Unfortunately, we were at the facility while they were remodeling. We had the jacuzzi tub suite. There wasn't a stopper for it and we had to go to the front desk to request one. The one they gave us was too small and easily shifted to open the drain. While we were out of the room, they painted the doors to the room and left the trash from that in the entry to be tripped over. Paint fumes caused headaches. No other room type available. At no time was there maid service to replace the coffee for the coffee maker or take out the trash, not to mention towels or making the bed. Management said it would be better in a couple months but we weren't going to be there in a couple months. Additionally "breakfast" offered was honey buns and coffee. We did not have pets with us, but the sign said pets would only be allowed in smoking rooms so very glad we didn't bring our son's dog so he could see her.

The room I was originally in had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to move rooms and they didn't no arguments which makes me feel like they know and don't care. The room the put me into looked like they tried to remodel and did a piss poor job. Paid $303 for 3 night absolutely not even close to worth it. Also breakfast consist of sunny d you pour yourself and sun valley bar or honey bun, what a joke!

No towels and when we asked they were stained, broken iron AFTER we had to go request one at the front desk, sketchy people sitting right outside the rooms watching you walk around, the room smelled of weed and was disgusting with a leaking toilet.

i couldnt change the channel stuck on one station remote only worked to turn TV on and off Breakfast was more like a snack they had a basket of granola bars only 1 flavor option and a basket of apples. (False Advertising).

I am very easy to please, but I have to say this was the worse hotel I have ever experienced. Bathroom was filthy, shower head barely worked, as I pulled the bed cover, I realized the sheets were yellow and smelled of grease and had hair on them, they obviously not replaced. The carpet was absolutely appalling, as were the condition of the air conditioner, walls, baseboards and furniture. The entire property reeked of majiruana, strange people were hanging about the stairs and the front of the house staff was less than capable. I would like to file a formal complaint and request a full refund.

False advertisement!! Rather stay in a trash can than this disgusting nightmare! The place is unsanitary, disgusting and terrible customer service who did nothing other than ROB me. This place has crack heads everywhere so don't plan to sleep during your stay, nevermind blood stained bed sheets or used kotex in trash smelling up the $97 room. Couldn't even sit down on the bed because of the filthiness, try to imagine what germs weren't visible. I don't ever complain but I felt very unsafe, uncomfortable and ripped off as soon as I discovered the blood on the bed sheets. I went down to ask for my money back and was told no, non refundable. I stayed out in a parking lot inside my car until daylight when I returned the key and asked again for either my money back, was told manager will call me which never happened. Don't book here,, it's terrible

The only good thing was the pool. It was over 100 degrees when we stayed and it was refreshing but when we went to take shower in room, shower wouldnt come on...floor planks kept lifting and tripped us multiple times. Complimentary breakfast was....none. i was expecting something like cereal or oatmeal, if not some pancakes or waffles- especially when i got there when it opened...but....nope...granola bar and fruit, and they had 1 mrs.freshleys hunny bun that was smashed and looked like it was expired and some sunny d, coffee, or tea. I had 5 ppl who wanted breakfast...smh disappointing. The linen was stained or dirty too. And finally, the room had a bad odor that wouldnt go away. Invest in automatic air freshner systems, or make a priority to spray rooms often with freshner. Or provide it. Bad ventilation.

Safe area to stay at plus close to Fort Sill. The room needs a lot of maintenance. They put me in a smokers room whenever I didn’t ask for one. No towel or rags in room. The breakfast was a bar and a honey bun. What type of breakfast is that. The blow dryer is inactive. Insert leg on bed. Windows do not lock. This place is trash and would never stay here and I wish I got my money back and went somewhere else but I was so desperate to stay and sleep I sucked it up.

There weren’t any roll away beds like advertised, the free breakfast consisted of only apples or oranges, granola bars, and Rice Krispie treats. The faucet in the bathtub was not connected from the wall. We asked for more towels because there were only given two for four people and we only received one more.

Here's the problem....it wasn't what was expected. It said there was a guest laundry facility but there wasn't. While swimming the older lady that worked the front cussed out a customer and then flicked her cigarette at her. All of us were woken at 5:40ish AM to banging on the doors yelling at each other over drugs. Multiple drug dealers in the area.... The good thing is its close to everything for a weekend trip. But if kids are with you I'd not recommend there's a lot to explain after kids hear the conversations. Also although it says breakfast is part of it. ..it's just granola bars, apples, coffee, and orange juice. Oh and one morning there was rice crispy treats. We also recommend bringing your own blanket and pillow along with own towels it'll make the experience a little better if this is all thats available.

For a non smoking room it smelled highly of cigarettes and weed. The bed left a lot to be desired , definitely several years old as the was a dip in it. Also there were people fixing their cars in the back parking lot.

3 inch coach roaches in room. The staff either tell you to expect them or try passing them off as water bugs. WILL NOT REFUND under any cirsumstance. Dont book with them expecting to relax and do not bring your family here. You will have to hunt down house keepers for toiletries, towels stink! Half of the building is boarded up and vacant, holes in the doors. Huge rat traps outside doors. the other half is full of permanent people with drug addictions and no home. The staff dont care about their customers. This place is a step up from sleeping on the street. I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and it was the most stressful thing ive experienced. Will not book through days inn or this facility again and i travel the contry often.

The room was not as the pictures should at all the floor was pulling up. There was bugs all over the room. The smoke alarm had been removed off the wall and the wires were still hanging out of the wall. There was broken windows all over in the hallways and cigarette butts all over in the halls as well

Pool was not open. Breakfast was a granola bar. Coffee came with 1 pack of sugar. Room was ok. Beds were comfortable. TV was good. Place needs to be updated. Back area around pool was very cozy.

For $45 a night it’s what I paid for. The room was clean for an old worn hotel. The smell is what broke me to leave early. Gave some early child ptsd. There’s nicer option close by for little bit more cash.

I never stayed yet was charged the full amount. I had a reservation, tried to change it, and when I called the Ahole at the counter said he couldn’t help me. Then he said wait you have a reservation? He clicked something and i got an email that he took the money then he hung up on me. I tried to fix this now days before my stay and he would not help me.

Clerk at check in was arguing that I reserved a smoking room - I did not want a smoking room, but if that was all he had.... After arguing he gave me a room that had a broken window and no lock on window. Second room had a broken lock - so I moved a chair and wedged it under the door handle as a way of at least securing the door somewhat.... Dissapointed that Day's Inn and Windham add their name to a place in such a state....
