At first I was worried about my stay. The first night I did not get very much sleep due to a large metal banging waking me up several times over the night. Then the next morning I had to use a scalding hot shower as I could not get the temperature to work. And I still had five more nights for my stay!
My the desk staff were great when I brought the issues up and they moved me to a new room ASAP. I couldn't have appreciated it more.
The hotel was clean and well cared for. The continental breakfast does not have many options, but there is a Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds right next door.

Close to Turningstone for concert we were attending. Staff were very pleasant and very efficient, got there just as a busload of people was getting checked in and they did a fantastic job getting everyone processed!

Great stay…. Clean and comfy. Good value for the money paid. Will return. Douglas the Manager is top notch. Fridge and microwave are a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby daily and a lite breaky. Only thing I would suggest if it matters to you….. if the perfect pillow is a thing, bring your own. They are not terrible….. but next time I will bring my form one 😁

I liked the fact that the water in the shower and sink was hot instantly and the flow was strong. The bed was very comfortable.

Friendly staff, breakfast was minimal. Parking lot was small. My room was around the back of the hotel. Very secluded kind of scary. Detached from the rest of the hotel. There were lights so it wasn’t completely dark. However, the trashcan was full and overflowing. There was an empty box sitting by the wall. Property unkept, not much landscaping. Room dirty, gnats in the room dead and alive. The carpet had stains as well as the walls. The inside window sill had dead bugs. For breakfast I had to drive back around to the front.
Had a nice sink area. Great TV. Comfortable bed. Since it was so late I had no choice but to stay there. Glad I had my Lysol wipes with me. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was adequate but quite small. Breakfast might as well been non-existent;
Coffee, bread and small packaged rolls, one flavor of economy yogurt, and two types of sugar heavy cereal.
3.5
The hotel was convenient for our needs. The room was clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Good, enjoyed it

The staff was super helpful when a problem arrived with my booking. I will be staying there again!

The hotel itself wasnt too bad but you definitely get what you pay for. If you are disabled and require a wheelchair call them before you make reservation. They do NOT have an elevator. We were able to get a room at the top of the steps after asking to be moved from the upstairs opposite end of the building and steps. The TV's are not smart TV's and ours was very hard to see. The beds were comfy and we were asked by housekeeping if we needed extra towels or linen which was nice. Overall it wasnt too bad just make sure you request ground level if you have mobility issues. We were traveling with a disabled person and luckily were able to carry them up and down the steps it was just a bit much afer a long drive.

I will not stay there no more the shower was not working properly very hot couldn't adjust no pressure to the water, very noisy from a back exit door slamming all night, people in the hall. The staff.
Was very nice and the room was clean. I expect to have some form of quiet and and working bathroom shower.

Sound. I heard everything. Coughing. Throat clearing. Moving chairs or who know what. And the breakfast was slim pickings. The best thing that Duncan Donuts was next door for a decent breakfast. To pay over $100 for a room and have such poor accommodations is awful.

The website showed a nice clean updated hotel- this was not that- dirty and run down- the cost -$275 was insane - will never stay again

This hotel is no frills. Rooms are small and somewhat outdated but bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We were going to a concert at the Turning Stone and it is relatively close. Price was good. Didn't eat the continental breakfast.
3.5
Staff was nice and very accommodating for our pets. Was disappointed by the continental breakfast and the hallway where our room was smelled kind of like marijuana. The room felt warm even though the air conditioner was set to 65 degrees. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool on premises
3.5
The room and bed were clean the sheets nice and clean also, that was important for us we used it for just to go to sleep.breakfast very poor but you can’t expect more for that price.
3.5
The service door to the outside didn’t lock. Pool was cold. Check in clerk completely had no idea about the area, beaches, dining, ect. Wish we would have stayed further up the coast. Next time will spend the extra for location and a better room.
3.5
It was ok

No elevator. Did not know when booked. Husband has mobility issues and they had no 1st floor rooms so he had to do stairs. Dirty and dated. ‘Breakfast’ consisted of pre packed items.
3.5
Offered breakfast not much to choose from and saw no napkins anywhere
3.5
2nd floor area above my room was noisy. A/C unit had installation cracks in wall, shower water controls were inefficient/leaked, breakfast "treats " were lousy (Oranges were dry)
3.5
A little outdated for the price we paid but all in all it served its purpose. We only needed a place to sleep for one night.
3.5
We've stayed here a few times. Affordable and the staff is always pleasant.
3.5
The staff were very personable and efficient. The room was good, with a couple of small cosmetic issues, but since I had my two cats with me, I wasn’t terribly bothered by that. The desk attendant who checked me in very kindly put me on the first floor near the door so I wouldn’t have to carry my behemoth cats very far. Some noise did filter through from the hallway and upstairs. Bed was comfortable and the Dunkin’ basically in the parking lot was super convenient. I would definitely stay again.
3.5
Very close to highway
3.5
Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Had no issues.

I don’t understand the lower ratings on this property. It’s a very average hotel. Wouldn’t really say anything about it was horrible. Not sketchy at all. No weird smells, the bed wasn’t awful, no bugs. The absolutely ONLY “complaint” I have, is I wish the AC would’ve been on before we arrived. It was very very hot in the room when we checked in, but the AC cooled it down eventually. Would definitely stay here again!
3.5
very noisy, ac made a racket and could hear footsteps, loud voices and slammng doors inside and out... bad sleep even with my own white noise app. staff was great!
3.5
Stayed 2 nights came back after first night to a bed not made up and dirty towels. I didn't expect the bed sheets to be changed but I did expect my bed to be made and the garbage to be removed. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels.
3.5
The complimentary breakfast was well organized
3.5
The beds were uncomfortable. The furniture was cheap. The bed made a strange metallic clanging noise whenever you moved in it. Very weird. Pillows were small and too puffy.
3.5
The rooms have been updated and were clean. It was comfortable and quiet except for the last night there were people upstairs and we could hear them walking around.
Overall a decent clean place to stay at a reasonable price.
3.5
Convenient to Uber to Turning Stone Casino for a concert. Good for a one-night stay on a girls' trip. Property is dated and the breakfast options are very limited. The front desk staff member was AWESOME - friendly and very helpful! AND there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door!!
3.5
Friendly staff. Easy check in/ Check out.
Air conditioning did not work. Room smelled like old cigarettes (we are non smokers)
Our friends room smelled like dirty mop water. Rug, walls, tiles were ripped & just in bad shape.
Breakfast was very lacking with broken machines.
Only bright side was very friendly staff & we only had to stay one night.
3.5
Room and bathroom very dated. Terrible pillows. Bed was comfy.
3.5
Beddings were stained, bathroom toilet was dirty. We were near the front desk, so it was noisy.
Door to room didn’t seal correctly and let in a lot of noise and looked like it had been jimmed a couple of times.
Staff were very polite .
3.5
Our room had an unpleasant odor.
3.5
Not the best ive stayed at. Not the worst either
3.5
Basic, older motel; some things need repair but clean where it counts and comfortable for on the road, one night stay.
3.5
Clean and quiet
