A little dusty in the room. Very soft beds and pillows. Perfect staff! Friendly and OH SO HELPFUL! Good breakfast. Modern interior, good air conditioning. would visit again!

It is more like apartment building with 2 floors of hotel rooms. The building is dirty and under construction. The beds were most uncomfortable, pillows are horrible and baby blankets size.

Stay away from this place. We were left stranded at 2am. No hotel reception after 11pm and the security guard who was sent to open a room for us refused to open when his colleague telephoned to tell him they didn’t get our booking even though I showed him my confirmation email. After spending an hour on the phone with the website we booked from we gave up and paid for a room somewhere else. We later found out we were not the first case by this hotel, there were many travellers in the exact situation as us. This hotel changed their name to hotel Piano mobile, but it’s the same owner. Very disappointing. To top it up, we received an email from them to ask how was our stay!

Location location location walking distance to the train station Landstrasse to the airport. The hotel is located on the second and the third floor in the historic building which is under construction of some part but the hotel has reminded though. It was nothing l’ the weekend but Monday morning 8:30 you may hear some hammering. Still the hallway noise is closer if the neighbors clapping the door or the common gate door on the second / the third floor. Meanwhile the interior was newly renovated though. Front desk personnel only till 11pm but all service oriented.

A quant, bare bones hotel for the price. Has all the necessities and is relatively close to the center of town. As of June 2023 there is lots of construction and the building that the hotel is in is not in the best condition.

Location was 10/10, but the room I had was so dark and the window just opened up to a wall. There also was a big gap under the door, so all noises and light from the hallway could be heard and seen all night and that made it really difficult to sleep well. Would have also been nice to have a breakfast option.

Excellent beds/pillows. Got a great nights sleep. Near Danube channel which was fun to fun around- the coffee setup was crummy and for $140/night it feels like breakfast should be included or at least a coffee that isn’t instant.

Great location on the edge of the inner stadt and near 2 Ubahn stations. Room is nicely furnished with all amenities and easy check in. Great value for money! Only fault (and minor one at that) was the shower leaked onto the floor. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is situated on two floors within a larger building, so it essentially feels like you're staying in renovated office spaces. The central heat in the hotel/building doesn't work so they provide you with space heaters. My room didn't have working remotes for the heaters when I checked in so the heat was difficult to gauge. The door also never locked properly from the outside - when I closed it I could still open the door without a key card. The location was minimally convenient but there are so many other options around the same price in the area. I would never stay here again.

Great hotel in Downtown Vienna, next to the public transportations. The staff is friendly and very helpful. No breakfast and it is totally fine because the supermarket is 1 min walking distance and plenty other caffes/restaurants as an options. I highly recommend you this place.

Well the most important thing in a hotel for me is cleanliness and they were a 10/10 in that area. They did let us know about construction in the building and that was very apparent. After a long flight and after check-in the room behind us were doing some drilling but it did not last long. room itself was fine but looked like they lacked some finishing touches. ZERO HEATING: There were 3 different heaters in our room (radiator, free-standing, a wall) and not one worked. We let them know and they said we should have a remote to the wall heater but we could not find it. we were so tired we just went to sleep (this is mid-day) to rest before work related events and at some point, someone without knocking walked in our room and right back out. We let it slide as we figured they may have knocked and we just didn’t hear it. That evening, we went to reception to ask about the heater. They handed us a remote that was supposed to be to our wall heater but it did not work. At this point we were so tired and did not want to come downstairs in pajamas to ask for someone to fix it. The following day someone from the staff again WALKED INTO OUR ROOM as we were sleeping and walked right back out. And no this was not housekeeping. The hotel room itself is comfortable but they need to stay organized and fix your heating and wifi. Wifi was a 3/10 as it kept cutting out. You can also hear everything outside your door so that construction can be loud.

This hotel was very well located near important subway lines and sights of Vienna. The rooms were clean and staff were very accommodating of our early check in and late baggage check out. They were very friendly and helpful and generous with the coffee. I adored the small common room. I was able to work outside of my room and it was a good place to socialize with the other guests. I look forward to staying here again when I am next in Vienna!

The hotel is covered in scaffolding and is in the process of being renovated. However, it was very clean, well decorated and equiped. The staff were delightful. There was no breakfast available but there were two cafes close by. There is a tram stop ouside the hotel which goes straight to the Rathaus, so it's well positioned. Plenty of hot water in the mornings but not at night. Very well sound proofed. We had a lovely stay.

Nice location and a stylish hotel. I really liked the wall painiting in the lobby. Staff friendly and clean spacoius rooms. The hotel is pretty new and you can feel the freshness in the air. As promissed: Special Thanks to Mr Sattari for letting us to store the luggage until late in the day. Coming back here for christmas!

We were treated discustingly. Told after going through security in Heathrow Airport that our booking was cancelled and we had nowhere to stay. WE FELT PHYSICALLY SICK!!. After emailing the hotel they offered us a very basic substandard room with no comforts at all, miles outside the centre of vienna. I have rung several numbers and emailed several times, but we have had no apology and no explanation or attempt to compensate.

Worst service of my life. Electricity went out during the stay. Manager screamed at us that it was our fault for using the air conditioner and to just open a window. Air conditioner did not work, toilet was broken, and the room was cluttered with extra furniture. Manager entered our room and was very angry for us moving a lamp out of our way. He also started yelling about the lobby door being closed and said the problems were our fault. Overall worst hotel experience I have ever seen.
