Stayed on the 5th floor the hall smelled like weed all day every day so much that they smell would come in my door. Some really iffy people stay there FYI. They came in my room even when put the do not disturb sign. Bad presentation when the lobby sofas have some pee stains like.

Upon entering the hotel the general vibe compelled me to search for bed bugs. Thankfully none we're found and the mattresses were in good shape. Rooms were not as clean as they could be. Window didn't lock. Door was hard to open. Door deadbolt didn't work. Half the staff was friendly enough, the other half just missed the mark. If not for the airport shuttle, this room was not worth what I paid.

Quick overnight stay during a soccer tournament, just needed a place to sleep. Hotel lobby & rooms were nice, beds comfortable. Took several minutes for the front desk personnel to come out of the back room to check us in at 5:30pm on a Saturday evening. Breakfast was satisfactory with waffles, eggs & sausage among with quick service items. Again at checkout took several minutes for someone to come to the desk. As someone was standing there before me I motioned for them to go first and he then said he worked there. Seemed odd someone to be standing in the lobby and not try to get help for the 2 customers at the desk. Location is a little iffy, there’s a fire station next door so heard the sirens twice overnight.

Airport ahuttle was detrimental to my travels and was what i filtered this hotel for and theu delivered on that part. Airport shuttle was available early on the morning, every hour on the hour. Upon my arrival the shuttle took no more than 10 minutes to pick mw up from the airport. Front deak person (female with blond hair) was very friendly and helpful in finding nearby restaurants and information. The bed was a very comfortable king size with lots of comfy pillows which was much appreciate after a long day. Downside: My tv wasn't working properly but management came up right away to remedy the situation. The other issue was that my toilet was broken because it wouldnt flush. I was only there for business and was staying only for the night so i didn't trouble managment about it. Overall, it suited my needs and i was able to complete my business there and return to the airport by the hotel shuttle, on time for my departure train.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. My room door was a little damaged like it had been forced open a few times and the wood was break around the lock. The bathroom was a little old and rusting in places.

Although we were only here for a short stay, the room was very modern and nice with a comfortable bed. Check in was quick and simple and staff were nice. They also had coffee pods in the rooms and offered breakfast service and a free shuttle to/from the airport. Overall, our stay was simple and nice.

Hotel didn’t look as it did in the pictures. The room had an odd smell and there were bugs in the shower and dirty marks all over the bathroom wall. I ended up booking a reservation at another hotel instead of staying here. I do not recommend it at all.

The convenience of the property was great for my business. And the fact I could walk around Widner University and be outdoors was just wonderful. That will be a selling point for me when or if I stay at the Comfort Inn when I am in Chester again. The room I stayed in was adequate but the bathroom floor needed to be moped due to several foot prints on the floor ...very visible. The pricing was great for what I needed. Overall my stay was good. Great access to 95....

The hotel was not cleaned properly. We booked 3 hotel rooms for our family and the hotel rooms had dirty q-tips in the couch, dirty microwave, medicine pills laying around. Dirt in the corners of the doorway (popcorn kernels), shower was not clean properly as well as having major stains on the linen. Hole in the walls by the bathroom. The checkin staff as well as the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Our major issues with the hotel was the cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping definitely needs to be evaluated.

There is a sour smell like wet socks permeating the entire hotel. The air is heavy with moisture. The night clerk is annoyed at you for existing and sees your exhaustion as weakness. The walk unit ac sounds like a small lawn mower starting up and punctuating your sleep every 90 minutes.
