This is a THREE stars hotel. We were expecting LOTS more but it was very sad we could not find a "basic" service for this kind of stay. However the place is beautiful :(

I loved the staff more than anything, they were very kind, professional, attentive, helpful, I was amazed about their customer service. The place is beautiful, has a lot of history, a feast for your eyes, the room was very quiet, comfortable bed, good AC, the only Cons were the room's poor illumination, the tiny space and the carpet was worn out. The area is safe, very close to the Centro Historico, we enjoyed so much being able to get to many beautiful places on a walking distances.

It was an ex-convent converted to a hotel - safe and quiet , and clean and in the Historic Center. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay so much that I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puebla. It has old world colonial architectural charm that is so historical and yet has modern updated comfort. A+++

A very unique property like most of the quinta real hotels that use to be "conventos"

It is a beautiful, historic property which is so interesting to explore. The staff were very accommodating and hard working. On our second night they called our room and asked if we needed anything. We enjoyed a beverage in the bar one evening and breakfast in the restaurant one of the mornings. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The servers were very conscientious and attentive. I hope to stay there again sometime soon!

Nice and well mantained facility. It would be great if you could include parking as a complimentary service.

Historic building. Lobby, bar and common areas were beautifully restored with great attention to detail. The rooms were not fully considered in the completion of the restoration process. The shower walls were remodeled but the rest of the bath tile walls weren’t. The rooms have gorgeous high ceilings with beams and ceiling wood planks but with some missing planks? Easy fix for the maintenance crew yet not done. Beds & linens were of premium quality and they offered a rollaway bed for our teenage kid at no extra cost. Staff was incredibly attentive unlike at any other hotel I have visited. Their follow up on any issues was on point and they were so respectful. These days, that is hard to come by. We had a plumbing problem with room 232. The sink and shower only released steaming hot water. It made it very difficult to bathe or wash our face. The maintenance person checked it and said they needed time to figure out why this was happening. Although they offered the option for us to go “bathe” in another room, I didn’t find it comfortable/safe to have to go do that. The water pressure was basically water drippings here & there. We only stayed two days. Parking is available onsite at about $150 pesos per day. Hopefully they can fix the maintenance issues so this lovely hotel can function at it's full potential😊

The property is in a great location near the zocalo and historic center. There are many options for dining and although , it is so close to the historic center, the hotel is quiet. I loved everything about this place.

Great location. Walkable to the zocolo. Hotel had an old hacienda feel being a convent back in the day.

The historic property was amazingly BEAUTIFUL. Every staff member we interacted with provided great service with a smile and many understood and spoke English. A special Cinco De Mayo birthday meal was made very special by the kitchen staff and we would like to specifically thanks Victor and Pedro. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and if ever again in Puebla would come back. So impressed that we would consider other Quinta Real’s as well. Thank you very much ! Beautiful building with comfortable, though not fancy, rooms. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the amiable staff. Very satisfied with 12-day stay.

The service and staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel special. The hotel itself is very beautiful and airy.
The bathroom which was done in marble was very slippery when wet although they did include a rubber mat for the shower - just be careful when stepping out of the shower.
