I had a one-night stay in the jacuzzi suite, and while the water heater was not functioning properly, I was impressed by the hotel’s response. After discussing my concerns with Raj at checkout, he assured me he would speak to his manager about the issue. To my surprise, he followed up with a call later and offered me a complimentary night for the inconvenience—something I didn’t expect as I booked through a third-party site. Despite the initial disappointment, I truly appreciate Raj’s effort to make things right.

The first thing we saw was an inebriated woman bleeding from the mouth. Yes, that cant be controlled but definitely scared my i year old. The floor was caving in on both sides of the air conditioner. Had a funky smell. Just not a pleasant experience. Will not be returned

My stay was terrible I went to breakfast and came back my shift was gone and the manager was so rude she hung up on me and the housekeeper already went in the room when I went to breakfast.

Let's start with the good. I had a late check-in, so didn't get there until 1230pm. The service was very good. Front desk clerk was very proficient, friendly, and explained everything perfectly. Now the bad. First thing that happened was when i opened the door & turned on the light a few bugs went running behind the tv stand. And there were a few more in the bathroom when i went in there. Nit sure what they were, but bugs are not acceptable. Probably wont give this chain another try - back to overpriced Holiday Inn for me.

Getting to the hotel was unorthodox, going through the nearby mall parking lot to reach the hotel, not necessarily their fault but it's just a lot of winding turns to reach it from the interstate exit. Television connection wasn't stable due to the bandwidth of the hotel. Shower head wasn't present in the shower, I addressed the issue to the staff at the end of the stay though I have no idea if the problem has been solved, much like the closed pool which was murky.

Customer service is not very friendly front desk agents do not listen when you're talking they just try to shoot you away for they have very smart remarks to your comments or making conversation. When you try to correct them they don't feel wrong even when they find out they wrong they still don't apologize not all of them but majority of them are rude

Wouldn’t recommend staying at this run down property. They do ask for a $200 cleaning/smoking deposit that Expedia does not mention. Seemed like they did try to update property. but it’s all half ass work. WiFi did not work. Also the tv image wasn’t great also.

The room was semi-clean but I flipped the mattress to see if it was dirty underneath. Sure enough the mattress was filthy underneath and possibly bed bugs at one point of time. The overall hotel was dirty and had nasty people actually living there like pack rats.

They had roaches the blankets had blood on them the restroom was dirty the breakfast was nasty the cereal was old they dont have milk for the cereal. Definitely need to clean the room better.

Overall a decent place to stay for the price. The staff were hardworking and very nice. The rooms were clean and the facilities, overall, were clean and functional (just old and dated). It is within the walking distance to the mall and nearby food places, however, the road you’d have to walk on does not seem safe (no side walk, many turns with blind spots for cars). The shuttle for the airport is not 24 hrs. Confirm with front desk about availability ahead of time.

Baymont Wyndom in Peoria is a great hotel for this price range. Free shuttle to PIA each way. Attentive staff. Decent breakfast including the Waffle-making machine. The only issue: a former guest must have blasted the volume and damaged the cable TV monitor, so it sounded like a drive-in movie speaker, but the maintenance guy, Scott, PROMPTLY replaced it with a larger, 4k monitor. The family, Ravi and his wife (?), were friendly and helpful. The pool was not crowded or sketchy as a few reviews claimed. In fact, everything about my stay was pleasant, and I plan to return there when I'm visiting friends in Peoria again! (This was my 3rd stay here, btw.)

Our room had bedbugs and a terrible odor. We quietly went to the front desk to tell them. They apologized and moved us. That room smelled a bit better but the door was too hard for me to open and close. Thank goodness my husband was with me. The shower didn’t drain. The tub was still full in the morning so I stuck my hand in the water and wiggled the drain stopper up and down, that did the trick. Our room was mostly clean. They need to pay attention to where the walls meet the floor and around the nightstand. Since our door was broken, we couldn’t use the deadbolt. The hallway was super dirty, the doors look like they were bought at different places, they didn’t all match each other. Our stay was quiet, I never felt unsafe albeit a little leery we couldn’t deadbolt the door. The staff was super sweet and wanted to refund our stay but, since we booked through a third party, they couldn’t. We didn’t try the breakfast nor the pool.

I booked the wrong hotel in the wrong city. It was suppose to be Peoria Arizona. I tried to call this hotel and cancel at least the last two nights since the first night couldn’t be refunded and no one answered of the 3x I called. I received an email today after 3 days of waiting and was told I would not be refunded at all. I’m going to stay away from Wyndham.

The rooms were nasty and dirt all over the floor! Gum on the coffee pot! Spilled old coffee, finger prints on mirrors! Huge full dumpster of trash right outside the window next to the pool! Pictures are a joke not like that in person! Also wouldnt give us a towel to shower with!!!!! Said we needed to wait till 8am!! Will not stay again!!

The person at the front desk seemed to racially profile me they had occupants at the pool BLASTING a speaker but he brings it upon himself to call my phone and tell me they don’t allow parties (we didn’t have music playing didn’t even have tv on!) He saw decorations in my window and just automatically assumed there would be a problem. There’s a 2 hour limit on the pool the people blasting music stayed out past the time limit so we didn’t even get to utilize the pool which was the ONLY reason I even booked the room. The rooms were barely clean. The bedding looked dirty, just overall bad experience. The person at the front desk fails to give me an extra key. I go and ask for an additional key and still “threatens” me with the you “can’t be loud speech” all while the other guests were still at the pool blasting their music. Will not recommend and will never come here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Upon checking out the elevator was out of service. We had to walk down two flights is stairs from second floor. One of the workers there walked us to the stairs but didn’t offer to help with all our bags. Breakfast was ok. The only complaint was the elevator being out of service.

We got stuck in traffic on the interstate in Kentucky b4 arriving. Our plan was to arrive by midnight but once moving it was to be after 2am. I called the number on the confirmation but no one answered. We needed to be in minneapolis so was forced to take another route thru st Louis. Cancellation with refund per fine print was not available because traffic problem was the 29th not by 6pm on 28th... basically we could not cancel or stay at the hotel so we got screwed.

Management needs to make sure people are not smoking inside rooms. And people sitting in their cars parked all hours of the night partying and smoking. Obnoxious younger crowds with no respect of others. They need to be more way more strict on this. Housekeeeping was good. Staff were polite. Parking is good. Definitely needs upgraded rooms and property. Good for the price other than what is mentioned above.
