocked at my door by mistake, almost bringing the door down. And last and not least, at 4:00am someone decided to go to his car parked below my room and turn the radio on to listen to muisic while smoke his cigarrets. Called front desk but nothing changed. NEVER AGAIN.
3.4
I liked the location, it was close to the highway and where we needed to go. Breakfast was good. The room could have used updating. The mattress cover was dirty and was zippered inside out making it impossible to check for bedbugs.
3.4
Room had a musty smell to it and there was mold in the windows. Carpet has a damp feel to it. Breakfast had an extremely limited selection. On a positive note there was room service every day which I didn’t expect.
3.4
The property could use some updates. The room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Enough towels that you needed. As I read some reviews from others after I booked the room I was a bit nervous, as some were thumbs down and very critical... But all in all it was a good experience. The young lady at the front desk was very professional, but very sweet and helpful.
3.4
Lack of restaurants within walking distance was a thumbs down. But not why I booked it - just needed a place to stay.
3.4
Pool area was absolutely disgusting, I’m talking black mildew in every corner and the chairs are supposed to be white but they too, are grey/black with mildew. Our room, window sills were filthy, the trim falling off as well. Bathroom was ok, VERY outdated, double beds and 1 minuscule bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The “complimentary “ breakfast was ok, but at every turn was a sign, “ leave enough for other people “ or “ don’t leave a mess on the counter “ legit, super tacky and honestly kind of trashy to have that. The woman at check in could barely be bothered to greet me, they change the wifi password every 12 hours, then the phone in the room doesn’t work to even call and get the new one, nor anything else for that matter. Police were there every day, I mean EVERY day, we stayed for 3 night 4 days, saw them come multiple times on Saturday. Will NEVER go back.

All kinds of shady people in and hanging around hotel

great pictures of the pool area by expedia but unfortunately completely scruffy. Whole hotel run down. extremely terrible.
