The lady at the front desk was super nice! The room was worn but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding newer but the carpet was frayed and the paint peeled off the bathroom door. But I will make a point to stay here again since it is very affordable for as clean as it is.

Here is the honest truth about this property. Is it the best hotel to stay at ? No. The cost of staying here was the attractive part. Now, I am sure that back in the day this hotel was nice to stay at and had all the amenities. But, this is not today. I will tell you why I would stay there again: the front desk lady was so nice, so friendly and looked out for me with my bum knee. She made sure I was on a ground floor room and a room near the pool so my grandkids and I wouldn’t walk far. The parking space was close to my room and the pool. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning up our room and made sure it was tidy for us. I paid as much as one night at the hotel next to us, for 2 nights at this hotel. We had breakfast both mornings and their offerings were cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, muffins, 2’toast options, juices, coffee and DIY waffles. That saved me from spending $60 dollars at McDonald’s or Cracker Barrel. So if you’re on a budget and need a place to stay while traveling near Pascagoula, MS, consider this one.

The room was a bit dated and wasn’t very clean. The amenities were old and dirty. The fridge was rusty around the top and bottom. The iron I couldn’t use because the rust was getting on my clothing and the ironing board cover was dirty and bleached.The exterior of the building could use a fresh coat of paint and the walk way smelled like urine. The bed was a bit itchy. The other guest were very noisy so it wasn’t a peaceful stay. The bathroom could use a new toilet seat and a good deep cleaning around the toilet and on the inside was just nasty. The staff was pleasant. I stayed gone from the room most of the time which ruined my trip of resting and just having some down time.

The room was in poor poor shape, the plastic trim around the floor was completely off in parts, the carpet felt moist, the linens were rough, the whole room looked like a tired motel. Breakfast was waffles. It was quite a terrible stay.

This hotel stands out as the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. We are very surprised. We booked through Expedia, but we are also a part of Choice Hotels group and this is a Choice Hotel. We thought that being a part of Choice Hotels guaranteed a certain quality that we could depend on, but that notion was obviously wrong! From the appalling condition of the door to the hotel room, to the dirty conditions inside the room, to the rusted towel rack and Kleenex holder, to the uncomfortable bed, to the smell of urine on the bed covering, all of this made for a very gross experience. We will have to think twice before we book with Expedia, Quality Inn, or Choice Hotels ever again.

The bed, shower and pool was clean. It had horrible smell, which is probably do to the carpet. I had to use my own febreeze to eliminate the smell. There was pee around the base of the toilet area. Needs update to the hotel. Peeling paint, carpet needs to be pulled up. Receptionist was very nice

The room was clean and had the immunities that I liked. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and good shower. It also had a pool, served a mini breakfast, and had good customer service. However, the carpets felt damp and the walls were pretty thin. It was also also very close to good a good variety of restaurants. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

The lady in reception was excellent but the property is old and needs a lot of updating. Also, the breakfast was not the normal Quality Inn Hot breakfast and the staff were not interested customer requirements.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff and all of the maintenance and cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. On our last night there was a rowdy bunch that came in but their room or rooms were at the back end of the hotel. While we were walking our dogs the two women were outside yelling and I think management went and had a talk with them because we didn’t hear them again. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Ac unit sounded like a airplane taking off every time it kicked on and off. Remote control did not work tv, refrigerator didnt work. Staircase was at the opposite end of the room. Very long walk for dark and cool weather. The first to times at the hotel was ok but this last time was horrible. Will not stay again.
