It was clean but there was no bathroom and they only provided 1 tiny lotion. Also, the pillows were very hard and there was no comforter.

My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much.

Overall, good experience at this hotel. Great location as we were attending an NFL game at Paycor stadium. Several restaurants nearby. Only hiccup was a false alarm at 2am which caused occupants to traverse down the stairwell.
Minor suggestions:
Need better seating options in rooms especially the suites.
Also, may need to complete some renovations. Our bathroom ceiling had paint chipping from the ceiling because of poor ventilation.

It was all good except for the false fire alarm at 1:45am

Great location and river view well worth cost

Went to comedy show at casino and the blink festival. Dinner at steakhouse. 10 out of 10, would do again. Thank you

Came to Cincinnati to watch the Bengals play the Ravens. Had a blast, hope to visit again soon.

This has become our “go to” spot when in Cincy. The location is great—several restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can also walk across the bridge to Covington. The room was great and it he price wasn’t bad! We like the hotel bar—the staff is awesome! We will be back!

Great stay!

Great location and great staff. Easily walkable to bars, venues, restaurants. Felt safe even walking around later at night. Bathroom was small and room had a weird layout but it was quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay for a concert at the Heritage Center! Within walking distance & hotel was clean, great bar, & great service. Would stay again.

Stayed on the 22nd floor it felt safe, great view, clean room and friendly staff. The only negative was the very weak water pressure in the shower.

The room smelled like mouse urine. The bedding was oddly prepared and not very comfortable. This is a high price to pay for a good location with average quality.

The staff was the best I’ve had in my 30 years of travel.

Stayed here for a Bengals game and it was great. Quick walk to the stadium, as well as several bars and restaurants. Did not have to drive or Uber anywhere. Wonderful hotel.

Very good staff.

In general, a good experience. Remarkably, the beds were even comfortable - a rarity these days. My only issue is that the bathroom could use a bit of a refurb...ceiling is cracking. It even still has one of the old, non-low flow toilets (though I can see why they might want to hang on to that)

Hotel itself was clean and great location for walking to baseball AND football stadiums. When you first arrive, there is no room to park and check in. You are immediately hit up for Valet Parking @ $38/day instead of telling us we could park across the street for $8/day and allowing us to check in, then park across the street. But there was no way to park at the building entrance to unload, then park across the street!

Check/in was an issue. They did not receive the reservation from Expedia. Instead of a smooth quick check-in it took over an hour and they had to create the check-in while making multiple phone calls for verifications and permissions.

The hotel was clean and updated. I found the room set up to be odd. It was really cramped and the bedding definitely wasn't the best Quality.

Check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great to stroll to a baseball game. Bed was comfy. Overall perfect for our stay!

Overall decent hotel. For the price I thought it would have better quality bedding.

The staff was amazing especially the valet attendants. The bathroom shower was dirty and the shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles were empty. The chairs in the room were ripped and dirty.

The location was extremely convenient, and the staff and conditions of the hotel were great. The onsite restaurant had some of the best food we ate on the entire trip!

Dated. Shower curtains. Yuk!

Mattress and pillows great, loved the view from 19th floor! However, shower was poor pressure and drain wasn’t really functioning! Standing in water after just a short time. Also, had to wait car retrieval from valet for inordinately long time.

Valet parking is dishonest and total ripoff ! they charge $39/day while just behind the corner on Elm St. you can park for $15/day. Of course Hyatt does not offer any other parking besides valet... I took my car from Hyatt after 2 days, but still was charged for 7 days! I usually stay at Hyatt, but this one was total disappointment besides maybe service at Cincinnati Market downstairs.
The ladies there were polite and helpful

Room 1912. A/C was cold, but the room's humidity made everything damp.
Rom was very clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The mini fridge was off, and the sheets, pillows, and comforter were all wet. The desk staff were all new/in training and didn't know how the app key card worked, so that was useless. Understandable, but I was told three different things by three different people. The app never worked to open the door. The fridge being off was inconvenient because I showed up with food that had to be thrown out. Not sure if it was the goal of a fast room turn, but the bedding was WET! Not damp nor "turning a fan on will dry it", it was wet. Staff resolution was to turn a fan on. What fan??? The only positive experience I had was checking in with Shayne. She was very professional and accommodating. I wish she were the only one to take care of me and address my concerns during my stay. I'll be back because I have to, but do better Hyatt.
