Musty, cigarette burns on the bedding. Tiny rough towels. Broken AC unit on the neighboring suite was shaking the wall all night. They fixed it the next day but admitted there had been other complaints about it. They only fixed it to try to get me not to cancel. I think our cat got fleas from the room. It wasn't super gross dirty but not well maintained.

Need to be more quieter, rooms need to be more cleaner and renovated, pest control for roaches, doors and walls and chairs holes, ...curtains and shower curtains need to be more cleaner..

I mean, it was ok. The manager keeps their family at hotel and I have a service animal and I felt like every day someone said I can’t have a dog without a pet fee. Had to show them my card and they just watched me the whole time. It was really uncomfortable.

Woman at front desk a little rude, not helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Checkout is 11, my door was opened by a staff member at 10. Otherwise, good stay.

Decent place for the price, nothing fancy. But i accidentally selected a smoking room which I would have had to pay a $70 fee to change rooms but the front desk person noticed how upset I was and exhausted I was and changed me for free so I wasn’t uncomfortable and i appreciate that more than she will ever know! Thank you. If you’re in the area for a quick trip like I was I recommend checking in here.

Room was non smoking, but had a strong smell of Tobacco all over the room as in the sheets. Burn holes from cigarettes i flooring and bedlinen. Arrogant reception, so gave up complaining for one night

Front desk was friendly and helpful upon walking in. We stayed in a non smoking room but upon opening door I was hit with a cigarette smoke smell. My mom didnt want the hassle of changing rooms so the front desk clerk readily had an air freshener and sprayed the room and after that the smell was neutralized. Our stay was good I would stay here again.

This is an older hotel. Pretty quiet. My daughter did wake up at around one am with welts on her that werent there earlier. Dont know what caused this.They did change linens when we requested. Very accommodating.

Smoke of marijuana. noisy neighbors, wild kids, family arguing yelling, kids loud talking, running, stomping , clutter on porches, inconsiderate, top many ppl inside one motel inviting their family and friends. No parking spaces .

It was okay, the bed and all the furniture were clean. All though the carpet and the walls were not so clean. It could be better! Still, we slept well. I would go again because it was really really cheap and no much hotel in covington!

It was decent, but the walls were dirty, and there was a smell that never went away, probably came from the ac unit, but what can you expect from a Super 8. Overall it was decent and I certainly appreciated the free coffee and yogurt every morning as I headed to work.

Gross!! First night we did not have a shower curtain in our room. Then housekeeping came while we were out and gave us one. It was stained! Plus there were what we thought were boogers on the walls of the bathroom. The floor/carpet totally nasty. Needs a deep clean.

The room was great. The guy at the service desk was very rude. He was a foreigner and does not have any respect for women. He would not listen, was argumentative and just downright rude and condescending. I will not stay there again if this is going to be the way customers are spoken to.
