We checked in late with my disabled elderly mother. B the staff made check-in fast and efficient. They also made sure to give us the room closest to the elevator on our floor. It was exactly what we in needed as we were also leaving early for her to get surgery.

It's not that bad, but don't you, Leave your car unlocked because your items will be stolen. The manager, Regie, was easy to talk to, and he listened to my issues. While helping other customers, he helped me by looking through the surveillance video of the parking lot. On a positive note, they have friendly staff, especially the supervisor in charge of housekeeping. Her name is Antonia, and she will go above and beyond to help you if she can. She is great. It's no wonder the rooms are spotless.😉

I booked the hotel on the 28th through HOTELS.COM where i paid the hotel charge of $372.00. Everything looked ok on the app untill i got to the hotel on the 5th to check in. The front desk person couldn't find the payment that was made through Hotels.com, but they did find my name and that i was scheduled to stay there. Then i was charged a second time for the room in the amount of $399.04. What is the point of prepayment if the payment goes up in smoke. I need a refund!!!!! It is clear that some one on behalf of hotels.com or Ramada made a mistake and it needs to be justified. After checking in we got in to the room and it was still dirty with trash from the last guest still in the trash can, unflushed toilet with 'stuff' in the bathroom & unmoped hardwood floors. The work out room had two broken treadmills which made the room rather useless unless you just want to use the dumbbells. On day two of the stay trying to get clean towels from housekeeping was a chore where they didnt want to give any - put in the request with the front desk to have some delivered no one ever showed up. For a hotel this size they are more interested in money than customer service. Upon checking out things go from bad to worse where at the front desk they still couldnt find the missing payment and couldnt give any explanation into why these charges took place. I strongly dont recomend staying here unless you want a headache and a Hassel. Just plain bad bad BAD.

There was a roach in the bathroom and the hot tub was very murky. The rooms are a bit dated. Our door lock was messed up and it looked like our door had been kicked in at some point. I was still comfortable in the room. The staff was friendly and it looked like it would be a fun part of town.

Elevator needs to be fixed, it would shake when inside and only one elevator worked

Property is not a good location. There were naked transients on the property in the parking lot. Beware they charge for parking per night and there is nothing staying this prior to booking. Cable TV remote did not work and they did not fix it. I do not recommend.

There’s no 24 hour security it’s in a bad area of National City. The elevator is sketchy and shakes uncontrollably, I was mislead by the photos don’t make the same mistake. There are a lot of homeless doing drugs around the property and human feces everywhere on the grounds. I went to walk my dog and there was so much human feces, urine and trash all around the property. I didn’t even see any police patrolling the area the time I was there. I brought self defense with me whenever I stepped outside that’s how bad it was. Stay away from this place it may be a Wyndham owned property but it sure does not feel like it. The lobby is nice, bed is soft and TV is good but everything else is bad. The room next to mine had such a huge gap between the bottom of the door and floor they could look through the gap and see in my room, made me feel my privacy was not respected. AC is also loud grateful it at least worked and I was tired from driving all day so didn’t really care I passed out shortly after getting in. Place is trash but my body was beat and I was tired. There are far nicer places in safer areas that cost the same go there and avoid this place by all means.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory, beginning with our initial check-in. The staff member we encountered was unpleasant and unhelpful, setting a negative tone for our stay.
Throughout our time here, we've had several instances where we requested items from the front desk only to be left waiting indefinitely. No one bothered to inform us that the hotel had run out of the ordered items, which is unacceptable. We’ve also overheard numerous other guests expressing dissatisfaction, suggesting our experience is not an isolated incident.
We encountered further issues when attempting to get breakfast. We were told we had a $20 limit despite being told breakfast was included on the hotels.com website. In addition, there was a staff shortage, and those present were unapproachable and displayed a poor demeanor.
Additionally, the A/C unit in our room was loud and not functioning correctly, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Another issue related to sleep is that we noticed somebody broke the curtain, allowing sunlight to get in.
Despite being out of the room for several hours, we returned to find that our room had not been cleaned or attended to.
These issues have significantly impacted our stay, and we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we have received. Overall, we felt like an inconvenience as a guest.

Really disappointed to the fact that I requested a blanket, once, twice, three or four times to the front desk, and that blanket never arrived. They may have thought that I forgot about.
Anyway this is not the first time something like this happens.

Rundown, dinky hotel. Practically same quality as staying in a motel and way under staffed.

This hotel was not clean at all there was still water marks on the window, as it was not wiped down. In the bathtub the water faucet/spout was like coming out of the wall it wasn’t steady and the shower head was poorly cleaned and clogged only a little bit of water came out. Overall my family and I were really uncomfortable staying for 2 nights, however the front desk was great the young man who helped us was great.

I felt a little unsafe and worried about my vehicle cause homeless are walking through the parking lot. Bayside of the hotel is noisy! We asked to move to the other side and they let us. Mini fridge was all broken and freezer was non existent. Ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water from the A/C unit which didn't actually work, it just made noise. The best part about this hotel was the staff, they were all really nice. the hotel was only $110/ night so you can't expect a whole lot.

First of all that was not towels in the room

It is outrageous that a hotel can’t provide an extra blanket because, they ran out of them.

2/10 stars in my book
The right elevator shakes and the permit is expired had the date 5/09/2023 which is NOT okay.
Check in was horrible the lobby had live music and I could not hear the receptionist nor could they answer my questions
They have someone new checking in guests on a busy Friday night.
Our floor had throw up next to a trash can which was disgusting.
The room is slanted which was concerning. Slow drain in the shower and no water pressure at all. The AC made a drilling noise that would wake you from your sleep.
I would not come back to this hotel.

We stayed here for one night. But I would not stay here for more than a day or two. It is conveniently located however the area was not the best and although the rooms were clean the building needs some repairs. Although that's not that big of a deal but, I did not like the streetwalkers that were down the street.

The floor in the room was dirty, toilet seat was up, not sure it had been cleaned. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was ok. Location and parking were excellent. Soap bars were poor quality. Towel replacement and servicing was not done.
